本发明涉及一种石棉，尤其涉及一种石棉隔热板。
背景技术
石棉板是石棉纤维水泥平板的简称,是用石棉,玻璃纤维,陶土等材料,按照科学的配方生产出来的。有很强的抗张力,承受压力.能够承受1400℃左右!可用于绝热,保温隔音,锅炉,钢铁厂,化工厂,铸铝厂等以及一般电器绝缘。矿棉板以矿渣棉为主要原料,加入适量添加剂,经过配料,成型,烘干,切割,矿棉板表面精加工和喷涂而成的，不含石棉,不含甲醛,保温隔音,防潮,隔热并有良好的吸音功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种石棉隔热板，以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的市场上而具备隔热和装饰作用。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案，本发明公开了一种石棉隔热板，包括石棉，所述石棉为主要材料， 掺入一定的粘结填充材料而制成的板状材料，适用于绝热、保温、隔音及一般电器绝缘之用。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：(1)烧失量不大于18%；水分不大于5%。(2)1mm厚的石棉板，1㎡的重量应不超过1.3Kg。(3)6mm以下的石棉板板，抗拉强度不低于1.4kg/c㎡。(4)使用温度不大于1000℃时，导热系数为0.13-0.15千卡/米/小时/度。(5)长度和宽度允许公差±1mm，厚度允许12 %。
