本发明公开了低噪防侵型除尘设备用回转支承,包括外圈、内圈和钢球,外圈和内圈之间形成有滚道,钢球均匀分布在滚道内,外圈和内圈之间顶部和底部均设有楔型密封条,两组楔形密封条之间设有两组V型密封条,两组V型密封条关于钢球对称分布,外圈上开有外圈安装孔,外圈安装孔内设有弹性柱销,外圈侧边开有外圈定位止口;本发明与现有技术相比,由于外圈端面与设备部件的大面贴合、h8高精配合及弹性柱销连接,高精度的刚性连接和柔性传动大大降低了设备运转的噪音,同时,楔型密封条和V型密封条的安装使用,有效防御外部灰尘入侵和内部油脂的外溢,使得回转支承产品在运转过程中工况平稳,并提高了回转支承产品的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及回转支承领域,具体涉及低噪防侵型除尘设备用回转支承。
背景技术
回转支承产品在现代工业中应用很广泛,被称为“机器的关节”,是两物体之间需作相对旋转运动,同时又需要承受轴向力、径向力、倾翻力矩的机械所必需的重要传动部件。随着机械行业的迅速发展,回转支承在船舶设备、工程机械、轻工机械、冶金机械、医疗机械、工业机械等行业得到了广泛的应用。
除尘设备用回转支承产品的结构型式和传动连接方法,决定了该型回转支承产品的使用状况和使用寿命,传统的回转支承在使用过程中噪声较大,且平稳性较低,同时除尘设备一般都会沾染较多的灰尘,灰尘容易进入滚道内,影响回转支承的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供低噪防侵型除尘设备用回转支承,与现有技术相比,由于外圈端面与设备部件的大面贴合、h8高精配合及弹性柱销连接,高精度的刚性连接和柔性传动大大降低了设备运转的噪音,同时,楔型密封条和V型密封条的安装使用,有效防御外部灰尘、水渍等异物的入侵和内部油脂的外溢,为钢球与内、外圈滚道间的摩擦提供了可靠的润滑保障,使得回转支承产品在运转过程中工况平稳,并提高了回转支承产品的使用寿命。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
低噪防侵型除尘设备用回转支承,包括外圈、内圈和钢球,所述外圈和内圈之间形成有滚道,所述钢球均匀分布在滚道内,所述外圈和内圈之间顶部和底部均设有楔型密封条,两组所述楔形密封条之间设有两组V型密封条,两组所述V型密封条关于钢球对称分布,所述外圈上开有外圈安装孔,所述外圈安装孔内设有弹性柱销,所述外圈侧边开有外圈定位止口。
进一步地,所述外圈定位止口的公差等级为h。
进一步地,所述弹性柱销与外部设备部件相连接。
进一步地,所述外圈端面与外部设备部件面相贴合。
进一步地,所述滚道内注有润滑油脂。
进一步地,所述外圈上开有销孔。
本发明的收益效果是:
本发明与现有技术相比,由于外圈端面与设备部件的大面贴合、h8高精配合及弹性柱销连接,高精度的刚性连接和柔性传动大大降低了设备运转的噪音,同时,楔型密封条和V型密封条的安装使用,有效防御外部灰尘、水渍等异物的入侵和内部油脂的外溢,为钢球与内、外圈滚道间的摩擦提供了可靠的润滑保障,使得回转支承产品在运转过程中工况平稳,并提高了回转支承产品的使用寿命。

如图1-2所示,本发明为低噪防侵型除尘设备用回转支承,包括外圈1、内圈2和钢球3,外圈1和内圈2之间形成有滚道4,钢球3均匀分布在滚道4内,外圈1和内圈2之间顶部和底部均设有楔型密封条5,两组楔形密封条5之间设有两组V型密封条6,两组V型密封条6关于钢球3对称分布,外圈1上开有外圈安装孔7,外圈安装孔7内设有弹性柱销8,外圈1侧边开有外圈定位止口9。
其中,外圈定位止口9的公差等级为h8。
其中,弹性柱销8与外部设备部件相连接。
其中,外圈1端面与外部设备部件面相贴合。
其中,滚道4内注有润滑油脂。
其中,外圈1上开有销孔11。
本实施例的一个具体应用为:使用时,利用销孔11可与设备部件进行初步定位,将外圈安装孔7与设备部件采用弹性柱销8连接,使外圈1端面与外部设备部件相贴合,即完成安装,由于外圈端面与设备部件的大面贴合、h8高精配合及弹性柱销连接,高精度的刚性连接和柔性传动大大降低了设备运转的噪音,同时,楔型密封条5和V型密封条6的安装使用,有效防御外部灰尘、水渍等异物的入侵和内部油脂的外溢,为钢球3与滚道4间的摩擦提供了可靠的润滑保障,使得回转支承产品在运转过程中工况平稳,并提高了回转支承产品的使用寿命。

1.低噪防侵型除尘设备用回转支承,其特征在于:包括外圈(1)、内圈(2)和钢球(3),所述外圈(1)和内圈(2)之间形成有滚道(4),所述钢球(3)均匀分布在滚道(4)内,所述外圈(1)和内圈(2)之间顶部和底部均设有楔型密封条(5),两组所述楔形密封条(5)之间设有两组V型密封条(6),两组所述V型密封条(6)关于钢球(3)对称分布,所述外圈(1)上开有外圈安装孔(7),所述外圈安装孔(7)内设有弹性柱销(8),所述外圈(1)侧边开有外圈定位止口(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低噪防侵型除尘设备用回转支承,其特征在于:所述外圈定位止口(9)的公差等级为h8。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低噪防侵型除尘设备用回转支承,其特征在于:所述弹性柱销(8)与外部设备部件相连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低噪防侵型除尘设备用回转支承,其特征在于:所述外圈(1)端面与外部设备部件面相贴合。
