firstly, carrying out digital processing on a special-shaped complex texture bare concrete entity structure to form a space digital coordinate of the structure;
secondly, determining a demoulding method after the concrete construction is completed according to the structural characteristics of the special-shaped complex-texture concrete;
thirdly, determining a blocking and combining method of the glass fiber reinforced plastic lining plate template according to a demolding method;
fourthly, according to the space digital coordinates, completing design of the pattern to be engraved in design software, calculating a path file for driving a cutter of the engraving machine to engrave a motion path, and importing the path file into three-dimensional engraving machine control software;
fifthly, adjusting the three-dimensional engraving machine to a working state, and moving the engraving head of the machine to a proper height and position;
sixth, fixing the hard polyurethane foam plastic lining board female die at the original position of the machine, loading an engraving path, and setting the running speed according to the condition of the three-dimensional engraving machine to perform automatic processing;
seventh, disassembling the hard polyurethane foam plastic lining plate master model, fixing the hard polyurethane foam plastic lining plate master model on a turnover die working table, cleaning and manufacturing the surface of the master model, brushing a release agent on the master model, wherein the release agent needs to be uniformly brushed for 2-3 times, and the next brushing can be performed after the release agent coated in the previous time is dried;
eighth, after the mold release agent is completely dried, brushing the special gel coat of the mold for two times, wherein the brushing is uniform, and brushing a second layer after the first layer is initially solidified, and the total thickness of the gel coat is controlled to be about 0.16 mm;
ninth, when the gel coat is initially set and soft in hand feeling and is not sticky, the prepared glass fiber reinforced plastic slurry is coated on the gel coat, a layer of chopped strand mats is paved immediately, and a hairbrush is used for compacting the cloth layer, so that the gel content is uniform, and bubbles are removed; the second layer of chopped strand mats is paved after the first layer of glass fiber reinforced plastic slurry is coagulated, and then the next layer of chopped strand mats can be pasted layer by layer in a one-cloth-one-mat mode, wherein after 2-3 layers of chopped strand mats are pasted, the next layer of chopped strand mats can be pasted after the peak of solidification and heat release of the glass fiber reinforced plastic is reached to the required thickness;
tenth, pasting a mould at normal temperature, demoulding after solidification and forming, and intermittently blowing with compressed air to make the glass fiber reinforced plastic lining plate and the mould gradually separate when demoulding, thereby preparing the glass fiber reinforced plastic lining plate;
step six, processing the master model of the laminated template lining board which is carved into a glass fiber reinforced plastic lining board, fixing the glass fiber reinforced plastic lining board on the inner side of the outer steel template through an adhesive layer to form different combined template units, and numbering according to the position of the region;
step seven, binding reinforcing steel bars of the complex texture bare concrete structure on a construction site, and preparing a template for construction;
and step eight, conveying the combined template units to a construction site, assembling according to the serial numbers in sequence, and preliminarily fixing to form an integral combined template system.

The construction method according to claim 1, wherein the outer steel formwork system comprises an outer steel formwork, an inner lateral keel, an inner vertical keel, an outer lateral keel and an outer vertical keel, wherein the outer surfaces of the outer steel formwork are vertically crossed and equidistant to form a plurality of inner lateral keels and inner vertical keels, a plurality of outer lateral keels are arranged on the outer side of the inner vertical keel, and a plurality of outer vertical keels are arranged on the outer side of the outer lateral keels.

The construction method according to claim 2, wherein two ends of the inner side vertical keel are respectively provided with a transverse connection plate, the transverse connection plates are provided with bolt holes, and the upper and lower adjacent template units are connected through bolts on the transverse connection plates.

5. The method of construction of claim 2 wherein said outboard lateral keels are provided with a plurality of connectors, said outboard lateral keels being fixedly connected to the bent frame by said connectors.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the glass fiber reinforced plastic lining board is made of polyester glass fiber reinforced plastic, epoxy glass fiber reinforced plastic or phenolic glass fiber reinforced plastic.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the adhesive layer is one of epoxy glue, phenolic-acetal glue, quick setting acrylate glue, alpha-cyanoacrylate glue, or polyamino glue.
8. The construction method of claim 1, further comprising a step nine of spatially scanning the entire combined template system by using a three-dimensional scanner, calibrating the position accuracy thereof, and performing position adjustment of the template unit according to the scanning result, controlling the thickness of the reinforcement protection layer, and performing final fixation.
