本发明公开一种易展开手抛网的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将制备成型的手抛网放入温度为55‑60℃的浸泡液中,浸泡处理2‑3小时;(2)再将浸泡处理过的手抛网烘干处理后,表面喷洒改性液;(3)最后将手抛网烘干处理后,置于2‑5℃的环境中储存处理8‑10小时后,取出,制得成品。本发明提供的一种易展开手抛网的制备方法,工艺简单,成本低,制得的手抛网,各项力学性能优异,尤其是弹性好、柔软度高,易于展开,进一步的降低了手抛网的使用难度。

本发明属于渔网制备技术领域,具体涉及一种易展开手抛网的制备方法。
背景技术
手抛网又叫撒网、旋网,适于浅海、江河、湖泊、池塘,单人或双人的捕鱼作业。手抛网上手非常快,依靠助力环的力学原理,只需要把铝环抛出即可,不需要专业的手法和职能也能自己轻松捕到鱼。但是往往有些人不知道怎样才能把手抛网撒开,这就使手抛网捕鱼的数量大大减少。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种易展开手抛网的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种易展开手抛网的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将制备成型的手抛网放入温度为55-60℃的浸泡液中,浸泡处理2-3小时,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:甲酸铁11-17份、琥珀酸二钠2-4份、桦木酸15-20份、富马酸钠1-3份、水220-260份;
(2)再将浸泡处理过的手抛网烘干处理后,表面喷洒改性液,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:泛酸钙11-15份、二甲苯磺酸盐1-3份、聚丙烯酸钠22-26份、氨基三甲叉膦酸4-8份、水105-110份;
(3)最后将手抛网烘干处理后,置于2-5℃的环境中储存处理8-10小时后,取出,制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,每千克手抛网采用3-5kg浸泡液进行浸泡处理。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,烘干处理的温度为55-60℃,烘干处理的时间为3-4小时,步骤(3)中,烘干处理的温度为40-45℃,烘干处理的时间为50-60min。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,每千克手抛网喷洒750-800g的改性液。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的一种易展开手抛网的制备方法,工艺简单,成本低,制得的手抛网,各项力学性能优异,尤其是弹性好、柔软度高,易于展开,进一步的降低了手抛网的使用难度。其中,步骤(1)中的浸泡液,能有效的提升手抛网的表面能,增强改性液在其表面的粘附力和润湿性;步骤(2)中的改性液,在低温处理后,可以在手抛网表面形成一层致密的、柔软度高的膜层,能降低渔网材料之间的粘附力,进而有效提升了手抛网的铺展效果。

实施例1
一种易展开手抛网的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将制备成型的手抛网放入温度为55℃的浸泡液中,浸泡处理2小时,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:甲酸铁11份、琥珀酸二钠2份、桦木酸15份、富马酸钠1份、水220份;
(2)再将浸泡处理过的手抛网烘干处理后,表面喷洒改性液,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:泛酸钙11份、二甲苯磺酸盐1份、聚丙烯酸钠22份、氨基三甲叉膦酸4份、水105份;
(3)最后将手抛网烘干处理后,置于2℃的环境中储存处理8小时后,取出,制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,每千克手抛网采用3kg浸泡液进行浸泡处理。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,烘干处理的温度为55℃,烘干处理的时间为3小时,步骤(3)中,烘干处理的温度为40℃,烘干处理的时间为50min。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,每千克手抛网喷洒750g的改性液。
实施例2
一种易展开手抛网的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将制备成型的手抛网放入温度为58℃的浸泡液中,浸泡处理2.5小时,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:甲酸铁13份、琥珀酸二钠3份、桦木酸18份、富马酸钠2份、水240份;
(2)再将浸泡处理过的手抛网烘干处理后,表面喷洒改性液,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:泛酸钙13份、二甲苯磺酸盐2份、聚丙烯酸钠24份、氨基三甲叉膦酸6份、水108份;
(3)最后将手抛网烘干处理后,置于3℃的环境中储存处理9小时后,取出,制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,每千克手抛网采用4kg浸泡液进行浸泡处理。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,烘干处理的温度为58℃,烘干处理的时间为3.5小时,步骤(3)中,烘干处理的温度为43℃,烘干处理的时间为55min。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,每千克手抛网喷洒780g的改性液。
实施例3
一种易展开手抛网的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将制备成型的手抛网放入温度为60℃的浸泡液中,浸泡处理3小时,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:甲酸铁17份、琥珀酸二钠4份、桦木酸20份、富马酸钠3份、水260份;
(2)再将浸泡处理过的手抛网烘干处理后,表面喷洒改性液,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:泛酸钙15份、二甲苯磺酸盐3份、聚丙烯酸钠26份、氨基三甲叉膦酸8份、水110份;
(3)最后将手抛网烘干处理后,置于5℃的环境中储存处理10小时后,取出,制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,每千克手抛网采用5kg浸泡液进行浸泡处理。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,烘干处理的温度为60℃,烘干处理的时间为4小时,步骤(3)中,烘干处理的温度为45℃,烘干处理的时间为60min。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,每千克手抛网喷洒800g的改性液。

(1)将制备成型的手抛网放入温度为55-60℃的浸泡液中,浸泡处理2-3小时,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:甲酸铁11-17份、琥珀酸二钠2-4份、桦木酸15-20份、富马酸钠1-3份、水220-260份;
(2)再将浸泡处理过的手抛网烘干处理后,表面喷洒改性液,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:泛酸钙11-15份、二甲苯磺酸盐1-3份、聚丙烯酸钠22-26份、氨基三甲叉膦酸4-8份、水105-110份;
(3)最后将手抛网烘干处理后,置于2-5℃的环境中储存处理8-10小时后,取出,制得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种易展开手抛网的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(1)中,每千克手抛网采用3-5kg浸泡液进行浸泡处理。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种易展开手抛网的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中,烘干处理的温度为55-60℃,烘干处理的时间为3-4小时,步骤(3)中,烘干处理的温度为40-45℃,烘干处理的时间为50-60min。
