背景技术
石墨烯因其突出的电子传导性能、高的比表面积以及机械性能在学术领域引起了研究热潮。石墨烯具有载流子特性,电子迁移率极高,且迁移速度稳定,电子传导效率远大于电子在金属导体或半导体中的运动速度。石墨烯显著的电子特性,使其很少的量就可以达到很好的电子传导效果。同时,石墨烯具有生物相容性,已经被研究应用到生物传感器上。然而,石墨烯应用到医用纺织领域的研究却很少。作为一种天然高分子材料,丝素蛋白具有良好的透气性、生物相容性和生物降解性,在生物医用材料、药物控制释放、织物整理等方面有着广阔的应用前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种绷带用丝素蛋白整理的抗污抗菌聚丙烯无纺布的制备方法,依照该方法制作的聚丙烯无纺布具有优异的抗污抗菌性能、抗静电性能、透气性和透湿性,可应用于制作医用绷带。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种绷带用丝素蛋白整理的抗污抗菌聚丙烯无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)聚丙烯无纺布的辐照-等离子体预处理:
将聚丙烯无纺布分别在水、丙酮、乙醇中超声清洗15-20min,除去杂质,放入40-60℃烘箱中烘至恒重,采用Co60-γ射线进行辐照后,再放入等离子体装置中,在10Pa氧气条件下处理95-105s,得到辐照-等离子体预处理的聚丙烯无纺布;
(2)采用紫外夹层法制备表面功能化的抗污抗菌聚丙烯无纺布:
将接枝溶液滴加到(1)中所得预处理聚丙烯无纺布表面,盖上石英片,放入紫外灯箱内照射8-9min,取出,用超纯水和乙醇交替超声清洗4-6次后,放入聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐水溶液中,在60-63℃下回流反应22-24h后,取出并用超纯水和乙醇交替超声清洗4-6次,真空干燥;
(3)丝素蛋白对聚丙烯无纺布的功能改性:
将(2)中所得表面功能化的抗污抗菌聚丙烯无纺布在丝素蛋白溶液中浸渍30-40min,浴比为1:45-55,二浸二轧,带液率为115-125%,将浸轧过的布样烘干后,用70-75%的乙醇溶液处理25-30min后,烘至恒重,再放入干燥器内平衡20-24h;
(4)石墨烯溶液对聚丙烯无纺布的抗静电整理:
将(3)中所得丝素蛋白功能改性的聚丙烯无纺布浸入石墨烯整理液中,浸渍1-2h,采用小轧车对无纺布进行处理,轧余率为75-85%,在58-62℃烘箱内烘干后,在120-123℃下焙烘1-2min。
进一步的,步骤(1)中辐照剂量为10-11kGy,等离子体功率为110-130W。
进一步的,步骤(2)中接枝溶液由体积分数为5-6%的甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的甲醇溶液、体积分数为43-45%的乙烯基吡咯烷酮的水溶液组成;紫外灯为400 W的高压汞灯、主波长为380nm;聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐水溶液的浓度为4-5mg/mL。
进一步的,步骤(3)中配制质量分数为1.5-2%的丝素蛋白溶液。

本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
(1)经过提纯、辐射、等离子体处理后,聚丙烯无纺布的透气性、透湿性略有增加;以乙烯基吡咯烷酮为抗污剂和聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐为抗菌剂,制备了具有抗菌抗污性能的聚丙烯无纺布;首先通过紫外光引发聚合的方法将抗污剂与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯同时接枝聚合到聚丙烯无纺布上,利用甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯分子结构中的环氧基团与抗菌剂分子结构中的氨基反应将抗菌剂引入到聚丙烯无纺布上,抗污剂与抗菌剂共同功能化的聚丙烯无纺布具有优良的抗菌和杀菌的性能,对革兰氏阴性和革兰氏阳性细菌都具有良好的抵抗粘附和杀死的性能,以及良好的抗血小板粘附和红细胞粘附的性能。
(2)采用丝素蛋白溶液对表面功能化的抗污抗菌聚丙烯无纺布进行功能性后整理,无纺布纤维上丝素蛋白膜附着均匀,丝素蛋白主要附着在聚丙烯纤维的表面以及纤维交错处,改善了聚丙烯无纺布的透气性和透湿性。
(3)将水分散性石墨烯采用一浸一轧的方式整理到丝素蛋白功能改性的无纺布上,使石墨烯吸附在无纺布上,进行抗静电整理,利用石墨烯优秀的传导电子的能力,把无纺布上积聚的电荷快速传导出去,使无纺布具有优良的抗静电性能,并具有相对的抗静电耐久性,成为A级抗静电材料。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种绷带用丝素蛋白整理的抗污抗菌聚丙烯无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)聚丙烯无纺布的辐照-等离子体预处理:
将聚丙烯无纺布分别在水、丙酮、乙醇中超声清洗15min,除去杂质,放入40-50℃烘箱中烘至恒重,采用Co60-γ射线进行辐照后,再放入等离子体装置中,在10Pa氧气条件下处理95s,得到辐照-等离子体预处理的聚丙烯无纺布;
(2)采用紫外夹层法制备表面功能化的抗污抗菌聚丙烯无纺布:
将接枝溶液滴加到(1)中所得预处理聚丙烯无纺布表面,盖上石英片,放入紫外灯箱内照射8min,取出,用超纯水和乙醇交替超声清洗4次后,放入聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐水溶液中,在60-63℃下回流反应22h后,取出并用超纯水和乙醇交替超声清洗4次,真空干燥;
(3)丝素蛋白对聚丙烯无纺布的功能改性:
将(2)中所得表面功能化的抗污抗菌聚丙烯无纺布在丝素蛋白溶液中浸渍30min,浴比为1:45,二浸二轧,带液率为115%,将浸轧过的布样烘干后,用70%的乙醇溶液处理25min后,烘至恒重,再放入干燥器内平衡20h;
(4)石墨烯溶液对聚丙烯无纺布的抗静电整理:
将(3)中所得丝素蛋白功能改性的聚丙烯无纺布浸入石墨烯整理液中,浸渍1h,采用小轧车对无纺布进行处理,轧余率为75%,在58-62℃烘箱内烘干后,在120-123℃下焙烘1min。

进一步的,步骤(3)中配制质量分数为1.5%的丝素蛋白溶液。
进一步的,步骤(4)中将水分散性石墨烯配制成浓度为0.1mg/ml的石墨烯整理液。
实施例2
一种绷带用丝素蛋白整理的抗污抗菌聚丙烯无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)聚丙烯无纺布的辐照-等离子体预处理:
将聚丙烯无纺布分别在水、丙酮、乙醇中超声清洗20min,除去杂质,放入50-60℃烘箱中烘至恒重,采用Co60-γ射线进行辐照后,再放入等离子体装置中,在10Pa氧气条件下处理105s,得到辐照-等离子体预处理的聚丙烯无纺布;
(2)采用紫外夹层法制备表面功能化的抗污抗菌聚丙烯无纺布:
将接枝溶液滴加到(1)中所得预处理聚丙烯无纺布表面,盖上石英片,放入紫外灯箱内照射9min,取出,用超纯水和乙醇交替超声清洗6次后,放入聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐水溶液中,在60-63℃下回流反应24h后,取出并用超纯水和乙醇交替超声清洗6次,真空干燥;
(3)丝素蛋白对聚丙烯无纺布的功能改性:
将(2)中所得表面功能化的抗污抗菌聚丙烯无纺布在丝素蛋白溶液中浸渍40min,浴比为1:55,二浸二轧,带液率为125%,将浸轧过的布样烘干后,用75%的乙醇溶液处理30min后,烘至恒重,再放入干燥器内平衡24h;
(4)石墨烯溶液对聚丙烯无纺布的抗静电整理:
将(3)中所得丝素蛋白功能改性的聚丙烯无纺布浸入石墨烯整理液中,浸渍2h,采用小轧车对无纺布进行处理,轧余率为85%,在58-62℃烘箱内烘干后,在120-123℃下焙烘2min。
进一步的,步骤(1)中辐照剂量为11kGy,等离子体功率为130W。
进一步的,步骤(2)中接枝溶液由体积分数为6%的甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的甲醇溶液、体积分数为45%的乙烯基吡咯烷酮的水溶液组成;紫外灯为400 W的高压汞灯、主波长为380nm;聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐水溶液的浓度为5mg/mL。
进一步的,步骤(3)中配制质量分数为2%的丝素蛋白溶液。
进一步的,步骤(4)中将水分散性石墨烯配制成浓度为0.1mg/ml的石墨烯整理液。
按照本发明方法制作的聚丙烯无纺布具有优异的抗污抗菌性能、抗静电性能、透气性和透湿性,无纺布从完全不抗静电材料成为A级抗静电材料,可应用于制作抗菌抗污抗静电、透气吸湿的医用绷带。

Claims (5)

1.一种绷带用丝素蛋白整理的抗污抗菌聚丙烯无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)聚丙烯无纺布的辐照-等离子体预处理:
将聚丙烯无纺布分别在水、丙酮、乙醇中超声清洗15-20min,除去杂质,放入40-60℃烘箱中烘至恒重,采用Co60-γ射线进行辐照后,再放入等离子体装置中,在10Pa氧气条件下处理95-105s,得到辐照-等离子体预处理的聚丙烯无纺布;
(2)采用紫外夹层法制备表面功能化的抗污抗菌聚丙烯无纺布:
将接枝溶液滴加到(1)中所得预处理聚丙烯无纺布表面,盖上石英片,放入紫外灯箱内照射8-9min,取出,用超纯水和乙醇交替超声清洗4-6次后,放入聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐水溶液中,在60-63℃下回流反应22-24h后,取出并用超纯水和乙醇交替超声清洗4-6次,真空干燥;
(3)丝素蛋白对聚丙烯无纺布的功能改性:
将(2)中所得表面功能化的抗污抗菌聚丙烯无纺布在丝素蛋白溶液中浸渍30-40min,浴比为1:45-55,二浸二轧,带液率为115-125%,将浸轧过的布样烘干后,用70-75%的乙醇溶液处理25-30min后,烘至恒重,再放入干燥器内平衡20-24h;
(4)石墨烯溶液对聚丙烯无纺布的抗静电整理:
将(3)中所得丝素蛋白功能改性的聚丙烯无纺布浸入石墨烯整理液中,浸渍1-2h,采用小轧车对无纺布进行处理,轧余率为75-85%,在58-62℃烘箱内烘干后,在120-123℃下焙烘1-2min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绷带用丝素蛋白整理的抗污抗菌聚丙烯无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中辐照剂量为10-11kGy,等离子体功率为110-130W。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种绷带用丝素蛋白整理的抗污抗菌聚丙烯无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中接枝溶液由体积分数为5-6%的甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的甲醇溶液、体积分数为43-45%的乙烯基吡咯烷酮的水溶液组成;紫外灯为400 W的高压汞灯、主波长为380nm;聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐水溶液的浓度为4-5mg/mL。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种绷带用丝素蛋白整理的抗污抗菌聚丙烯无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中配制质量分数为1.5-2%的丝素蛋白溶液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种绷带用丝素蛋白整理的抗污抗菌聚丙烯无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中将水分散性石墨烯配制成浓度为0.1mg/ml的石墨烯整理液。
