技术领域
本发明涉及机械领域,特别是涉及一种拉丝设备退火段导轮。
背景技术
线材在拉制过程中,受到冷加工变形,使线材变硬、变脆,强度与硬度增加,而塑性降低,给线材继续拉制或作为导电线芯造成困难。为了恢复塑性,消除硬化,保持良好的电气性能和力学性能,因此需要将线材在一定温度下,把金属和合金加以热处理(退火),使线材符合标准要求。退火段的导轮起到输送线材的作用,目前的退化段导轮韧性和耐磨性低,长时间使用后极易磨损,降低寿命。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种耐磨和具有韧性的拉丝设备退火段导轮。
一种拉丝设备退火段导轮,包括导轮本体,所述导轮本体中心开设有轴孔,所述导轮本体的外侧圆周设有向内凹陷的导轮槽,所述导轮本体表面喷涂有氧化皓陶瓷。
进一步的,所述轴孔外围整齐排列有若干圆孔,所述圆孔以轴孔为中心呈圆周排列。
本发明的有益效果是:在导轮本体表面喷涂氧化皓涂层,使其具有耐磨性和韧性。
