本发明公开了一种环保木门的防火涂料,包括以下重量份原料,几丁质3‑6份,氮系阻燃剂3‑8份,水性树脂15‑35份,消泡剂0.3‑0.5份,流平剂2‑5份,流变剂1‑3份,水20‑25份,有机硅改性的苯丙乳液1‑3份,成膜助剂1‑3份,颜填料10‑14份,聚磷酸铵1‑5份,粘合剂8‑10份,纳米除甲醛无机硅片2‑4份;所述的氮系阻燃剂是三聚氰胺磷酸盐,所述的消泡剂是斯盘或吐温,所述的流平剂是聚甲基苯基硅氧烷,所述的流变剂是聚乙烯蜡,所述的成膜助剂是丙二醇,所述的颜填料是氧化铁。本发明具有不会对人体健康造成危害、可以防止环保木门起火和不会助燃火势的优点。

Description

一种环保木门的防火涂料
技术领域
本发明属于室内木门的涂料领域,尤其涉及一种环保木门的防火涂料。
背景技术
环保木门指的是室内木门中释放甲醛较少的一类木门,通常以实木制作门体,以环保油漆作为涂料。现有的环保油漆虽然释放的甲醛较少,但是由于环保油漆中依然必不可少的会添加有少许粘合剂,粘合剂会释放少量甲醛,依然会对人体健康造成一定的危害。此外环保油漆本身具有可燃性,当遇到火灾的时候,不但不能防止环保木门起火,还会对火势起到一定的助燃作用。因此,现有的环保油漆存在会对人体健康造成一定危害、不能防止环保木门起火和会助燃火势的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种环保木门的防火涂料。本发明具有不会对人体健康造成危害、可以防止环保木门起火和不会助燃火势的优点。
本发明的技术方案:一种环保木门的防火涂料,包括以下重量份原料,几丁质3-6份,氮系阻燃剂3-8份,水性树脂15-35份,消泡剂0.3-0.5份,流平剂2-5份,流变剂1-3份,水20-25份,有机硅改性的苯丙乳液1-3份,成膜助剂1-3份,颜填料10-14份,聚磷酸铵1-5份,,纳米除甲醛无机硅片2-4份。
前述的环保木门的防火涂料中,包括以下重量份原料,几丁质4.5份,氮系阻燃剂5.5份,水性树脂25份,消泡剂0.4份,流平剂3.5份,流变剂2份,水22.5份,有机硅改性的苯丙乳液2份,成膜助剂2份,颜填料12份,聚磷酸铵3份,,纳米除甲醛无机硅片3份。
前述的环保木门的防火涂料中,所述的氮系阻燃剂是三聚氰胺磷酸盐,所述的消泡剂是斯盘或吐温,所述的流平剂是聚甲基苯基硅氧烷,所述的流变剂是聚乙烯蜡,所述的成膜助剂是丙二醇,所述的颜填料是氧化铁。
与现有技术相比,首先本发明自身不具有可燃性,当遇到火灾的时候不会对火势起到助燃作用;其次,本发明涂刷到门体上形成的涂层耐热性好,漆膜致密,在火灾坏境下不容易发生开裂,从而有效的将依然的门体与空气隔绝开,使得木门不容易着火;此外,几丁质和纳米除甲醛无机硅片能形成大分子除醛基团,能够吸收粘合剂以及空气中的甲醛,从而避免了甲醛对人体健康造成的危害。因此,本发明具有不会对人体健康造成危害、可以防止环保木门起火和不会助燃火势的优点。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例1。一种环保木门的防火涂料,包括以下重量份原料,几丁质3份,氮系阻燃剂3份,水性树脂15份,消泡剂0.3份,流平剂2份,流变剂1份,水20份,有机硅改性的苯丙乳液1份,成膜助剂1份,颜填料10份,聚磷酸铵1份,粘合剂8份,纳米除甲醛无机硅片2份。
所述的氮系阻燃剂是三聚氰胺磷酸盐,所述的消泡剂是斯盘或吐温,所述的流平剂是聚甲基苯基硅氧烷,所述的流变剂是聚乙烯蜡,所述的成膜助剂是丙二醇,所述的颜填料是氧化铁。
实施例2。一种环保木门的防火涂料,包括以下重量份原料,几丁质6份,氮系阻燃剂8份,水性树脂35份,消泡剂0.5份,流平剂5份,流变剂3份,水25份,有机硅改性的苯丙乳液3份,成膜助剂3份,颜填料14份,聚磷酸铵5份,粘合剂10份,,纳米除甲醛无机硅片4份。
所述的氮系阻燃剂是三聚氰胺磷酸盐,所述的消泡剂是斯盘或吐温,所述的流平剂是聚甲基苯基硅氧烷,所述的流变剂是聚乙烯蜡,所述的成膜助剂是丙二醇,所述的颜填料是氧化铁。
实施例3。一种环保木门的防火涂料,包括以下重量份原料,几丁质4.5份,氮系阻燃剂5.5份,水性树脂25份,消泡剂0.4份,流平剂3.5份,流变剂2份,水22.5份,有机硅改性的苯丙乳液2份,成膜助剂2份,颜填料12份,聚磷酸铵3份,粘合剂9份,纳米除甲醛无机硅片3份。
所述的氮系阻燃剂是三聚氰胺磷酸盐,所述的消泡剂是斯盘或吐温,所述的流平剂是聚甲基苯基硅氧烷,所述的流变剂是聚乙烯蜡,所述的成膜助剂是丙二醇,所述的颜填料是氧化铁。

1.一种环保木门的防火涂料,其特征在于:按重量计,包括以下原料:几丁质3-6份,氮系阻燃剂3-8份,水性树脂15-35份,消泡剂0.3-0.5份,流平剂2-5份,流变剂1-3份,水20-25份,有机硅改性的苯丙乳液1-3份,成膜助剂1-3份,颜填料10-14份,聚磷酸铵1-5份,粘合剂8-10份,纳米除甲醛无机硅片2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保木门的防火涂料,其特征在于:包括以下重量份原料,几丁质4.5份,氮系阻燃剂5.5份,水性树脂25份,消泡剂0.4份,流平剂3.5份,流变剂2份,水22.5份,有机硅改性的苯丙乳液2份,成膜助剂2份,颜填料12份,聚磷酸铵3份,粘合剂9份,纳米除甲醛无机硅片3份。
