Characterization experiment
Test subjects: examples 3 to 7, example 9 and comparative examples 1 to 9 totaling 15 groups, the product or the product obtained in each group being taken to be 0.5cm3As the subject of the experiment.

Claims (4)
1. The non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
55-60 parts of modified asphalt;
5-10 parts of tackifying resin;
10-15 parts of rubber powder;
15-20 parts of liquid filler;
10-15 parts of powder filler;
5-10 parts of metallocene polypropylene;
the tackifying resin comprises petroleum hydrogenated resin, styrene-butadiene rubber and chloroprene rubber, and the petroleum hydrogenated resin accounts for 15-25% of the weight of the tackifying resin;
the liquid filler comprises naphthenic oil, diethylene glycol ethyl ether acetate and DBE in a mass ratio of 5:3: 2;
the powder filler comprises fly ash and silicon dioxide powder in a weight ratio of 3: 2;
the modified asphalt comprises base asphalt, PE and SBS, wherein the PE accounts for 3-5 wt% of the modified asphalt, and the SBS accounts for 1-3 wt% of the modified asphalt;
the preparation process of the non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating comprises the following steps:
s1, heating and melting the modified asphalt, adding tackifying resin and rubber powder, and stirring and homogenizing to obtain a mixed base material;
s2, mixing the liquid filler with the mixed base material, heating, adding the metallocene polypropylene, and stirring to obtain a primary finished product;
and S3, grinding the primary finished product for 1-1.5h, synchronously stirring when adding powder filler after grinding is finished, stirring for 1-1.5h, and cooling to obtain the finished product.
2. The non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the rubber powder needs to be filtered and screened, and the particle diameter of the rubber powder is controlled to be smaller than 40 meshes during screening.
3. The non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in S1, the temperature is maintained at 140-145 ℃ when the asphalt is heated and melted, and the stirring duration is 30-35min when the tackifying resin and the rubber powder are added.
4. The non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 1, wherein: after the mixing of the liquid filler and the mixed binder in S2 is completed, the temperature is raised and maintained at 160-170 ℃ by heating.
