本发明公开了一种防火防腐蚀的脱硫型橡胶组合物,按照重量份有以下原料组成:二氧化钛1.7~2.5份、防老剂1.7~2.5份、三元乙丙橡胶14~22份、石蜡占2.7~3.2份、硫醇基咪唑啉0.7~1.5份、硫化剂2.6~3.5份、石蜡油4~9份、氧化锌2~6份、羧基丁腈橡胶7~12份、无机填料8~12份、硫黄占1.5~2.3份、天然氟橡胶15~22份、促进剂0.9~1.7份、丙烯酸甘油酯1.4~2.2份、增塑剂4.6~5.2份、乙丙橡胶8~15份、活性剂3~8份、硬脂酸3~8份、竹炭占2.6~3.5份、氯丁橡胶4~9份、单异氰酸酯3~7份、喷雾炭黑3~7份和偶联剂3.7~4.2份。本发明具有耐腐蚀、耐用,可以在各种极端环境下广泛使用,而且橡胶制备方法简单,成本低,可以广泛应用等特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶相关技术利于,尤其涉及一种防火防腐蚀的脱硫型橡胶组合物。
背景技术
早期的橡胶是取自橡胶树、橡胶草等植物的胶乳,加工后制成的具有弹性、绝缘性、不透水和空气的材料。
高弹性的高分子化合物,分为天然橡胶与合成橡胶二种。天然橡胶是从橡胶树、橡胶草等植物中提取胶质后加工制成;合成橡胶则由各种单体经聚合反应而得。
橡胶制品广泛应用于工业或生活各方面。橡胶行业是国民经济的重要基础产业之一。它不仅为人们提供日常生活不可或缺的日用、医用等轻工橡胶产品,而且向采掘、交通、建筑、机械、电子等重工业和新兴产业提供各种橡胶制生产设备或橡胶部件。
可见,橡胶行业的产品种类繁多,后向产业十分广阔,但是目前的橡胶在耐腐蚀方便效果一般,达不到人们的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种防火防腐蚀的脱硫型橡胶组合物。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种防火防腐蚀的脱硫型橡胶组合物,按照重量份有以下原料组成:二氧化钛1.7~2.5份、防老剂1.7~2.5份、三元乙丙橡胶14~22份、石蜡占2.7~3.2份、硫醇基咪唑啉0.7~1.5份、硫化剂2.6~3.5份、石蜡油4~9份、氧化锌2~6份、羧基丁腈橡胶7~12份、无机填料8~12份、硫黄占1.5~2.3份、天然氟橡胶15~22份、促进剂0.9~1.7份、丙烯酸甘油酯1.4~2.2份、增塑剂4.6~5.2份、乙丙橡胶8~15份、活性剂3~8份、硬脂酸3~8份、竹炭占2.6~3.5份、氯丁橡胶4~9份、单异氰酸酯3~7份、喷雾炭黑3~7份和偶联剂3.7~4.2份。

上述的一种防火防腐蚀的脱硫型橡胶组合物,按照重量份有以下原料组成:二氧化钛2.1份、防老剂2.1份、三元乙丙橡胶18份、石蜡占2.95份、硫醇基咪唑啉1.1份、硫化剂3.05份、石蜡油6.5份、氧化锌4份、羧基丁腈橡胶9.5份、无机填料10份、硫黄占1.9份、天然氟橡胶18.5份、促进剂1.3份、丙烯酸甘油酯1.8份、增塑剂4.9份、乙丙橡胶11.5份、活性剂5.5份、硬脂酸5.5份、竹炭占3.05份、氯丁橡胶6.5份、单异氰酸酯5份、喷雾炭黑5份和偶联剂3.95份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的一种防火防腐蚀的脱硫型橡胶组合物具有耐腐蚀、耐用,可以在各种极端环境下广泛使用,而且橡胶制备方法简单,成本低,可以广泛应用等有益效果。

一种防火防腐蚀的脱硫型橡胶组合物,按照重量份有以下原料组成:二氧化钛1.7份、防老剂1.7份、三元乙丙橡胶14份、石蜡占2.7份、硫醇基咪唑啉0.7份、硫化剂2.6份、石蜡油4份、氧化锌2份、羧基丁腈橡胶7份、无机填料8份、硫黄占1.5份、天然氟橡胶15份、促进剂0.9份、丙烯酸甘油酯1.4份、增塑剂4.6份、乙丙橡胶8份、活性剂3份、硬脂酸3份、竹炭占2.6份、氯丁橡胶4份、单异氰酸酯3份、喷雾炭黑3份和偶联剂3.7份。

上述的一种防火防腐蚀的脱硫型橡胶组合物,按照重量份有以下原料组成:二氧化钛2.5份、防老剂2.5份、三元乙丙橡胶22份、石蜡占3.2份、硫醇基咪唑啉1.5份、硫化剂3.5份、石蜡油9份、氧化锌6份、羧基丁腈橡胶12份、无机填料12份、硫黄占2.3份、天然氟橡胶22份、促进剂1.7份、丙烯酸甘油酯2.2份、增塑剂5.2份、乙丙橡胶15份、活性剂8份、硬脂酸8份、竹炭占3.5份、氯丁橡胶9份、单异氰酸酯7份、喷雾炭黑7份和偶联剂4.2份。

上述的一种防火防腐蚀的脱硫型橡胶组合物,按照重量份有以下原料组成:二氧化钛2.1份、防老剂2.1份、三元乙丙橡胶18份、石蜡占2.95份、硫醇基咪唑啉1.1份、硫化剂3.05份、石蜡油6.5份、氧化锌4份、羧基丁腈橡胶9.5份、无机填料10份、硫黄占1.9份、天然氟橡胶18.5份、促进剂1.3份、丙烯酸甘油酯1.8份、增塑剂4.9份、乙丙橡胶11.5份、活性剂5.5份、硬脂酸5.5份、竹炭占3.05份、氯丁橡胶6.5份、单异氰酸酯5份、喷雾炭黑5份和偶联剂3.95份。

1.一种防火防腐蚀的脱硫型橡胶组合物,其特征在于,按照重量份有以下原料组成:二氧化钛1.7~2.5份、防老剂1.7~2.5份、三元乙丙橡胶14~22份、石蜡占2.7~3.2份、硫醇基咪唑啉0.7~1.5份、硫化剂2.6~3.5份、石蜡油4~9份、氧化锌2~6份、羧基丁腈橡胶7~12份、无机填料8~12份、硫黄占1.5~2.3份、天然氟橡胶15~22份、促进剂0.9~1.7份、丙烯酸甘油酯1.4~2.2份、增塑剂4.6~5.2份、乙丙橡胶8~15份、活性剂3~8份、硬脂酸3~8份、竹炭占2.6~3.5份、氯丁橡胶4~9份、单异氰酸酯3~7份、喷雾炭黑3~7份和偶联剂3.7~4.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火防腐蚀的脱硫型橡胶组合物,其特征在于,按照重量份有以下原料组成:二氧化钛1.7~2.4份、防老剂1.7~2.4份、三元乙丙橡胶14~21份、石蜡占2.7~3.1份、硫醇基咪唑啉0.7~1.4份、硫化剂2.6~3.4份、石蜡油4~8份、氧化锌2~5份、羧基丁腈橡胶7~11份、无机填料8~11份、硫黄占1.5~2.2份、天然氟橡胶15~21份、促进剂0.9~1.6份、丙烯酸甘油酯1.4~2.1份、增塑剂4.6~5.1份、乙丙橡胶8~14份、活性剂3~7份、硬脂酸3~7份、竹炭占2.6~3.4份、氯丁橡胶4~8份、单异氰酸酯3~6份、喷雾炭黑3~6份和偶联剂3.7~4.1份。
