When the first link 31 and the second link 32 are extended in a straight line, the buffer 22 is at the highest position, and the arm 33 and the first support 41 are parallel to each other and located under the first support 41; when the first link 31 and the second link 32 are contracted in a straight line, the buffer 22 is at the lowest position, and the arm 33 and the second support 42 are parallel to each other and are located right under the second support 42.
As a preferable solution, the first support plate 41 and the second support plate 42 are both provided with a sensor 44 for detecting the position state of the arm lever 33, where the sensor 44 is preferably a travel switch, and the sensor 44 is electrically connected or signally connected to the controller of the elevator.
Further, an opening for the arm 33 to move is formed on the side surface of the base 1; the opening comprises a first opening 12 and a second opening 13, wherein the opening height of the first opening 12 is larger than the horizontal position height of the arm lever 33 when the first connecting rod 31 and the second connecting rod 32 are at the maximum extension distance; the second opening 13 has a height smaller than the height of the horizontal position of the arm 33 when the first link 31 and the second link 32 are at the maximum extension distance, so as to facilitate unidirectional rotation of the arm 33.
