The device generally consists of a back link plate, a seat link plate, a core, a hand wheel or adjustment handle, a return spring, etc. (in some low cost chairs, the back link plate and the seat link plate are generally integrated into the back frame and the chair frame). The continuity of the angle adjustment can be divided into a step adjustment angle adjuster and a stepless adjustment angle adjuster.
The safety seat Control Unit 13(Electronic Control Unit, ECU for short) obtains the first monitoring signal by monitoring the current signal of the isofix motor, and obtains the second monitoring signal by monitoring the current signal of the recliner motor.
The safety seat control unit 13 receives the first monitoring signal and the second monitoring signal, and performs analysis processing according to a predetermined rule to generate an operation command.
The first driving unit 14 is in signal connection with the safety seat control unit 13, and is used for controlling the isofix device to actuate according to the operation instruction generated by the safety seat control unit 13;
the second driving unit 15 is connected to the safety seat control unit 13 by signals, and is used for controlling the backrest 22 to actuate according to the operation command generated by the safety seat control unit 13.
Further, the safety seat control unit 13 in the system of the present invention is composed of the following functional modules, which mainly include:
a signal receiving module 131 for receiving a first monitoring signal associated with the isofix apparatus and a second monitoring signal associated with the backrest;
a signal processing module 132 connected to the signal receiving module 131 for performing analysis processing according to a predetermined rule to generate an operation command;
a signal output module 133, connected to the information processing module 132, for outputting the operation instruction generated by the signal processing module 132;
an information storage module 134, connected to the signal processing module 132, for recording a first monitoring signal and a second monitoring signal corresponding to the isofix device and the backrest when they are actuated to specific positions;
a wireless communication module 135, connected to the information storage module 134, for sending the first monitoring signal and the second monitoring signal recorded in the information storage module to the outside;
the wireless communication module 135 is further connected to an on-board computer (Electronic Control Unit, ECU for short) or a network cloud service platform of the vehicle through a network, so as to perform information interaction through wifi, bluetooth, zigbee (network protocol), GPRS and other internet and internet of things data transmission methods.
The safety seat control unit is also provided with an alarm module (the alarm module is not shown in the figure), and the alarm module is connected with the signal processing module and used for detecting a crisis signal when the parameters of the first monitoring signal and the second monitoring signal exceed a safety range and sending alarm information to the outside after detecting the crisis signal. The alarm (such as a horn or a warning lamp) can be arranged on the child safety seat to detect alarm information sent by the alarm module, send out an alarm and inform a guardian; or the alarm module can be connected to the wireless communication module, and the wireless communication module is utilized to package and send the alarm information from the alarm module and the mechanical parameters in the information storage module to a vehicle-mounted computer or a network cloud service platform of the automobile.
The principle of implementation of the system for the coordinated adjustment of the isofix and backrest of the child safety seat according to the invention will be described in the following with three specific embodiments.
Example 1:
manually starting the isofix motor to drive the push rod of the isofix device to push out, pushing the isofix device out of any position by the push rod, starting the isofix motor at the moment, sending a current signal to form a first monitoring signal, and outputting the first monitoring signal outwards; the safety seat control unit (ECU) receives the first monitoring signal, automatically starts the angle adjuster motor, drives the angle adjuster to rotate, adjusts the backrest of the child safety seat backwards, when the backrest of the child safety seat is tightly attached to the backrest of the automobile seat, the angle adjuster motor can generate a stalling phenomenon and generate a stalling current (the stalling current is far larger than the working current of the angle adjuster motor), and the ECU can judge that the backrest of the child safety seat is adjusted to a correct position by detecting the stalling current of the angle adjuster motor.
Similarly, the angle adjuster motor is manually started to drive the angle adjuster to rotate to drive the backrest of the child safety seat to rotate, and the angle adjuster motor sends a current signal to form a second monitoring signal and outputs the second monitoring signal outwards; the safety seat control unit (ECU) receives the second monitoring signal, automatically starts the isofix motor, adjusts the extending length of the push rod of the isofix device, when the backrest of the child safety seat is tightly attached to the backrest of the automobile seat, the isofix motor can generate a stalling phenomenon and generate a stalling current (the stalling current is far larger than the working current of the isofix motor), and the ECU can know whether the push rod of the isofix device reaches the correct extending length or not by judging the stalling current of the isofix motor.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 6 to 11, a tension sensor 110 is provided, the tension sensor 110 is connected to the tension sensor between the push rod of the isofix device and the mounting bracket thereof, and is used for monitoring tension change between the push rod and the mounting bracket in real time to form a first monitoring signal;
a pressure sensor 120 is provided, wherein the pressure sensor 120 is provided on a backrest of the child safety seat, and is used for monitoring pressure change generated by the backrest being acted by the backrest of the car seat in real time to form the second monitoring signal.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the tension sensor 17 is disposed between the push rod 162 of the isofix device and the mounting bracket 16, studs are disposed at two ends of the tension sensor 17, a threaded hole is disposed at the front end of the push rod, the push rod is fixed to one end of the tension sensor 17 through threads, a round hole is disposed on the mounting bracket 16, and a stud at the other end of the tension sensor 17 penetrates through the round hole and is fixed to the mounting bracket 16 through a nut.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, when the push rod is manually started, the push rod pushes the mounting bracket out of any position, as shown in the actuation diagrams of fig. 6 to 7, the tension sensor 110 is triggered to send a first monitoring signal; when the safety seat control unit (ECU) receives the first monitoring signal, the angle regulator motor is automatically started, the angle regulator 23 is driven to rotate, the backrest 22 of the child safety seat is adjusted backwards, and when the backrest 22 of the child safety seat is tightly attached to the automobile seat backrest 20, the pressure sensor 120 arranged on the backrest 22 is acted by the automobile seat backrest 20 to send out a second monitoring signal; the ECU can determine that the back of the child safety seat is adjusted to the correct position by detecting the second monitoring signal sent by the pressure sensor 120 arranged on the back 22, and then send an operation instruction of stopping the actuation to the motor of the angle adjuster to stop the rotation of the angle adjuster, as shown in fig. 8, to complete the linkage adjustment of the isofix device to the back 22.
Referring to fig. 9 to 11, the angle adjuster motor is adjusted and started manually, and as shown in the actuation diagrams of fig. 9 to 10, the pressure sensor 120 is triggered to send a second monitoring signal; the safety seat control unit (ECU) receives the second monitoring signal, automatically starts the isofix motor, drives the push rod of the isofix device to push out, and adjusts the extending length of the push rod of the isofix device; when the backrest 22 of the child safety seat is tightly attached to the backrest 20 of the car seat, the tension sensor 110 detects the tension between the push rod and the mounting bracket and sends a first monitoring signal outwards; the ECU receives the first monitoring signal and determines whether the push rod reaches the correct extension length by determining the tension measured by the tension sensor 110, and then generates an operation instruction for stopping the actuation of the push rod to the isofix motor, as shown in fig. 11, to complete the linkage adjustment of the isofix device by the backrest 22.
In this embodiment, the isofix motor may be electrically connected to a safety seat control unit (ECU), the ECU is directly triggered by a current signal sent when the isofix motor is started, and the ECU automatically starts the recliner motor to perform subsequent recliner adjustment. Similarly, the angle adjuster motor can be electrically connected to a safety seat control unit (ECU), the ECU is directly triggered by a current signal sent when the angle adjuster motor is started, and the isofix motor is automatically started by the ECU so as to adjust the subsequent isofix device. The pressure sensor in this embodiment may also be disposed on the seat back of the car seat, as long as the pressure sensor is disposed on the contact surface between the child safety seat and the car seat.
Example 3:
providing a displacement sensor, wherein the displacement sensor 18 is fixed on a fixed section of a push rod 162 of the isofix device, a sensing slide bar 181 is slidably arranged on the displacement sensor 18, and the sensing slide bar 181 is connected to the mounting bracket 16 and is used for monitoring displacement change of the mounting bracket 16 in real time to form a first monitoring signal;
providing a pressure sensor which is arranged on a backrest of the child safety seat and used for monitoring the pressure change of the backrest in real time to form a second monitoring signal;
as shown in fig. 14 and fig. 15, displacement sensor 18 is fixed with the fixed section of push rod 162 through fixed block 19, the fixed section of push rod 162 is fixed on the cushion skeleton, the flexible section of push rod 162 is telescopically arranged in its fixed section and is connected to mounting bracket 16, fixed block 19 and push rod 162 and displacement sensor 18 interference fit, the front end of induction slide bar 181 of displacement sensor 18 is equipped with one section screw thread, be equipped with the round hole on isofix device's mounting bracket 16, induction slide bar 181 passes this round hole, mounting bracket 16 is fastened through two screw threads around the front and back.
When the push rod is manually started, the push rod 162 pushes the mounting bracket 16 out of any position to trigger the displacement sensor 18 to send a first monitoring signal, the ECU automatically starts the angle adjuster motor after receiving the first monitoring signal to adjust the backrest of the child safety seat backwards, and when the backrest of the child safety seat is tightly attached to the backrest of the automobile seat, the ECU can judge that the backrest of the child safety seat is adjusted to the correct position by detecting the pressure value of the pressure sensor arranged on the backrest.
The angle adjuster motor is started by manual adjustment, the isofix motor is automatically started by the ECU, the extension length of the push rod is adjusted, when the backrest of the child safety seat is tightly attached to the backrest of the automobile seat, the displacement of the mounting bracket is measured by the ECU through the judgment displacement sensor, and the ECU can know that the push rod extends to reach the correct extension length when the mounting bracket does not generate displacement any more.
In this embodiment, the isofix motor may be electrically connected to a safety seat control unit (ECU), the ECU is directly triggered by a current signal sent when the isofix motor is started, and the ECU automatically starts the recliner motor to perform subsequent recliner adjustment. Similarly, the angle adjuster motor can be electrically connected to a safety seat control unit (ECU), the ECU is directly triggered by a current signal sent when the angle adjuster motor is started, and the isofix motor is automatically started by the ECU so as to adjust the subsequent isofix device. The pressure sensor in this embodiment may also be disposed on the car seat, as long as the pressure sensor is disposed on the contact surface between the child safety seat and the car seat.
The invention relates to the field of function adjustment of child safety seats, in particular to a child safety seat which is more closely attached to an automobile seat through linkage adjustment of the backrest angle of the child safety seat and the extension length of an isofix device, by means of a pressure sensor or a tension sensor of an isofix device for detecting the current (torque) of a motor of the angle adjuster of the child safety seat or the contact surface of the motor and the isofix device, and inputs the data to the ECU (safety seat control unit) of the child safety seat, calculates the optimal supporting force and the corresponding supporting position which are given to the child seat by the backrest of the automobile seat, carries out shape and position analysis on the ECU of the child safety seat, judges the optimal sitting state and the optimal protection mode, and data are output to a vehicle-mounted computer, a cloud platform, a mobile terminal, a child safety seat emergency center and the like, so that safety and comfort of children when the children encounter general braking, emergency braking, passive braking and even collision of the whole vehicle in the using process are protected. For example, the data can control the explosion of the safety air bag of the whole vehicle or the explosion range of the safety air bag of the child safety seat, and can control the posture of the front seat or the rear seat, even the opening and closing of the window and the like in emergency.
The extending length of the isofix device can be measured by adopting an electric isofix, the backrest of the child seat or an angle adjuster can be rigidly combined with the automobile seat while the backrest of the child seat can be adjusted to any angle by jointly adjusting the electric backrest of the child seat and the electric isofix (the partial area of the backrest of the child seat and the isofix are rigidly connected with the automobile seat at any angle and the backrest of the automobile seat and an isofix steel wire, whether the isofix extending length and the elevation angle of the backrest can be determined by converting the monitoring of the current of the angle adjuster and the isofix push rod motor into the monitoring of the current, and the rigidity of the automobile seat is enhanced, the deformation degree of the adjusting chair is reduced when the automobile seat is impacted by external force, and the impact on the child seat is also reduced.
The following describes in detail a specific implementation method of the system for adjusting the linkage between the isofix and the backrest of the child safety seat according to the present invention with reference to specific embodiments, and the implementation method specifically includes the following steps:
s001: providing a safety seat control unit, and after receiving a first monitoring signal related to the isofix device and a second monitoring signal related to the backrest, analyzing and processing the first monitoring signal and the second monitoring signal according to a set rule to generate an operation instruction;
s002: providing a first driving unit, and driving the isofix device to actuate according to the operation instruction; and
s003: and providing a second driving unit, and driving the angle adjuster of the child installation seat to actuate according to the operation instruction so as to enable the backrest and the seat cushion of the child safety seat to rotate relatively.
It should be noted that the structures, ratios, sizes, and the like shown in the drawings attached to the present specification are only used for matching the disclosure of the present specification, so as to be understood and read by those skilled in the art, and are not used to limit the conditions of the present invention, so that the present invention has no technical essence, and any structural modification, ratio relationship change, or size adjustment should still fall within the scope of the present invention without affecting the efficacy and the achievable purpose of the present invention. In addition, the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "middle" and "one" used in the present specification are for clarity of description, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and the relative relationship between the terms and the terms is not to be construed as a scope of the present invention.

1. A system for attaching a back of a child safety seat to a back of a car seat, comprising:
the safety seat control unit is used for receiving a first monitoring signal of an isofix device related to the child safety seat, and analyzing and processing the first monitoring signal according to a set rule to generate an operation instruction;
the first driving unit is in signal connection with the safety seat control unit and used for controlling the isofix device to do telescopic motion according to the operation instruction, so that the backrest of the child safety seat is tightly attached to the backrest of the automobile seat; or
And the second driving unit is in signal connection with the safety seat control unit and is used for controlling the backrest of the child safety seat to rotate relative to the seat cushion according to the operation instruction, so that the backrest of the child safety seat is tightly attached to the backrest of the automobile seat.
2. A system for conforming a back of a child safety seat to a back of a car seat according to claim 1 wherein: the first driving unit is an isofix motor and is in driving connection with the isofix device; the safety seat control unit obtains the first monitoring signal by monitoring a current signal of the isofix motor.
3. A system for conforming a back of a child safety seat to a back of a car seat according to claim 1 wherein: the first driving unit is an isofix motor and is in driving connection with the isofix device; the isofix device comprises an installation bracket and an isofix interface arranged on the installation bracket, wherein the installation bracket is arranged on a cushion of the child safety seat through a push rod, and the installation bracket is pushed and pulled to slide along the cushion under the action of the push rod; the first driving unit is arranged on the cushion and is connected with the push rod in a driving mode; the system further comprises:
the tension sensor is connected between the push rod and the mounting bracket and used for monitoring tension change between the push rod and the mounting bracket in real time to form a first monitoring signal; or
A displacement sensor is fixed in on the fixed segment of push rod, the last response slide bar that is equipped with of displacement sensor, the response slide bar connect in the installing support is used for real-time supervision the displacement change of installing support is in order to form first monitoring signal.
4. A system for conforming a back of a child safety seat to a back of a car seat according to claim 1 wherein the safety seat control unit comprises:
the signal receiving module is used for receiving the first monitoring signal;
the signal processing module is connected with the signal receiving module and used for analyzing and processing according to a set rule so as to generate an operation instruction;
the signal output module is connected with the signal processing module and used for outputting the operation instruction;
the information storage module is connected with the signal processing module and used for recording the first monitoring signal;
the wireless communication module is connected with the information storage module and used for sending the first monitoring signal recorded in the information storage module to the outside;
the wireless communication module is further connected to a vehicle-mounted computer of the automobile or a network cloud service platform through a network.
5. A system for attaching a back of a child safety seat to a back of a car seat, comprising:
the safety seat control unit is used for receiving a second monitoring signal related to a backrest of the child safety seat, and analyzing and processing the second monitoring signal according to a set rule to generate an operation instruction;
the first driving unit is in signal connection with the safety seat control unit and used for controlling the isofix device to do telescopic motion according to the operation instruction, so that the backrest of the child safety seat is tightly attached to the backrest of the automobile seat; or
And the second driving unit is in signal connection with the safety seat control unit and is used for controlling the backrest of the child safety seat to rotate relative to the seat cushion according to the operation instruction, so that the backrest of the child safety seat is tightly attached to the backrest of the automobile seat.

The system for conforming a back of a child safety seat to a back of a vehicle seat as defined in claim 5 wherein said second drive unit is a recliner motor drivingly connected to a recliner, said recliner mounted between the back and the seat cushion of the child safety seat for controlling relative rotation between said back and said seat cushion; the system further comprises:
and the pressure sensor is arranged on the backrest of the child safety seat and used for monitoring the pressure change of the backrest in real time so as to form the second monitoring signal.
8. The system for conforming a back of a child safety seat to a back of a car seat according to claim 5 wherein the safety seat control unit comprises:
the signal receiving module is used for receiving the second monitoring signal;
the signal processing module is connected with the signal receiving module and used for analyzing and processing according to a set rule so as to generate an operation instruction; and
the signal output module is connected with the signal processing module and used for outputting the operation instruction;
the information storage module is connected with the signal processing module and used for recording the second monitoring signal;
the wireless communication module is connected with the information storage module and used for sending the second monitoring signal recorded in the information storage module to the outside;
the wireless communication module is further connected to a vehicle-mounted computer of the automobile or a network cloud service platform through a network.
9. A method of conforming a back of a child safety seat to a back of a car seat, comprising the steps of:
providing a safety seat control unit, and after receiving a first monitoring signal related to an isofix device of the child safety seat or a second monitoring signal related to a backrest of the child safety seat, analyzing and processing the first monitoring signal or the second monitoring signal according to a set rule to generate an operation instruction;
and providing a first driving unit, and driving the isofix device to do telescopic motion according to the operation instruction, so that the backrest of the child safety seat is clung to the backrest of the automobile seat.
10. A method of conforming a back of a child safety seat to a back of a car seat, comprising the steps of:
providing a safety seat control unit, and after receiving a first monitoring signal related to an isofix device of the child safety seat or a second monitoring signal related to a backrest of the child safety seat, analyzing and processing the first monitoring signal or the second monitoring signal according to a set rule to generate an operation instruction;
and providing a second driving unit, and controlling the backrest and the seat cushion of the child safety seat to rotate relatively according to the operation instruction so that the backrest of the child safety seat is tightly attached to the backrest of the automobile seat.
