Background
In the process of railway track and urban rail transit construction and daily maintenance, a track tractor (a railway vehicle or a highway and railway dual-purpose vehicle) is required to be equipped with a special construction tool for track transportation flat car equipment for construction operation.
In conventional construction, vehicles are typically run on one railroad grade crossing and then run off another grade crossing. If vehicles pass during the period, the vehicles need to leave the road in advance to avoid, or a special avoiding passage is arranged beside the road, so that the rail tractor is convenient to avoid the vehicles which normally pass.
The construction operation is tedious and has the following defects:
