Referring to fig. 1, the dust removing apparatus body includes a dust removing housing 6 having at least two ventilation openings formed in a side surface thereof, a ventilation pipe 10 installed at the ventilation opening, a particle classifying screen 5 installed inside the dust removing housing 6, a centrifugal filter screen 3 installed inside the particle classifying screen 5 and capable of freely rotating, an electromagnet 4 installed on a periphery of the centrifugal filter screen 3, and further includes a rotating shaft 7 and a motor 8.
Referring to fig. 1, one end of a rotating shaft 7 sequentially passes through a dust removing housing 6 and a particle classifying screen 5 and is fixedly connected with the middle part of the end surface of a centrifugal filter screen 3, and the other end thereof is connected with an output shaft of a motor 8; the motor 8 is arranged at the end part of the dust removing shell 6 by adopting two motor supporting columns 9.
Referring to fig. 1, the side and the bottom of the centrifugal filter screen 3 are uniformly provided with through holes with the diameter of 3mm, the side of the particle grading screen 5 is uniformly provided with through holes with the diameter of 0.5mm, and the diameter of the ventilation opening on the dust removing shell 6 is at least 10 cm.
Referring to fig. 1, further, the ventilation tube 10 is connected to a suction fan.
The working principle is as follows: the motor 8 rotates to drive the rotating shaft 7 and the centrifugal filter screen 3 to rotate around the axis, so that larger particles in the dust have larger centrifugal rotating speed than smaller particles; metal particles in the dust are adsorbed on the centrifugal filter screen 3 under the effect of the electromagnet 4, meanwhile, diameter particles are larger than 3mm and are intercepted inside the centrifugal filter screen 3, and other particles pass through the centrifugal filter screen 3 and strike the particle classification net 5 under the combined action of centrifugal force and an exhaust fan, so that the particles with the diameter larger than 0.5mm are intercepted inside the particle classification net 5, and other particles are sucked away by the exhaust fan through the ventilation pipe 10. Therefore, the particle dust generated by the sand blasting machine realizes classified dust removal, and the dust removal effect is better because the particle classification is up to 6 times.
