The bottom ends of the brush shafts 137 are located inside the frame 11, and the top ends of the brush shafts 137 are located outside the frame 11. The top end of the first brush shaft 22 is connected with a speed reducer 13, the speed reducer 13 is connected with a motor in a matched mode, and the motor is located on the motor base 14. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the external washing apparatus further includes a shoulder brush 133 and an external washing water receiving tray 127, the shoulder brush 133 being disposed at the right side of the lower flange seat 132, the shoulder brush 133 being disposed obliquely. The shoulder brush 133 is high on one side close to the lower flange seat 132, and is low on the other side far from the lower flange seat 132. A sloping cushion plate is arranged below the shoulder hairbrush 133. The outer washing water receiving tray 127 is positioned below the brush shaft 137 for collecting wastewater generated during the outer washing of the purified water filling barrel.
The washing device further comprises a bottom brush 18 and a bottom cylinder, a first bottom cylinder being arranged between the first brush shaft 22 and the second brush shaft 21. A second bottom cylinder is provided between the first brush shaft 22 and the third brush shaft 23. The upper end of the barrel bottom cylinder is connected to the frame 11, and the lower end of the barrel bottom cylinder is connected with a barrel bottom hairbrush 18. The inner wash apparatus includes a first cylinder 19, a lift plate 213, a spout 126, and an inner wash water pan 129. The upper end of the first cylinder 19 is connected to a fixed seat of the first cylinder 19. The two cylinder fixing seats are respectively arranged on the front and rear inner walls of the frame 11. The cylinder fixing seat and the bottom hairbrush are positioned at the same horizontal height. The lower ends of the two first cylinders 19 are connected with pull rods. The lower ends of the two pull rods are connected with hinges through pin shafts, and the hinges are used for preventing the pull rods from being damaged by the cylinders at different times. Hinges are attached at both front and rear ends of the lift plate 213. The elevation plate 213 is connected with a plurality of spouts 126, and the spouts 126 are disposed along the height direction of the frame 11. The upper portion of the spout 126 is disposed within a fixed spout nylon sleeve 128, the fixed spout nylon sleeve 128 being attached to the cross beam of the frame 11. The nylon sleeve 128 of the fixed spray pipe is positioned right below the mouth of the overturned purified water filling barrel. The inner wash water pan 129 is located to the right of the outer wash water pan 127. The inner washing water receiving disc 129 is positioned below the nylon sleeve 128 of the fixed spray pipe and is used for collecting waste water generated during inner washing of the purified water filling barrel.
As can be seen from the above, the integrated machine for washing inside and outside provided by the invention can simultaneously carry out the procedures of washing inside and outside of the purified water filling barrel, the invention adopts the novel structure that the cylinder drives the rack 112, the rack 112 drives the gear 113, the gear 113 drives the upper barrel frame 125, after the purified water filling barrel is turned over by 180 degrees, the inner washing spray pipe 126 carries out high-pressure inner washing, and simultaneously, the outer barrel wall brush 134, the barrel shoulder brush 133 and the barrel bottom brush 18 rotate under the drive of the brush shaft 137 to wash outside the purified water filling barrel; the inner and outer cleaning is combined, so that the cleaning efficiency of the purified water filling barrel is improved, the occupied space and the production cost of equipment are saved, and the obtained economic benefit is good and the market prospect is wide.
