The function of the paint spray gun is mainly to apply the paint to the object to be coated by atomizing the paint with compressed gas. Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1, a spray gun according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a spray gun body 1 and a regulating valve 2 installed on the spray gun body 1. The adjusting valve 2 is located at the body 13 adjacent to the holding part 11, so that the user can use the thumb to operate the adjusting valve when holding the adjusting valve.

Referring to fig. 2, in detail, the holding portion 11 has an inlet channel 111 extending along a length direction of the holding portion 11 for introducing external fluid (e.g., high pressure gas). The spray head 12 can be used to provide different spray paint types, for example, the spray head 12 can include a first nozzle portion 121 and a plurality of second nozzle portions 122, the first nozzle portion 121 is located at the center and has a circular hole shape in the present embodiment to provide spray paint with a circular area, the second nozzle portions 122 are located at the periphery of the first nozzle portion 121 to spray paint laterally, and can form spray paint with a long strip area in combination with the spray paint with the circular area, the spray paint types and the position relationship are merely exemplary and not limited thereto, and a shunt structure is provided inside the spray head 12 to respectively communicate the first nozzle portion 121 and the second nozzle portion 122, which is well known by those skilled in the art, so for simplicity and brevity, detailed description thereof is omitted herein.
Referring to fig. 2 in conjunction with fig. 3, the body 13 is connected to the holding portion 11 and the nozzle 12, the body 13 has a first air outlet channel 131, a second air outlet channel 132, and a mounting hole 133, the first air outlet channel 131 and the second air outlet channel 132 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the body 13, the mounting hole 133 is located at a position of the body 13 adjacent to the holding portion 11, the mounting hole 133 is communicated with the first air outlet channel 131, the second air outlet channel 132 and the air inlet channel 111, the first air outlet channel 131 is used for communicating the first nozzle portion 121, and the second air outlet channel 132 is used for communicating the second nozzle portion 122.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3 again, the adjusting valve 2 includes a first operating member 21 and a second operating member 22, the first operating member 21 includes an operating portion 210, the second operating member 22 includes an operating end 220, and the operating portion 210 and the operating end 220 are adjacent to each other and located on the same side, so that the user can slightly move the position of the thumb for fine adjustment. In the embodiment, the operation portion 210 is a ring and surrounds the operation end 220, and the operation portion 210 and the operation end 220 may be provided with a plurality of anti-slip threads 2110, 2210. Preferably, the operating end 220 is a smooth surface 2201 adjacent to the operating portion 210, and the operating portion 210 is slidably sleeved on the smooth surface 2201, so as to reduce the frictional resistance to the displacement of the operating portion 210.

The actuator 212 includes the operating portion 210, so that a user can move the cylinder 211 by pulling the actuator 212. The valve seat 23 has a pivot slot 231 for the cylinder 211 to pivot. Preferably, the valve seat 23 has a limiting groove 230, and the connecting member 213 is disposed in the limiting groove 230, so that the limiting groove 230 limits the displacement stroke of the connecting member 213.
Referring to fig. 2 in conjunction with fig. 4, in detail, the cylinder 211 extends along an axial direction, the cylinder 211 has at least one through hole 2111, 2112 in a radial direction, and a through hole 2113 in the axial direction, in this embodiment, the cylinder 211 has a first through hole 2111 and a second through hole 2112, and the valve seat 23 has a first through hole 232 and a second through hole 233 communicating with the pivot slot 231. In the present embodiment, the first through hole 232 and the first flow through hole 2111 both have a first aperture; the second through hole 233 and the second through hole 2112 both have a second aperture, the first aperture being larger than the second aperture to provide sufficient adjustment stroke within the limited size of the cylinder 211. Referring to fig. 5 to 7, when the cylinder 211 pivots, the first through hole 2111 and the second through hole 2112 are staggered, partially communicated or completely communicated with the first through hole 232 and the second through hole 233 during the rotation process.
Referring to fig. 2 in conjunction with fig. 3, the second operating member 22 is movably inserted into the through hole 2113 of the cylinder 211. Specifically, the valve seat 23 has a screw hole 234 communicating with the pivot slot 231, and the second operating member 22 is screwed in the screw hole 234. Referring to fig. 8 and 9, when the valve seat 23 is mounted in the mounting hole 133, the first through hole 232 and the second through hole 233 of the valve seat 23 are respectively communicated with the inlet flow channel 111 and the first outlet flow channel 131. Therefore, when the cylinder 211 is rotated, the flow rates of the inlet flow channel 111 and the first outlet flow channel 131 can be respectively adjusted by the first through hole 2111 and the second through hole 2112 of the cylinder 211. It should be noted that, in the embodiment, since the aperture of the first flow through hole 2111 is larger, the flow rates of the inlet flow channel 111 and the first outlet flow channel 131 can be controlled together in some cases, but the invention is not limited thereto.
