The acrylic polyurethane is a coating, and is widely applied to various traffic vehicles and engineering machinery; in the prior art, acrylic polyurethane exists, but the synthesis of acrylic polyurethane in the prior art has defects, on one hand, the acrylic polyurethane is not fully stirred, so that the synthesis effect of acrylic polyurethane is influenced; on the other hand, the power source generated in the driving process of the first driving unit 3 is not utilized, so that the waste of resources is caused; according to the invention, the first driving unit 3 and the first synthesizing unit 4 are arranged, and the first driving unit 3 and the first synthesizing unit 4 are mutually matched, so that on one hand, the fan blades 44 are driven by the driving motor 31 to rotate, and the fan blades 44 stir the acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution, thereby improving the acrylic polyurethane synthetic efficiency; on the other hand, the gas stored in the gas storage chamber 11 pushes the fixed disk 43 to move downward, and the acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution is pushed by the fan blades 44, so that the synthetic route of the acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution is increased, the acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution is fully and uniformly synthesized, and the synthetic effect of the acrylic polyurethane is improved.
Feeding the acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution into the first cylinder 1 from the feeding hole 12, driving the driving motor 31 at the moment, driving the hollow shaft 34 to rotate by the driving motor 31, and stirring the acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution in the second cylinder 2 by the fan blades 44 in the rotation process, thereby improving the synthetic efficiency of the acrylic polyurethane; meanwhile, the driving motor 31 drives the hollow shaft 34 to rotate, the first plate 32 extrudes the first air bag 33 along with the increasing rotating speed of the hollow shaft 34, the first air bag 33 is extruded to blow air outwards, one part of the blown air acts on the second driving unit 5, and the other part of the blown air is conveyed to the air storage chamber 11 to be stored; the gas stored in the gas storage chamber 11 is transferred to the No. two air bag 42 above the fixed disk 43 through the hollow shaft 34 and the No. one passage 411, the gas pushes the fixed disk 43 to press the second air bag 42 at the bottom of the fixed disk 43 downwards, the second air bag 42 at the bottom of the fixed disk 43 is pressed to blow air outwards, the fixed disk 43 slides downwards relative to the hollow shaft 34, the fan blades 44 push the stirred acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution to move downwards, the stirred acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution is squeezed into the first cylinder 1 from the second cylinder 2, so that the unstirred acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution is pressed into the second cylinder 2 from the first cylinder 1, the acid acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution which is not stirred is stirred and synthesized in a second cylinder body 2, the acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution is fully and uniformly stirred, so that the synthetic efficiency and effect of the acrylic polyurethane are improved; the acrylic polyurethane after stirring and synthesis is discharged and collected through a discharge port 14.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the second airbag 42 is provided with a set of second holes 421, and the gas is ejected from the second holes 421 to accelerate the synthesis of the acrylic urethane. According to the invention, the group of second holes 421 is arranged, and the gas is sprayed out of the second holes 421, so that the acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution is fully stirred under the action of the gas, and the synthetic efficiency of the acrylic polyurethane is improved.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the second cylinder 2 is composed of a plurality of groups of inner rings 22, and the inner rings 22 at the end parts are fixedly installed on the supporting frame 21; a convex ring 23 is arranged on the outer wall of the inner ring 22; a first rod 24 is arranged on the convex ring 23, and the first rod 24 is used for guiding the movement of the inner ring 22 in the vertical direction; one end of the first rod 24 is fixedly arranged on the convex ring 23 of the bottom inner ring 22, the other end of the first rod 24 extends out of the convex ring 23 of the top inner ring 22, the other end of the first rod 24 is fixedly connected with an installation block, the diameter of the installation block is larger than that of the convex ring 23, and the installation block is used for preventing the inner ring 22 from being separated from the first rod 24; the outer wall of the inner ring 22 is connected with a second driving unit 5; the second driving unit 5 is used for the movement of the inner ring 22 in the vertical direction, and the second driving unit 5 comprises a pneumatic cylinder 51, an outer ring 52, a fixing block and a steel rope 53; the outer ring 52 is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the first barrel 1 through a fixing block; the pneumatic cylinder 51 is connected with the PLC, and the pneumatic cylinder 51 is used for controlling the rotation of the outer ring 52; one end of the steel rope 53 is fixedly connected with the outer ring 52, and the other end of the steel rope 53 is fixedly connected with the inner ring 22. Because the amount of the acrylic acid polyurethane synthetic solution put into the first cylinder 1 is different every time, if the height of the second cylinder 2 is not changed, the acrylic acid polyurethane synthetic solution which is not stirred in the first cylinder 1 is not easy to be pressed into the second cylinder 2 for stirring, so that the acrylic acid polyurethane synthetic solution in the first cylinder 1 is not uniformly and fully stirred, and the synthetic effect of the acrylic acid polyurethane is influenced; according to the invention, the second cylinder 2 is composed of a plurality of inner rings 22, and the inner rings 22 are controlled to move on the vertical surface under the action of the second driving unit 5 according to different liquid level heights of the acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution, so that the acid acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution which is not stirred in the first cylinder 1 enters the second cylinder 2 to be stirred, and the synthetic effect and efficiency of the acid acrylic polyurethane are improved.
When the liquid level of the acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution is lower than the height of the second cylinder 2, the air blown out by the first air bag 33 acts on the pneumatic cylinder 51, the quantity of the air entering the pneumatic cylinder 51 is controlled by the PLC controller, and the motion amplitude of the corresponding inner ring 22 in the vertical direction is controlled by the expansion amplitude of the pneumatic cylinder 51; the outer ring 52 pulls the inner ring 22 through the steel rope 53, the inner ring 22 moves upwards along the direction of the first rod 24, a gap exists between the adjacent inner rings 22, the unstirred acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution enters the second cylinder 2 from the gap to be stirred, and the entering amount of the unstirred acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution is controlled by controlling the size of the gap, so that the acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution is fully and uniformly stirred, and the synthesis effect of the acrylic polyurethane is improved.
As an embodiment of the invention, a balancing unit 6 is arranged below the second cylinder 2; the balance unit 6 is used for keeping the first cylinder 1 stable, and the balance unit 6 comprises a first shaft 61, a flywheel 62 and a drainage plate 63; the flywheel 62 is rotationally connected with the bottom plate of the first cylinder 1 through the first shaft 61; the drainage plate 63 is fixedly installed on the flywheel 62, and the drainage plate 63 is circumferentially distributed on the flywheel 62. Because the synthesis of the acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution is completed at the middle upper part, the center of gravity of the first cylinder 1 is unstable along with the fact that the stirring speed of the acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution is faster and faster, and the bottom of the first cylinder 1 is not subjected to acting force, so that the synthesis of the acrylic polyurethane is influenced; according to the invention, by arranging the balance unit 6, the upper and lower stress of the first cylinder 1 is balanced in the synthesis of the acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution, so that the synthesis efficiency of the acrylic polyurethane is improved. In the stirring synthesis of the acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution, the acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution impacts the flow guide plate 63, the flow guide plate 63 drives the flywheel 62 to rotate, and the force applied in the stirring process is balanced through the rotation of the flywheel 62.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the drainage plate 63 is a circular arc plate for increasing a contact area with acrylic polyurethane. Through establishing drainage plate 63 as circular arc shaped plate, circular arc shaped plate has increased the area of contact with sour acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution for more sour acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution impact drainage plate 63, thereby improved flywheel 62's rotation efficiency.
As an embodiment of the present invention, a third driving unit 7 is disposed on the first shaft 61; the third driving unit 7 is used for accelerating the rotation of the flywheel 62, and the third driving unit 7 comprises a first bevel gear 71, a second bevel gear 72, a second shaft 73, a fixing rod 74, a ratchet wheel 75, a pawl 76, a rack 77 and a third plate 8; the third plate 8 is hinged to the top of the first cylinder 1, a torsion spring is arranged at the hinged position, the third plate 8 is located at the pressure relief opening 13, and one end, close to the first plate 32, of the third plate 8 is in contact with the top of the first plate 32; one end of the rack 77 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the third plate 8, and the other end of the rack 77 is in meshed transmission with the second shaft 73; the second shaft 73 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the first cylinder 1 through a support, and the second shaft 73 and the support are rotatably arranged; the first bevel gear 71 is rotatably arranged on the first shaft 61; the second bevel gear 72 is fixedly connected with the end part of the second shaft 73, and the second bevel gear 72 is in meshing transmission with the first bevel gear 71; the pawl 76 is hinged on the outer ring of the second shaft 73; the ratchet wheel 75 is fixedly installed on the outer ring of the second shaft 73 through a fixing rod 74, the ratchet wheel 75 is located at a pawl 76, and the ratchet wheel 75 and the pawl 76 are matched for unidirectional rotation of the second bevel gear 72. Because the synthesis of the acrylic polyurethane is carried out in a sealed environment, the air pressure in the first cylinder 1 is gradually increased along with the continuous stirring of the acrylic polyurethane synthesis solution, and the first cylinder 1 needs to be decompressed at the moment; according to the invention, the third driving unit 7 is arranged, so that on one hand, the air pressure discharged from the first cylinder 1 is utilized, and thus the utilization rate of resources is improved; on the other hand, the rotating speed of the flywheel 62 is increased, and the larger the rotating shaft of the flywheel 62 is, the more stable the first cylinder 1 is, so that the acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution is fully and uniformly stirred, and the synthetic efficiency of the acrylic polyurethane is improved.
When the air pressure in the first cylinder 1 reaches a constant value of a pressure valve, the pressure relief port 13 is opened, the gas in the first cylinder 1 is sprayed outwards, the sprayed gas acts on the third plate 8, the third plate 8 is pushed by the gas, one end, far away from the hollow shaft 34, of the third plate 8 moves upwards, the rack 77 moves upwards, one end, close to the hollow shaft 34, of the third plate 8 moves downwards, one end, close to the hollow shaft 34, of the third plate 8 extrudes the first plate 32, the first plate 32 moves towards one side, close to the first air bag 33, the first air bag 33 is extruded to bulge outwards, the gas expanded by the first air bag 33 acts on synthesis and stirring of the acrylic polyurethane synthesis solution, and therefore the synthesis efficiency and effect of the acrylic polyurethane are improved; the rotation directions of the ratchet wheel 75 and the pawl 76 are the same as that of the second shaft 73, the pawl 76 is not clamped by the ratchet wheel 75, and the rack 77 drives the second shaft 73 to rotate anticlockwise in movement; because the first bevel gear 71 and the second bevel gear 72 are in meshed transmission, the second bevel gear 72 drives the first shaft 61 to rotate anticlockwise, so that the flywheel 62 rotates anticlockwise, and because the driving direction of the third driving unit 7 is the same as that of the drainage plate 63, the rotating speed of the flywheel 62 is faster and faster under the mutual matching of the third driving unit 7 and the drainage plate 63, so that the stability of the first cylinder 1 is improved; when the air pressure in the first cylinder 1 is lower than the constant value of the pressure valve, the pressure relief opening 13 is closed, the third plate 8 is reset under the action of the torsion spring, the rack 77 moves downwards, the ratchet 75 blocks the pawl 76 due to the fact that the rotation directions of the ratchet 75 and the pawl 76 are different from that of the second shaft 73, and the rack 77 cannot drive the second shaft 73 to rotate in the downward movement, so that the force generated when the drainage plate 63 drives the flywheel 62 to rotate and the force generated when the third driving unit 7 is reset are prevented from being mutually offset, and the stability of the first cylinder 1 is improved.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the third plate 8 is composed of a fourth plate 81, a fifth plate 82, and a sixth plate 83; the fourth plate 81 is an inverted L-shaped plate; the fifth plate 82 is a V-shaped plate, the middle part of the fifth plate 82 is hinged to the top of the first cylinder 1, a torsion spring is arranged at the hinged position, one end of the fifth plate 82 is fixedly connected with the fourth plate 81, and the other end of the fifth plate 82 is fixedly connected with the sixth plate 83; the sixth plate 83 is located above the first plate 32, and the sixth plate 83 is in contact with the first plate 32; the turning point of the fourth plate 81 is fixedly connected with the rack 77, and one end of the fourth plate 81 far away from the rack 77 covers the pressure relief opening 13. The fourth plate 81 is arranged to be an inverted L-shaped plate, one end, far away from the rack 77, of the fourth plate 81 covers the pressure relief opening 13, so that air discharged from the pressure relief opening 13 acts on the fourth plate 81, and the rotation speed of the flywheel 62 is improved through mutual matching of the rack 77, the second shaft 73, the ratchet 75, the pawl 76, the first helical gear 71, the second helical gear 72 and the first shaft 61, and therefore the stability of the first cylinder 1 is improved; set five board 82 into the V-arrangement board, be convenient for four board 81 and six board 83 rotate, and make six board 83 be abundant extrude a board 32, produce more gas through a board 32 and the effect of gasbag 33, gas acts on the stirring synthesis of acid acrylic polyurethane to the synthetic efficiency of acid acrylic polyurethane has been improved.
When the device works, the acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution is fed into the first cylinder 1 from the feeding hole 12, the driving motor 31 is driven at the moment, the driving motor 31 drives the hollow shaft 34 to rotate, so that the fan blades 44 stir the acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution in the second cylinder 2 in the rotation process, and the acrylic polyurethane synthetic efficiency is improved; meanwhile, the driving motor 31 drives the hollow shaft 34 to rotate, the first plate 32 extrudes the first air bag 33 along with the increasing rotating speed of the hollow shaft 34, the first air bag 33 is extruded to blow air outwards, one part of the blown air acts on the second driving unit 5, and the other part of the blown air is conveyed to the air storage chamber 11 to be stored; the gas stored in the gas storage chamber 11 is transferred to the No. two air bag 42 above the fixed disk 43 through the hollow shaft 34 and the No. one passage 411, the gas pushes the fixed disk 43 to press the second air bag 42 at the bottom of the fixed disk 43 downwards, the second air bag 42 at the bottom of the fixed disk 43 is pressed to blow air outwards, the fixed disk 43 slides downwards relative to the hollow shaft 34, the fan blades 44 push the stirred acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution to move downwards, the stirred acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution is squeezed into the first cylinder 1 from the second cylinder 2, so that the unstirred acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution is pressed into the second cylinder 2 from the first cylinder 1, the acid acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution which is not stirred is stirred and synthesized in a second cylinder body 2, the acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution is fully and uniformly stirred, so that the synthetic efficiency and effect of the acrylic polyurethane are improved; when the liquid level of the acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution is lower than the height of the second cylinder 2, the air blown out by the first air bag 33 acts on the pneumatic cylinder 51, the quantity of the air entering the pneumatic cylinder 51 is controlled by the PLC controller, and the motion amplitude of the corresponding inner ring 22 in the vertical direction is controlled by the expansion amplitude of the pneumatic cylinder 51; the outer ring 52 pulls the inner ring 22 through the steel rope 53, the inner ring 22 moves upwards along the direction of the first rod 24, a gap exists between the adjacent inner rings 22, the unstirred acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution enters the second cylinder 2 from the gap to be stirred, and the entering amount of the unstirred acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution is controlled by controlling the size of the gap, so that the acrylic polyurethane synthetic solution is fully and uniformly stirred, and the synthetic effect of the acrylic polyurethane is improved; during the synthesis and stirring of the acrylic polyurethane, on one hand, the acrylic polyurethane synthesis solution impacts the drainage plate 63, and the drainage plate 63 drives the flywheel 62 to rotate; on the other hand, the gas exhausted from the pressure relief port 13 acts on the fourth plate 81, and the rotation speed of the flywheel 62 is increased through the mutual matching among the rack 77, the second shaft 73, the ratchet 75, the pawl 76, the first helical gear 71, the second helical gear 72 and the first shaft 61, so that the stability of the first cylinder 1 is improved; in the process that the gas pushes the fourth plate 81 to move upwards, due to the mutual matching between the fifth plate 82 and the sixth plate 83, the sixth plate 83 pushes the first plate 32 to extrude the first air bag 33, the first air bag 33 blows outwards, and the blown gas acts on the synthesis and stirring of the acrylic polyurethane, so that the synthesis efficiency of the acrylic polyurethane is improved; the acrylic polyurethane after stirring and synthesis is discharged and collected through a discharge port 14.
The front, the back, the left, the right, the upper and the lower are all based on figure 1 in the attached drawings of the specification, according to the standard of the observation angle of a person, the side of the device facing an observer is defined as the front, the left side of the observer is defined as the left, and the like.
