Abstract
本发明公开了一种自动清洗滤网的空气净化器,包括机箱以及设置在机箱内的净化单元,所述净化单元包括沿气体流动方向依次设置的初效滤网和高效滤网组,所述初效滤网的两端分别缠绕在两个平行设置的卷筒上,所述卷筒连接有带有控制器的电机,所述电机驱动卷筒转动使初效滤网在两个卷筒上往复运动,所述卷筒设置在装有清洗液的清洗槽内,所述清洗槽设置在净化单元下方。本发明能够在净化空气的同时不断更换外侧初效滤网,防止初效滤网堵塞造成的净化效率下降的问题,并且能够实现对更换后的初效滤网及时清洗。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化设备技术领域领域,具体涉及一种自动清洗滤网的空气净化器。
背景技术
近年来大气污染日益严重,特别是雾霾天气长时间大范围地笼罩着城市的上空,给人们的日常生活和身体健康带来了严重的影响。为了提高生活质量,在日常生活中,越来越多的人选择使用空气净化器来净化周围的空气。空气净化器一般是利用风机,将空气抽入机器,再通过过滤或者杀菌等过程来实现空气的净化,最后再由排气口排出。
目前市面上的空气净化器一般都采用多层滤网来过滤和清洁空气,所述多层滤网一般包括最外侧的初效滤网及内部的高效滤网和活性炭滤网等吸附不同有害气体的多种滤网;最外侧的初效滤网起到初步过滤空气中漂浮大颗粒的作用,吸附空气中的粉尘、大颗粒物质,以达到对初步净化空气的目的,同时能够将大颗粒污染物阻止在高效滤网外侧,对内部高效滤网起到保护作用,这样长期工作的外侧初效滤网容易造成灰尘堆积,堵塞滤网网口后风机抽入空气的阻力变大,空气净化器的净化效率降低,为保证净化器的净化性能良好,需要定期清洗外侧初效滤网,然而拆卸和组装过程比较繁琐,造成清洗不便,且不能对外侧滤网进行实时的更换和清洗。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种空气净化器,能够在净化空气的同时不断更换外侧初效滤网,防止初效滤网堵塞造成的净化效率下降的问题,并且能够实现对更换后的初效滤网及时清洗。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种自动清洗滤网的空气净化器,包括机箱以及设置在机箱内的净化单元,所述净化单元包括沿气体流动方向依次设置的初效滤网和高效滤网组,所述初效滤网的两端分别缠绕在两个平行设置的卷筒上,所述卷筒连接有带有控制器的电机,所述电机驱动卷筒转动使初效滤网在两个卷筒上往复运动,所述卷筒设置在装有清洗液的清洗槽内,所述清洗槽设置在净化单元下方。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括两个所述卷筒分别设置在所述机箱的上下两侧,其中,设置在下方的卷筒设置在装有清洗液的清洗槽中。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括两个所述卷筒均设置在装有清洗液的清洗槽内,所述卷筒上方设置有支撑滚轮,所述初效滤网穿过所述支撑滚轮。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括所述支撑滚轮设置在所述高效滤网组的上方,所述初效滤网穿过所述支撑滚轮在所述高效滤网组的两侧。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括所述清洗槽顶部设置有盖板,所述盖板上设置有供所述初效滤网穿过的盖板口。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括所述盖板口处设置有烘干风机。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括所述高效滤网组包括纳米银离子抗菌滤网、活性炭滤网、HEPA滤网、甲醛过滤网。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括所述清洗槽侧壁上设置有若干超声波换能器。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,进一步包括所述清洗槽顶部设置有进水口,所述清洗槽底部设置有排水口。
本发明的有益效果:
1、初效滤网缠绕在卷筒上,卷筒转动带动初效滤网不停移动,在空气净化器工作的同时,初效滤网不断移动,使气体时刻流过不同的初效滤网面,防止固定的初效滤网面上灰尘、大颗粒堆积堵塞初效滤网,提高空气净化效率。
2、卷筒放置在带有清洗液的清洗槽中,对卷筒上缠绕的初效滤网随时清洗,能够在空气净化器工作的同时对初效滤网实时清洗,无需拆卸清洗。
3、对初效滤网使用后立即清洗,避免因长期放置产生难以清洗的污渍,能够提高滤网的清洗效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好地理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
参照图1所示,本发明自动清洗滤网的空气净化器的一实施例,本实施例公开了一种自动清洗滤网的空气净化器,包括机箱1以及设置在机箱内的净化单元,所述机箱1沿气体流动方向依次设置有进风口11、直流风机2、净化单元和出风口12,外部空气在直流风机的作用下,从进风口11吸入,经过净化单元从出风口12排出,所述净化单元实现对空气的净化作用。
所述净化单元包括沿气体流动方向依次设置的初效滤网3和高效滤网组4,所述初效滤网3起到初步过滤空气中漂浮大颗粒的作用,能够吸附空气中的粉尘、大颗粒物质,以达到对初步净化空气的目的,同时能够将大颗粒污染物阻止在高效滤网组4外侧,对内部高效滤网组4起到保护作用,所述高效滤网组4针对不同的空气质量特征设置不同净化效果的高效滤网,包括纳米银离子抗菌滤网、活性炭滤网、HEPA滤网、甲醛过滤网对特定污染物进行净化过滤。
所述初效滤网3的两端分别缠绕在两个卷筒31上,所述卷筒31外侧缠绕多层初效滤网3,两个所述卷筒31分别连接有带有同一控制器的两个电机,所述电机在控制器的控制下驱动所述卷筒31沿同一个方向同步转动,这样所述初效滤网3能够从一个卷筒31上慢慢移动到另一个卷筒31上,当一个卷筒31上缠绕的初效滤网3全部移动到另一个卷筒31上时,所述控制器控制电机反方向转动,这样所述初效滤网3能够在两个卷筒31上往复运动,所述卷筒31设置在装有清洗液的清洗槽5内,所述清洗槽5设置在净化单元下方。
具体地,如图1所示第一种实施方式为:两个所述卷筒31分别设置在所述机箱1的上下两侧,其中,设置在下方的卷筒31设置在装有清洗液的清洗槽5中,此种实施方式只有一个卷筒31浸泡在清洗槽5中,只有当初效滤网3缠绕在放置在清洗槽5内卷筒31上时,才能实现对初效滤网3的清洗,无法对缠绕在两个卷筒31上的初效滤网3的同时清洗,在此基础上,提出第二种实施方式。
如图2、3所示第二种实施方式为:两个所述卷筒31均设置在装有清洗液的清洗槽5内,在两个卷筒31的中心位置的正上方设置有支撑滚轮32,所述初效滤网3穿过所述支撑滚轮32;此种实施方式将两个卷筒31全部浸泡在清洗槽5内,缠绕在两个卷筒31上的初效滤网3能够同步清洗,提高了清洗效率和清洗的频次,但这样设置也存在一定的缺陷:灰尘、大颗粒污染物在初效滤网3的过滤下,过滤效果会达到99%左右,基本完全滤除了大颗粒污染物,设置两层初效滤网3没有实际效果,在此基础上,提出第三中实施方式。
如图3所示第三种实施方式,为本实施例的最佳实施方式为:两个所述卷筒31均设置在装有清洗液的清洗槽5内,两个所述卷筒31分别设置在净化单元的两侧,所述高效滤网组4上方设置有支撑滚轮32,所述初效滤网3穿过所述支撑滚轮32在所述高效滤网组4的两侧。此种实施方式不仅实现了将两个卷筒31同时清洗,而且将初效滤网3设置在高效滤网组4的两侧,防止当空气净化器停止工作时,灰尘或者大颗粒污染物从出风口13反向进入到净化单元,附着在高效滤网组4上,使高效滤网组4的工作效率降低。
优选地,所述清洗槽5顶部设置有盖板51,所述盖板51能够防止清洗槽5内的水蒸发,也能防止清洗初效滤网3时清洗液溅出,所述盖板51上设置有供所述初效滤网3穿过的盖板口52,所述初效滤网3能够从盖板口52处进出所述清洗槽5,所述盖板口52处设置有微型的烘干风机53,清洗后的初效滤网3从清洗槽5中出来时会带有清洗液,所述烘干风机53能够将清洗液吹回到清洗槽中,保证所述初效滤网3在工作时的干燥状态。
优选地,所述清洗槽5侧壁上设置有若干超声波换能器,所述超声波换能器能够发出超声波,对初效滤网进行清洗。
优选地,所述清洗槽5顶部设置有进水口54,所述清洗槽底部设置有排水口55,能够通过进水口54和排水口55定期更换清洗液。

Claims (9)
1.一种自动清洗滤网的空气净化器,包括机箱以及设置在机箱内的净化单元,其特征在于,所述净化单元包括沿气体流动方向依次设置的初效滤网和高效滤网组,所述初效滤网的两端分别缠绕在两个平行设置的卷筒上,所述卷筒连接有带有控制器的电机,所述电机驱动卷筒转动使初效滤网在两个卷筒上往复运动,所述卷筒设置在装有清洗液的清洗槽内,所述清洗槽设置在净化单元下方。
2.如权利要求1所述的自动清洗滤网的空气净化器,其特征在于,两个所述卷筒分别设置在所述机箱的上下两侧,其中,设置在下方的卷筒设置在装有清洗液的清洗槽中。
3.如权利要求1所述的自动清洗滤网的空气净化器,其特征在于,两个所述卷筒均设置在装有清洗液的清洗槽内,所述卷筒上方设置有支撑滚轮,所述初效滤网穿过所述支撑滚轮。
4.如权利要求3所述的自动清洗滤网的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述支撑滚轮设置在所述高效滤网组的上方,所述初效滤网穿过所述支撑滚轮在所述高效滤网组的两侧。
5.如权利要求1所述的自动清洗滤网的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述清洗槽顶部设置有盖板,所述盖板上设置有供所述初效滤网穿过的盖板口。
6.如权利要求5所述的自动清洗滤网的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述盖板口处设置有烘干风机。
7.如权利要求1所述的自动清洗滤网的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述高效滤网组包括纳米银离子抗菌滤网、活性炭滤网、HEPA滤网、甲醛过滤网。
8.如权利要求1所述的自动清洗滤网的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述清洗槽侧壁上设置有若干超声波换能器。
9.如权利要求1所述的自动清洗滤网的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述清洗槽顶部设置有进水口,所述清洗槽底部设置有排水口。
