Referring to fig. 8-9, on the basis of embodiment 1, different from embodiment 1, the device further comprises a distance adjusting mechanism, wherein the distance adjusting mechanism comprises a distance adjusting screw rod 1001 located at the bottom of the two supporting mechanisms 5, and the distance adjusting screw rod 1001 is respectively connected with the two supporting mechanisms 5 through threads;
one end of each of the two support frames 501, which is far away from the bottom of the vertical frame 2, is fixedly provided with a corresponding moving block 1002, the distance adjusting lead screw 1001 penetrates through the two moving blocks 1002, and one end of the distance adjusting lead screw 1001 is fixedly provided with a distance adjusting knob 1003;
the middle part of the outer surface of the distance-adjusting screw rod 1001 is a smooth surface, and two ends of the distance-adjusting screw rod are provided with threads;
one end of the supporting frame 501 and one end of the limiting plate 505 are connected with the side wall of the eye washing basin 301 through a telescopic connecting rod 1004;
the eye-washing spray head 602 is connected with the flushing water pipe 601 through a threaded hose.
Before the device is used, the supporting mechanisms 5 of the device can be preliminarily adjusted according to the eye distance of users, the distance adjusting knob 1003 is rotated, the moving blocks 1002 can be close to or far away from each other, so that the two supporting mechanisms 5 arranged on the supporting frame 501 are close to or far away from each other, the middle of the outer surface of the distance adjusting lead screw 1001 is a smooth surface, and the two supporting mechanisms 5 are not close to each other and influence the use.

Claims (8)

1. The adjustable-spacing eye washing device is characterized by comprising a base (1) and a stand (2) arranged on the base (1), wherein the stand (2) is hollow to form an inner cavity; an eye washing unit (3) is arranged in the middle of the vertical frame (2), and a back washing unit (4) corresponding to the eye washing unit (3) is arranged at the top end of the vertical frame (2);
a water inlet (201) is formed in the upper part of the vertical frame (2), and a water outlet (202) is formed in the bottom of the vertical frame;
the eye washing unit (3) comprises an eye washing basin (301), and a supporting mechanism (5) and an eye washing mechanism (6) are arranged in the eye washing basin (301);
the device is characterized by further comprising a distance adjusting mechanism, wherein the distance adjusting mechanism comprises distance adjusting screw rods (1001) positioned at the bottoms of the two supporting mechanisms (5), and the distance adjusting screw rods (1001) are respectively in threaded connection with the two supporting mechanisms (5);
the bottom of the eye washing basin (301) is communicated with an inner cavity of the vertical frame (2) through two water pipes, one is an eye washing unit water inlet pipe (302), the other is an eye washing unit water outlet pipe (303), the eye washing unit water inlet pipe (302) is communicated with a water inlet (201) on the vertical frame (2), and the eye washing unit water outlet pipe (303) is communicated with a water outlet (202) at the bottom of the vertical frame (2);
the two supporting mechanisms (5) are arranged in a left-right symmetrical mode, each supporting mechanism (5) comprises a supporting frame (501) which is arranged horizontally, and two ends of each supporting frame (501) are symmetrically provided with a connecting disc (502); one end of each of the two connecting discs (502) is hinged with the support frame (501), the other end of each of the two connecting discs is hinged with a bent rod (503), the upper surfaces of the two connecting discs (502) are fixedly connected with the bottom of a spring (504), and the tops of the two springs (504) are fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the same limiting plate (505);
two ends of the upper surface of the limiting plate (505) are respectively provided with a limiting rod, the limiting rods are perpendicular to the upper surface of the limiting plate (505), and the limiting rods are provided with inclined limiting cylinders (506); one end of the limiting cylinder (506) close to the bent rod (503) adjacent to the limiting cylinder is lower than one end of the limiting cylinder far away from the bent rod (503);
one end of each of the two bent rods (503) is hinged with the corresponding connecting disc (502), and the other end of each of the two bent rods is hinged with the tail end of one eyelid supporting rod (507);
the middle part of the eyelid supporting rod (507) penetrates through the limiting cylinder (506); the top end of the eyelid supporting rod (507) is provided with an eyelid contact pad (508) with an arc-shaped surface.

The adjustable-spacing type eye washing device according to claim 1, wherein the eye washing mechanism (6) comprises a washing water pipe (601), the washing water pipe (601) is communicated with the eye washing unit water inlet pipe (302) at the bottom of the eye washing basin (301), two branches are arranged at the top of the washing water pipe (601), and the top ends of the branches are respectively provided with an eye washing spray head (602); the water outlet end of the eye washing spray head (602) is positioned obliquely below the eyelid contact pad (508).

The adjustable-spacing type eye washing device according to claim 2, wherein the back washing unit (4) comprises a back washing unit water outlet pipe (401) extending downwards from the top end of the stand (2), and the back washing unit water outlet pipe (401) is communicated with the water inlet (201) on the stand (2); the outlet of the water outlet pipe (401) of the back flushing unit is connected with a water outlet pipe connector (402), the water outlet pipe connector (402) is a tee joint and is respectively connected with a back flushing spray head (403) through a threaded telescopic hose;
and a back flushing unit water outlet valve (404) is arranged between the water outlet pipe (401) of the back flushing unit and the water outlet pipe connector (402).
4. The adjustable-spacing eye washing device according to claim 3, wherein the support frame (501) and the limit plate (505) of the support mechanism (5) are fixed inside the eye washing basin (301).
5. The adjustable-spacing type eye washing device according to claim 4, wherein the bottoms of the two eye washing nozzles (602) are fixed on the limiting plate (505), and the water outlet direction of the eye washing nozzles (602) is aligned with the positions of the eyelid contact pads (508).
6. The adjustable-spacing eye washing device according to claim 5, wherein the eye washing unit inlet pipe (302) is provided with an inlet valve, and the inlet valve is provided with a push plate (304).

The adjustable-spacing eyewash device as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that a back-flush unit drain (405) is provided between the push plate (304) and the eyewash spray head (602); the back flushing unit drain pipe (405) is communicated with the water outlet (202), and a back flushing unit drain valve (407) is arranged between the back flushing unit drain pipe and the water outlet.

The adjustable-spacing type eye washing device according to claim 7, wherein one end of each of the two support frames (501) far away from the bottom of the stand (2) is fixedly provided with a corresponding moving block (1002), the distance adjusting lead screw (1001) penetrates through the two moving blocks (1002), and one end of the distance adjusting lead screw (1001) is fixedly provided with a distance adjusting knob (1003);
the middle part of the outer surface of the distance-adjusting screw rod (1001) is a smooth surface, and threads are arranged at two ends of the outer surface;
one ends of the supporting frame (501) and the limiting plate (505) are connected with the side wall of the eye washing basin (301) through a telescopic connecting rod (1004);
the eye washing spray head (602) is connected with the flushing water pipe (601) through a threaded hose.
