Description

Massage stretching device suitable for posterior superficial linear muscle group
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of health care rehabilitation apparatuses, in particular to a massage stretching device suitable for posterior superficial linear muscle groups.
Background
The definition of the posterior epipolar line (superficialback line, SBL) comes from the anatomic train theory of the well-known physical therapist Thomas w.myer, which divides the human myofascial line into anterior epipolar line, posterior epipolar line, body-measuring line, arm line, spiral line, etc. according to the human muscle and myofascial trend. The posterior surface line originates from the cranium apex fascia of the head and extends downward to the spine, through the thoracolumbar fascia to the sacral tuberosity ligament of the hip, and then sequentially through the thigh and the calf, finally to the plantar fascia. In the posterior superficial route, the muscle group mainly contained is the dorsal erector spinae, the popliteal cord muscle on the posterior thigh (composed of biceps femoris, semitendinosus, and semimembranous muscle), and the triceps surae on the posterior calf (including soleus and gastrocnemius).
Modern people can cause 'use, advance, waste and retreat' of the functions of posterior superficial linear muscle groups due to incorrect life patterns or bad life habits such as sedentary, movement reduction and the like, and partial muscles can be reduced due to little or no stretching and relaxation, so that relevant common compensatory postures such as ankle dorsiflexion limitation, knee joint overstretching, popliteal cord muscle shortening, pelvis forward movement, extensor expansion (extensor twisting) during thoracic vertebra forward flexion and the like can occur. In addition, when stretching and relaxing after a part of the exerciser runs out in the current very popular exercise such as marathon race, it is difficult for people to perform the overall and effective relaxation of the posterior superficial linear muscle group by themselves because of the special position thereof, and in fact, it is necessary to perform the massage and relaxation of the relevant muscle group after the exercise.
Because the posterior surface thread is positioned at the back of the human body, stretching and massage relaxation of the posterior surface thread muscle group in the prior art is mainly finished by a physical therapist or a massage stretcher, and the manual massage stretching mode of the massage stretcher has the following defects: 1) The current rehabilitation medical resources are limited, and the number of massage operators capable of realizing accurate massage and accurate stretching in the market is not very large; 2) The traditional massagers have high massage price, and the common masses can not necessarily have enough economic conditions to support the manual rehabilitation of the massagers; 3) Traditional massage must be performed in a hospital or rehabilitation facility, with place limitations.
In view of the fact that there is no apparatus for comprehensive massage and stretching of the posterior superficial linear muscle group, it is necessary to design a massage and relaxation stretching device for the posterior superficial linear muscle group (including the posterior erector spinae, the popliteal cord muscle on the posterior thigh, the triceps on the posterior calf, the deltoid posterior bundle of the posterior brachial superficial line, and the triceps brachii) based on myofascial theory.
