The filter mechanism of the first embodiment comprises a first filter assembly 3 and a second filter member 8. As shown, the first filter assembly 3 communicates between the outlet end of the first passageway M1 and the inlet end 2A of the air extraction mechanism 2. In the present embodiment, the first filter assembly 3 includes a first housing portion 3A, a second housing portion 3B, and a first filter member 3C; the first shell part 3A is provided with a first air tap communicated with the air inlet end 2A of the air suction mechanism 2, the second shell part 3B is provided with a second air tap communicated with the outlet end of the first channel M1, and the first shell part 3A and the second shell part 3B are spliced to form a containing cavity communicated with the first air tap and the second air tap; the first filter 3C is disposed in the accommodating cavity and located between the first air tap and the second air tap. The first casing part 3A and the second casing part 3B can be restored to the separated state from the spliced state, and after long-term use, the user can take out the first filter element 3C for replacement.
The peeling mechanism 1 of the first embodiment includes: a base body 5, a peeling member 6 and a bracket 7. As shown in fig. 4 and 3, the base 5 includes an outer annular housing and an inner annular housing sleeved on the outer annular housing, and the outer annular housing has a longer extension than the inner annular housing so that the outer circumference of the bracket 7 can be disposed on the base 5 by being clamped on the inner circumference of the lower side of the outer annular housing. The first channel M1 includes a first channel portion 5A (corresponding to the inner annular housing) on the base body 5, and the second channel M2 includes a second channel portion 5B (corresponding to between the outer annular housing and the inner annular housing) on the base body 5. The second channel portion 5B is provided around the outer periphery of the first channel portion 5A, and the holder body 7A is fitted into the base body 5. The leather polishing member 6 is configured at the inlet end of the first channel portion 5A, and the leather polishing member 6 may have a structure with uniformly distributed through holes, that is, the leather polishing member 6 is configured to yield part of the inlet end of the first channel portion 5A through the through holes thereon, and the through holes are used for allowing horny substances to enter the first channel portion 5A. The first communicating portion 7B penetrates the upper and lower surfaces of the bracket body 7A, and has extending ends located at the upper and lower sides of the bracket body 7A, the upper extending end of which communicates with the outlet end of the first passage portion 5A, and the lower extending end of which communicates with the first filter assembly 3 through the first hose L1, and the filter assembly 3 communicates with the air extracting mechanism 2 through the second hose L2. The second communicating portion 7C penetrates the upper and lower surfaces of the holder main body 7A, and has an extended end located at the lower side of the holder main body 7A, the extended end being communicated with the air humidifying mechanism 4 through the third hose L3, and the air humidifying mechanism 4 being communicated with the air extracting mechanism 2 through the fourth hose L4. The second filter element 8 is located in the first communication portion 7B, and the air pumping mechanism 2 can drive air to flow through the second filter element 8, so that the second filter element 8 filters cutin. As shown in fig. 3, the second passage portion 5B of the first embodiment has a plurality of outlet ends (four in this embodiment) arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction. The outlet ends of the plurality of second passage portions 5B are located at the outer periphery of the outlet end of the first passage M1. The air humidifying mechanism 4 includes: a liquid storage tank 4A with a liquid inlet, an outer cover 4B covering the liquid inlet, and absorbent cotton 4C positioned in the liquid storage tank 4A; the liquid storage tank 4A is communicated with the inlet end of the second channel M2 and the air outlet end 2B of the air suction mechanism 2.
The pumping mechanism 2 may be a conventional pumping pump. The first filter 3C and the second filter 8 may be dust cotton. The first filter 3C may be a filter capable of filtering smaller particle size cutin than the second filter 8, and the price of a filter capable of filtering smaller particle size cutin is generally higher than the price of a filter capable of filtering only larger particle size cutin. In order to filter all particle sizes, the first filter or the second filter needs to be a filter that can filter the horny substances with smaller particle sizes, which requires frequent replacement of the filter, which is costly, compared to the case where only the first filter or the second filter is used. The present embodiment includes the first filter element 3C and the second filter element 8, which have different filtering precision, and when the filter is used for a long time, the second filter element 8 needs to be replaced frequently, and the first filter element 3C does not need to be replaced for a long time.
