The top periphery of the valve body 101 is sleeved with an electromagnetic coil 105 for driving the valve rod 102 to move up and down.
The base 202 is fixed on the outer top of the exhaust pipe of the pressure cooker cover through the clamping assembly 204, so that the electromagnetic valve 1 can be fixed on the top of the cooker cover. In the initial state, the valve rod 102 supports the valve rod 102 downwards under the tension of the spring 103, so that the conical plug 104 at the bottom end of the valve rod 102 completely closes the outlet of the connecting pipe 1011. When the pressure in the pressure cooker rises and the temperature reaches a certain set gear value, the electromagnetic coil 105 is electrified to form a magnetic field, the valve rod 102 is lifted upwards to open the outlet end of the connecting pipe 1011, and the high-pressure gas in the cooker is discharged outwards through the exhaust hole on the electromagnetic valve 1 to release pressure. The temperature probe 206 monitors the temperature in the pot in real time, so as to accurately control the opening and closing degree of the valve rod 102 by adjusting the current intensity of the electromagnetic coil 105, and dynamically release pressure, so that the air pressure in the pressure pot is always kept near a fixed value, and the temperature in the pot is kept stable.
