本发明涉及设施蔬菜种植技术领域,尤其是一种蔬菜育苗营养料床及其制备方法。蔬菜育苗营养料床由蔬菜育苗营养料本体,丝瓜络底层、丝瓜络底层和丝瓜络中间层夹有的有机无土栽培基质层、丝瓜络中间层、丝瓜络中间层和丝瓜络上层夹有的有机无土栽培基质层、丝瓜络上层组成。蔬菜育苗营养料床的制备方法,将成熟的丝瓜先去籽、洗净、晒干,然后压扁成2‑3mm厚的丝瓜络层;将含水量15‑35%的干燥家禽粪、新鲜甘蔗渣、稻草末、碳化的园林植物废弃物,以100:0.4‑0.6:6‑8:6‑8的重量比混合均匀得到的有机无土栽培基质层。在丝瓜络底层、中层和上层之间夹有有机无土栽培基质层。

技术领域
本发明涉及设施蔬菜种植技术领域,尤其是一种蔬菜育苗营养料床及其制备方法。
背景技术
设施蔬菜是指设施栽培是具有一定的设施,能在局部范围改善或创造出适宜的气象环境因素,为蔬菜生长发育提供良好的环境条件而进行的有效生产。由于蔬菜设施栽培的季节往往是露地生产难以达到的,通常又将其称为反季节栽培、保护地栽培等。采用设施栽培可以达到避免低温、高温暴雨、强光照射等逆境对蔬 菜生产的危害,已经被广泛应用于蔬菜育苗、春提前和秋延迟栽培。目前,我国设施蔬菜生产存在机械化水平低、环境调控能力差、管理粗放、缺乏标准化生产规程、组织化程度和新技术推广应用普及率低等问题。为此,人们积极研究设施蔬菜栽培的设施,如中国专利蔬菜栽培营养料床及蔬菜栽培方法(CN 104012393 B),但此营养料床松透度仍然不够。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种蔬菜育苗营养料床。其特征在于:由蔬菜育苗营养料本体,丝瓜络底层、丝瓜络底层和丝瓜络中间层夹有的有机无土栽培基质层、丝瓜络中间层、丝瓜络中间层和丝瓜络上层夹有的有机无土栽培基质层、丝瓜络上层组成。
本发明的另外一个目的在于:提供一种蔬菜育苗营养料床的制备方法,其特征在于:

步骤一加工丝瓜络:将成熟的丝瓜先去籽、洗净、晒干,然后压扁成2-3mm厚的丝瓜络层。
步骤二加工有机无土栽培基质层:将含水量15-35%的干燥家禽粪、新鲜甘蔗渣、稻草末、碳化的园林植物废弃物,以100:0.4-0.6:6-8:6-8的重量比混合均匀得到的有机无土栽培基质层。
步骤三:在蔬菜育苗营养料床本体的底部铺设2-3mm厚的压扁成型的丝瓜络底层。
步骤四:在步骤三的丝瓜络底层上铺设5mm的有机无土栽培基质层,从而形成丝瓜络底层和丝瓜络中间层夹有的有机无土栽培基质层。
步骤五:在步骤四的有机无土栽培基质层上铺设2-3mm厚的压扁成型的丝瓜络中间层。
步骤六:在步骤五的丝瓜络中间层上铺设5mm的有机无土栽培基质层,从而形成丝瓜络中间层和丝瓜络上层夹有的有机无土栽培基质层。
步骤七:在步骤七丝瓜络中间层和丝瓜络上层夹有的有机无土栽培基质层上铺设2-3mm厚的压扁成型的丝瓜络上层。
本发明的有益效果在于由于加夹了丝瓜络层,使蔬菜育苗营养料床更为松透,丝瓜络层和有机无土栽培基质层,无毒无污染,生态环保,保证蔬菜的绿色健康。同时蔬菜增产效果明显,获得非常良好的经济和社会效益。

步骤二加工有机无土栽培基质层:将含水量15-35%的干燥家禽粪、新鲜甘蔗渣、稻草末、碳化的园林植物废弃物,以100:0.4-0.6:6-8:6-8的重量比混合均匀得到的有机无土栽培基质层。
步骤三:在蔬菜育苗营养料床本体1的底部铺设2-3mm厚的压扁成型的丝瓜络底层2。
步骤四:在步骤三的丝瓜络底层2上铺设5mm的有机无土栽培基质层,从而形成丝瓜络底层和丝瓜络中间层夹有的有机无土栽培基质层3。
步骤五:在步骤四的有机无土栽培基质层上铺设2-3mm厚的压扁成型的丝瓜络中间层4。
步骤六:在步骤五的丝瓜络中间层4上铺设5mm的有机无土栽培基质层,从而形成丝瓜络中间层和丝瓜络上层夹有的有机无土栽培基质层5。
步骤七:在步骤七丝瓜络中间层和丝瓜络上层夹有的有机无土栽培基质层5上铺设2-3mm厚的压扁成型的丝瓜络上层6。

1.一种蔬菜育苗营养料床,其特征在于:由蔬菜育苗营养料本体(1),丝瓜络底层(2)、丝瓜络底层和丝瓜络中间层夹有的有机无土栽培基质层(3)、丝瓜络中间层(4)、丝瓜络中间层和丝瓜络上层夹有的有机无土栽培基质层(5)、丝瓜络上层(6)组成。
2.一种蔬菜育苗营养料床的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤一加工丝瓜络:将成熟的丝瓜先去籽、洗净、晒干,然后压扁成2-3mm厚的丝瓜络层;
步骤二加工有机无土栽培基质层:将含水量15-35%的干燥家禽粪、新鲜甘蔗渣、稻草末、碳化的园林植物废弃物,以100:0.4-0.6:6-8:6-8的重量比混合均匀得到的有机无土栽培基质层;
步骤三:在蔬菜育苗营养料床本体(1)的底部铺设2-3mm厚的压扁成型的丝瓜络底层(2);
步骤四:在步骤三的丝瓜络底层(2)上铺设5mm的有机无土栽培基质层,从而形成丝瓜络底层和丝瓜络中间层夹有的有机无土栽培基质层(3);
步骤五:在步骤四的有机无土栽培基质层上铺设2-3mm厚的压扁成型的丝瓜络中间层(4);
步骤六:在步骤五的丝瓜络中间层(4)上铺设5mm的有机无土栽培基质层,从而形成丝瓜络中间层和丝瓜络上层夹有的有机无土栽培基质层(5);
步骤七:在步骤七丝瓜络中间层和丝瓜络上层夹有的有机无土栽培基质层(5)上铺设2-3mm厚的压扁成型的丝瓜络上层(6)。
