The working process of the device is as follows: the handheld grafting device body is used for cutting the cutting knife aiming at the stock, pushing the end part of the mandrel, taking out the resected stock core, then cutting the cutting knife aiming at the grafting bud, aiming at the stock incision with the grafting bud inside, pushing the end part of the mandrel, accurately placing the grafting bud into the stock incision, and thus, the grafting of the sweet cherry dwarfing stock is completed.
The application has the beneficial effects that:
(1) The sweet cherry dwarfing stock grafting tool adopts a pure mechanical structure, is easy to operate, has high operation efficiency and has low requirements on operators.
(2) According to the sweet cherry dwarfing stock grafting tool, the cutting knife with the same size and shape is adopted for bud picking and stock incision work, so that the grafting buds and the stock incisions can be tightly attached, and the grafting survival rate is high.
(3) The application arranges a limit shaft shoulder on the mandrel, and realizes smooth taking-out of the grafting bud by matching with the spring.

The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
The sweet cherry dwarf stock grafting tool shown in fig. 1 is characterized in that a mandrel 5 and a cutting knife 1 are coaxially sleeved in a cavity of a grafting device 3, one end of the mandrel 5 is sleeved in an inner stepped hole type cavity of the cutting knife 1, a cutting edge is arranged at the large hole end part of the cutting knife 1, the cross section of the cutting edge is circular, triangular or long-groove, and different cutting edges are selected according to stocks with different shapes.
A plurality of limit shoulders, preferably two, are arranged at the part of the mandrel 5 matched with the grafting device body 3, wherein one part close to the cutting knife is a first limit shoulder so as to prevent the mandrel 5 from falling out of the inner cavity of the cutting knife 1. A spring 2 is arranged between the first limiting shaft shoulder and the end part, far away from the cutting edge, of the cutting knife 1, the spring is preferably a cylindrical compression spring, and the diameter of a spring wire is preferably in the range of 0.5-1 mm.
An end cover 4 is sleeved between one end of the grafting device body 3 far away from the cutting knife 1 and the mandrel 5, and one end of the mandrel 5 protrudes out of the end cover 4. The end cover 4 is in threaded connection with the grafting device body, and the diameter of the cavity of the end cover 4 is smaller than the diameter of the second limiting shaft shoulder of the mandrel 5 so as to prevent the mandrel from jumping out of the grafting device body. Because the length requirements of the stock with different sizes on the grafting buds are different, the length of the end cover 4 in the grafting device body 5 is adjustable, a rotary operation part is arranged at the end part of the end cover 4, and the displacement of the end cover 4 can be adjusted by rotating the rotary operation part.
A pushing operation part is arranged at one end of the mandrel 5 matched with the end cover 4 and is used for pushing the mandrel 5 to slide in the grafting device body 3.
As shown in fig. 2, both ends of the grafting device body 3 are provided with internal threads, one end of the hole with larger diameter is provided with a tool retracting groove at the tail end of the threaded hole, and the width of the tool retracting groove is 1.5-2 times of the thread pitch. And (3) processing a standard steel pipe, and modulating the finished product, wherein the hardness is controlled to be 250-280HB.
As shown in fig. 3, a step hole is also formed in the cutter 1, a small hole is used for penetrating the mandrel 5, a large hole is used for storing the wood core and the grafting bud, the whole appearance also adopts a step structure, an external thread is processed at one end with a smaller diameter and is matched with the internal thread of the grafting device body 3, a cutter withdrawal groove is reserved at the shaft shoulder, the cutter and the grafting device body are matched through threads, and a first cutter withdrawal groove is formed in the cutter; the width of the tool retracting groove is also controlled within 1.5-2 times of the screw pitch. The workpiece is turned by 45 quenched and tempered steel, and after the whole workpiece is finished, the cutting edge part is locally quenched, and the quenching hardness is 50-55HRC. The stock and the scion bud are cut by the same cutting knife, so that the scion bud and the stock incision are tightly attached, and the grafting survival rate is high.
The working process of the device is as follows: the handheld grafting device body 3 is used for cutting the stock with the cutting knife 1 aligned to the stock, pushing the pushing operation part of the mandrel 5, taking out the cut stock core, then cutting the grafting bud with the cutting knife 1 aligned to the grafting bud, aligning the cutting knife with the grafting bud inside to the stock incision, pushing the pushing operation part of the end part of the mandrel, accurately placing the grafting bud into the stock incision, and thus finishing grafting of the sweet cherry dwarfing stock.
In the cutting process, the scion bud or the stock core can push the mandrel 5 towards the end cover 4, and the second shoulder is used for resisting the mandrel 5 so as not to be separated from the end cover. When the mandrel 5 is pushed to withdraw the grafting bud, the spring of the first shaft shoulder blocks the first shaft shoulder to resist the mandrel 5 from being shifted out, and after grafting of the grafting bud and the stock is completed, the mandrel 5 is reset under the action of the elasticity of the spring.
The tool adopts a pure mechanical structure, is easy to operate, has high operation efficiency and has low requirement on operators.

4. The grafting tool of claim 2, wherein the grafting device body is provided with a second relief groove by threaded engagement with the end cap.
5. The grafting tool of claim 1, wherein the end cap is provided with a rotary operating portion at an end thereof remote from the grafting device body.
6. The grafting tool of claim 1, wherein an end of the mandrel distal from the end cap is provided with a push-in operating portion.
7. The grafting tool of claim 1, wherein the spring is a cylindrical compression spring.
