本发明公开了高成活率蓝莓嫁接方法,包括以下步骤:接穗选择:在嫁接当年的7月‑8月,选择健康无病、直径6‑8毫米、新芽饱满的1年生北高丛蓝莓枝条,剪去嫩芽和叶片,作为接穗;砧木选择:选择2年生乌饭树作砧木,在枝条截口处垂直切嫁接口,切口深度为2‑3cm,在切口处喷保护液,再将接穗插入其中,然后用塑料薄膜包扎即可;接芽成活后,将砧木上的腋芽全部掰去,保持接穗的绝对优势,促使接穗快速生长。本发明以生北高丛蓝莓枝条为接穗,选择2年生乌饭树作砧木,品系接近,亲和力强,嫁接易成活。

背景技术
蓝莓是一种花青素含量较高的浆果,果实中含有丰富的营养成分,它不仅具有良好的营养保健作用,还具有防止脑神经老化、强心、抗癌软化血管、增强人机体免疫等功能,由于蓝莓生长周期较长,目前繁殖多采用嫁接方法,现有嫁接技术主要存在着嫁接成活率低,嫁接操作难度大,嫁接后果实品质不能得到较好改善的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高成活率蓝莓嫁接方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种高成活率蓝莓嫁接方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)接穗选择:在嫁接当年的7月-8月,选择健康无病、直径6-8毫米、新芽饱满的1年生北高丛蓝莓枝条,剪去嫩芽和叶片,作为接穗,接穗的下端面削一个楔形斜面,将斜面背面的老皮层轻轻削去,露出绿色嫩皮,嫩皮的长度与斜面的长度保持一致,在削面上喷保护液;
(2)砧木选择:选择2年生乌饭树作砧木,保留从主干上生出的枝条,对枝条进行截短,基质面以上15-20厘米高度剪掉,在枝条截口处垂直切嫁接口,切口深度为2-3cm,在切口处喷保护液,再将接穗插入其中,然后用塑料薄膜包扎即可;所述保护液由以下重量百分数的原料制备而成:芦荟胶粉0.4-0.8%、透明质酸8-13%、硝酸钾0.5-1.5%、硫酸铵0.6-1.0%、磷酸二氢钾0.2-0.4%、硝酸钙0.4-0.7%、生长素1-2%、赤霉素0.3-0.5%、硫酸铜0.1-0.3%、氯化钠1-3%、萘乙酸0.2-0.6%、硼酸1-2%、硫酸锰1-2%、硫酸锌0.5-1%、壳寡糖0.2-0.4%、植物源杀菌剂0.3-0.6%、成膜粘合剂0.3-0.6%、余量为去离子水,pH调节剂适量,调节保护液的pH值为6.5-7.5;
(3)嫁接后管理
接芽成活后,将砧木上的腋芽全部掰去,保持接穗的绝对优势,促使接穗快速生长;同时做好适时摘心、施肥浇水、除虫防病管理。
所述保护液由以下重量百分数的原料制备而成:芦荟胶粉0.6%、透明质酸10%、硝酸钾1.2%、硫酸铵0.8%、磷酸二氢钾0.3%、硝酸钙0.6%、生长素1.5%、赤霉素0.4%、硫酸铜0.2%、氯化钠2%、萘乙酸0.4%、硼酸1.5%、硫酸锰1.5%、硫酸锌0.8%、壳寡糖0.3%、植物源杀菌剂0.5%、成膜粘合剂0.5%、余量为去离子水,pH调节剂适量。
优选地,步骤(2)中,植物源杀菌剂选自板蓝根、大蒜、鱼腥草、贯众组织或提取物中的一种或多种。
优选地,步骤(2)中,成膜粘合剂为聚丙烯酰胺。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明以生北高丛蓝莓枝条为接穗,生乌饭树作砧木,品系接近,亲和力强,嫁接易成活。本发明嫁接方法简单,通过喷施保护液,可将接穗成活率提高至98%-99%,蓝莓嫁接后第二年即可结果,嫁接后第三年开始进入盛果期,盛果期嫁接株鲜果产量相对于盛产期人工栽培蓝莓鲜果产量提高了10-15倍,添加独特配方的保护液,保护液中含有生长素和具有杀菌作用的植物源杀菌剂,可以提高嫁接伤口处的抗寒性、抗病虫害能力,提高蓝莓的产量和品质,可以提高接穗的成活率,延长接穗的寿命;保护液中含有壳寡糖,壳寡糖的加入蓝莓发病少,伤口愈合快,长势旺。解决了蓝莓在嫁接发病率高、愈合慢、树势弱的问题,提高了蓝莓的生态和经济效益。
