The output rollers (402, 402 ') include a first output roller (402) and a second output roller (402') which are arranged at the downstream end of the conveying channel S and are arranged oppositely. The paper is arranged between the first output roller (402) and the second output roller (402 '), and the first output roller (402) and the second output roller (402') jointly output the receipt.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a receipt recycling method formed based on the receipt printing apparatus, where the recycling method includes:
when the receipt printing device is abnormal in printing, the guide part 503 is blocked between the transmission channel S and the output channel 501, and the receipt enters the recycling channel 502.
Wherein, the printing abnormality of the receipt printing device at least comprises the existence of abnormal paper in the transmission channel S and the printing data error of the printing component 100.
Specifically, the judgment basis for the presence of the abnormal paper in the conveying channel S at least includes:
(1) at the beginning of starting the receipt printing device, the first sensor 300 judges whether paper exists in the transmission channel S, and if so, the first sensor judges that the paper is abnormal; the abnormality may be a power failure or a printing failure during printing, so that the paper being printed is left in the transport path S, and therefore, when the printing apparatus is restarted, it is first determined whether there is left unfinished output paper in the transport path S, and if so, it is obvious that the paper cannot be used by the user, and the paper needs to be recovered.
(2) After the receipt printing device is started, presetting the time required by the receipt to be transmitted from the initial position to the preset position to be t 1-t 2, wherein t1 is more than 0s, and t2 is more than t 1; when the time for the proof strip to be transmitted from the initial position to the predetermined position is greater than t2 or less than t1, it is determined to be abnormal.
The predetermined position may be a set position of the first sensor 300, i.e. the time required from the beginning of printing to the position of the first sensor 300 is t 1-t 2. Therefore, the process of determining the abnormality is: counting from the beginning of printing the receipt, when the preset maximum time t2 is exceeded, if the first sensor 300 still does not monitor the paper being transported, the receipt between the printing head 101 and the first sensor 300 may be blocked or jammed, or the output of the receipt is delayed due to the problem of cutting, and the like, and then the judgment is abnormal; or the time for transmitting the printing data to the first sensor 300 is less than the minimum time t1 of the preset time, the printing data may be incomplete, or the cutting may be incomplete, which may cause the entry slip to be output in advance, and it is determined as abnormal.
The judgment of the printing data error of the printing assembly 100 can be carried out in a scanning mode, namely, the printing data on the paper is scanned after the printing is finished, and whether the data is complete is judged, so that whether the printing data has the error is judged; for example, the time for completing printing of the target data to be printed is set to be t 3-t 4(t4 > t3, t3 > 0s), and if the time for completing printing of the target data is greater than t4 or less than t3 from the time of printing, the error of the print data can be determined, and it is understood that the determination method is not limited thereto.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a bank self-service terminal which comprises the receipt printing device, and the receipt recovery method of the receipt printing device adopts the receipt recovery method.
According to the receipt printing device, the receipt recovery method and the bank self-service terminal, when the receipt printing is abnormal, the paper outlet channel can be changed through the guide piece, the abnormal receipt is transmitted to the waste paper recovery box, the invalid output of the receipt with the user information is avoided, the user information is prevented from being leaked, and the user experience is improved.
While the invention has been shown and described with reference to certain embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
