the electric quantity deviation rate is (daily charging total electric quantity-monthly electricity consumption)/daily charging total electric quantity;
step (8), daily charging and settlement electricity consumption calculation: calculating according to the total daily charging electricity quantity of the electricity purchasing enterprise obtained in the step (3) and the electricity quantity deviation rate of the electricity purchasing enterprise obtained in the step (7) to obtain daily charging settlement electricity consumption quantity of the electricity purchasing enterprise;
the calculation method formula is as follows:
daily charge settlement electricity consumption is daily charge settlement electricity consumption x (1-electricity deviation rate).

the sum of the constant electric quantity, the peak electric quantity, the average electric quantity and the valley electric quantity of the first piece of data of the metering point A4 is not equal to the total electric quantity, and the sum is correct.
Monthly electricity consumption calculation: calculating the sum of the total electric quantity of all metering points with correct monthly electric quantity information of the electricity purchasing enterprises under the large industrial electricity category of the electricity purchasing enterprises to obtain the monthly electric quantity of the electricity purchasing enterprises;
the large total industrial capacity of the user G1 is 4383918+1840 is 4385758 kWh.
Calculating deviation electric quantity: calculating according to the daily charging total electric quantity of the electricity purchasing enterprise and the monthly power consumption of the electricity purchasing enterprise to obtain the electric quantity deviation rate of the electricity purchasing enterprise; the calculation method formula is as follows:

the daily charging total electric quantity calculating module (104) is respectively connected with the daily freezing table code collecting module (102) and the category judging module (103) and is used for calculating the daily charging total electric quantity of the electricity purchasing enterprise according to the comprehensive multiplying power, the scaling coefficient, the quantitative value and the line loss coefficient of the electricity purchasing enterprise, which belongs to the electricity purchasing enterprise judged by the category judging module (103), under the metering point of the large industry;
the monthly electricity consumption information acquisition module (105) is used for acquiring monthly electricity consumption information of the electricity purchasing enterprises;
the monthly electricity consumption information judging module (106) is respectively connected with the category judging module (103) and the monthly electricity consumption information collecting module (105) and is used for judging whether the monthly electricity consumption information of the electricity purchasing enterprises under the large industrial electricity consumption category metering point of the electricity purchasing enterprises is correct or not;
the monthly electricity consumption calculation module (107) is connected with the monthly electricity consumption information judgment module (106) and is used for calculating the sum of the total electricity quantity of all metering points with correct monthly electricity consumption information of the electricity purchasing enterprises under the large industrial electricity utilization category of the electricity purchasing enterprises to obtain the monthly electricity consumption of the electricity purchasing enterprises;
the deviation electric quantity calculation module (108) is respectively connected with the daily charging total electric quantity calculation module (104) and the monthly electricity consumption calculation module (107) and is used for calculating according to the daily charging total electric quantity of the electricity purchasing enterprise obtained by the daily charging total electric quantity calculation module (104) and the monthly electricity consumption of the electricity purchasing enterprise obtained by the monthly electricity consumption calculation module (107) to obtain the electric quantity deviation rate of the electricity purchasing enterprise;
and the daily charging settlement power consumption calculation module (109) is respectively connected with the daily charging total power calculation module (104) and the deviation power calculation module (108) and is used for calculating according to the daily charging total power of the power purchasing enterprise obtained by the daily charging total power calculation module (104) and the power deviation rate of the power purchasing enterprise obtained by the deviation power calculation module (108) to obtain the daily charging settlement power consumption of the power purchasing enterprise.

quantitative electricity = quantitative value/day of month;
line loss electric quantity = line loss coefficient x copy electric quantity;
daily charging electric quantity = reading electric quantity-fixed ratio electric quantity-quantitative electric quantity + line loss electric quantity + back compensation electric quantity;

and (7) calculating deviation electric quantity: calculating according to the daily charging total electric quantity of the electricity purchasing enterprise obtained in the step (3) and the monthly power consumption of the electricity purchasing enterprise obtained in the step (6) to obtain an electric quantity deviation rate of the electricity purchasing enterprise; the calculation method formula is as follows:
electric quantity deviation rate = (daily charging total electric quantity-monthly electricity consumption)/daily charging total electric quantity;
step (8), daily charging and settlement electricity consumption calculation: calculating according to the total daily charging electricity quantity of the electricity purchasing enterprise obtained in the step (3) and the electricity quantity deviation rate of the electricity purchasing enterprise obtained in the step (7) to obtain daily charging settlement electricity consumption quantity of the electricity purchasing enterprise;
the calculation method formula is as follows:
daily charge settlement electricity consumption = daily charge settlement electricity consumption x (1-electricity deviation rate).
