本发明涉及一种闭环检测亚稳态与校正的方法,频综与接收系统向信处输出相参时钟信号,信处以该时钟为基准产生PRF信号输出至频综与接收系统,频综与接收系统采用同源逻辑时钟对PRF信号采样以确定定时关系,信号处理机实时采集接收通道发射泄露信号,经DDC后,以工作周期内第1个PRF复杂波形信号为基准,逐个判断其它PRF复杂波形信号相位变化,当某个相位变化超出±10°时,则认为存在亚稳态高风险,此时信号处理机将通知频综与接收系统。频综与接收系统将同源逻辑时钟反相,使之能够稳定采集到PRF信号,避免“沿采沿”,解决了亚稳态的问题。

一种闭环检测亚稳态与校正的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种闭环检测亚稳态与校正的方法,该技术属于雷达技术领域,应用在雷达系统中。
背景技术
雷达系统中,频综与接收系统通常会给信号处理机(以下简称“信处)输出相参时钟信号,信处以该时钟为基准产生雷达系统定时信号,并输出至相关分系统。其中,输出至频综与接收系统的PRF(脉冲重复频率,Pulse Repeat Frequency)信号作为频综与接收系统复杂波形信号的输出定时,频综与接收系统采用同源逻辑时钟对PRF信号采样以确定定时关系。由于信号通道时延、电缆时延、环境温度起伏等因素的存在,容易出现时钟上升沿采集PRF信号上升沿的情况,即所谓的“沿采沿”或“亚稳态”,采集输出状态不稳定(0、1状态随机变化),导致频综与接收系统复杂波形信号输出相位随机跳变。
采样接收通道发射泄露信号,经DDC后,以工作周期内第1个PRF波形信号为基准,逐个判断其它PRF波形信号相位变化,当某个相位变化超出±10°时,则认为存在亚稳态高风险,此时频综与接收系统将同源逻辑时钟反相,使之能够稳定采集到PRF信号,避免“沿采沿”,解决了亚稳态的问题。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题
为了解决现有技术的解决了频综与接收系统采样PRF信号时出现的亚稳态问题,本发明提出一种闭环检测亚稳态与校正的方法,使两个分系统之间确立稳定的定时关系。
技术方案
一种闭环检测亚稳态与校正的方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
步骤1:频综与接收系统将相参时钟信号输出至信号处理机;
步骤2:信号处理机以该时钟为基准产生雷达系统定时信号,并输出至相关分系统,输出至频综与接收系统的PRF信号作为频综与接收系统发射复杂波形信号的输出定时;
步骤3:频综与接收系统采用同源逻辑时钟对PRF采样以确立定时关系;
步骤4:信号处理机实时采集接收通道发射泄露信号,经DDC后,以工作周期内第1个PRF复杂波形信号为基准,逐个判断其它PRF复杂波形信号相位变化,当某个相位变化超出±10°时,则认为存在亚稳态高风险,此时信号处理机将通知频综与接收系统;
步骤5:频综与接收系统将同源逻辑时钟反相,使之能够稳定采集到PRF信号,避免“沿采沿”,解决了亚稳态的问题。
有益效果
本发明采用上述技术方案,构成一种闭环检测亚稳态与校正的方法,与现有技术相比较具有以下优点:
1)本发明设计的新型亚稳态检测与校正方法,适用于不同的环境温度、器件老化因素,可实时校准;
2)本发明设计的亚稳态检测与校正方法硬件方案与原方案一致,在成本、体积、重量等方面不变;
3)本发明设计的新型亚稳态检测与校正方法,在电磁兼容性、相噪、杂散等方面不变;

具体实施方式
现结合实施例、附图对本发明作进一步描述:
本发明的实现方案由2部分组成:频综与接收系统、信处;频综与接收系统一般包括晶振、控制单元电路、收发通道、频率合成单元电路(包括本振、复杂波形产生、相参时钟信号产生等);具体步骤如下:
1)频综与接收系统将相参时钟信号(一般为信处采样时钟)输出至信处;
2)信处以该时钟为基准产生雷达系统定时信号,并输出至相关分系统,输出至频综与接收系统的PRF信号作为频综与接收系统发射复杂波形信号的输出定时;
3)频综与接收系统采用同源逻辑时钟对PRF采样以确立定时关系;
4)信处实时采集接收通道发射泄露信号,经DDC后,以工作周期内第1个PRF复杂波形信号为基准,逐个判断其它PRF复杂波形信号相位变化,当某个相位变化超出±10°时,则认为存在亚稳态高风险,此时信处将通知频综与接收系统;
5)频综与接收系统将同源逻辑时钟反相,使之能够稳定采集到PRF信号,避免“沿采沿”,解决了亚稳态的问题。
如图1所示为系统闭环检测亚稳态与校正框图。其中频综与接收系统向信处输出相参时钟信号,信处以该时钟为基准产生PRF信号输出至频综与接收系统,频综与接收系统采用同源逻辑时钟对PRF信号采样以确定定时关系。
如图2所示为系统闭环检测亚稳态与校正处理流程。系统上电后,信处实时采集接收通道发射泄露信号,经DDC后,以工作周期内第1个PRF复杂波形信号为基准,逐个判断其它PRF复杂波形信号相位变化,当某个相位变化超出±10°时,则认为存在亚稳态高风险,此时信处将通知频综与接收系统。频综与接收系统将同源逻辑时钟反相,使之能够稳定采集到PRF信号,避免“沿采沿”,解决了亚稳态的问题。
如图3所示为系统闭环检测亚稳态与校正时序图。当系统发生亚稳态时,频综与接收系统同源逻辑时钟上升沿与PRF信号上升沿过近(t1时刻),即建立保持时间裕量无法满足稳定采样要求,PRF信号上升沿处起始频综与接收系统输出发射复杂波形信号相位不稳定,频综与接收系统和信处之间在PRF定时关系上有1period(同源逻辑时钟)随机误差。频综与接收系统收到信处通知后,将频综与接收系统同源逻辑时钟反相,此时,反相后的时钟将可稳定地采集到PRF信号(t2时刻),两个时间点相差半个逻辑时钟周期。
如图4所示为系统闭环检测亚稳态与校正试验验证图。将PRF信号经可变延迟器延时后输出至频综与接收系统,频综与接收系统输出10MHz点频连续波信号至可变延迟器,构成相参系统。可变延迟器手动以100ps步进延迟PRF信号,在示波器上可观察到发射泄露信号相位大约每0.5period变化1次,且经系统闭环校正后,复杂波形信号相对于PRF总处于相位稳定状态。
表1列出了本方案与传统方案的比较。

由表1可看出,本方案依然达到传统方案的技术指标,但具有实时校正的能力,从而提高系统可靠性、环境适应性。

1.一种闭环检测亚稳态与校正的方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
步骤1:频综与接收系统将相参时钟信号输出至信号处理机;
步骤2:信号处理机以该时钟为基准产生雷达系统定时信号,并输出至相关分系统,输出至频综与接收系统的PRF信号作为频综与接收系统发射复杂波形信号的输出定时;
步骤3:频综与接收系统采用同源逻辑时钟对PRF采样以确立定时关系;
步骤4:信号处理机实时采集接收通道发射泄露信号,经DDC后,以工作周期内第1个PRF复杂波形信号为基准,逐个判断其它PRF复杂波形信号相位变化,当某个相位变化超出±10°时,则认为存在亚稳态高风险,此时信号处理机将通知频综与接收系统;
步骤5:频综与接收系统将同源逻辑时钟反相,使之能够稳定采集到PRF信号,避免“沿采沿”,解决了亚稳态的问题。
