Abstract
The invention discloses a flexible shank upper bracket angle ruler, which comprises an angle ruler body, a positioning part and a measuring part, wherein the measuring part is fixedly arranged on the left side surface of the positioning part; the left side surface of the positioning part is provided with an auxiliary mounting positioning surface which can be attached to the side beam of the left upper bracket; the measuring part is provided with a lower measuring surface which can be attached to the upper surface of the leg bone of the flexible shank below the measuring part and an upper measuring surface which can be attached to the lower surface of the beam of the upper bracket above the measuring part, and an included angle between the lower measuring surface and the upper measuring surface is equal to an angle between the upper surface of the upper bracket and the upper surface of the flexible shank when the upper bracket and the flexible shank are installed in place. The invention also discloses a checking method and an adjusting method of the upper bracket angle. The invention can quickly check and adjust the angle of the upper bracket and meet the requirement of experiment precision.
Description
Technical Field

Background
When the pedestrian protection test is prepared, as shown in fig. 1, the launching tool 4 is connected with the power equipment 1, and then the well-prepared flexible shank module is hung at the front end of the tool. The flexible shank module can bounce randomly after being launched and collided with a vehicle, secondary collision is generated between the flexible shank module and the ground or other devices in the bouncing process, the angle of the upper bracket 2 can be changed due to the secondary collision, the angle is the key for ensuring the whole test precision, and the angle needs to be checked and adjusted again before the next test, so that the angle is consistent with the requirements of regulations, and the test precision is ensured.

The upper bracket is fixedly connected with the flexible shank leg bone, and an included angle between the upper surface of the upper bracket and the upper surface of the flexible shank is converted into an angle for measuring the upper surface of the flexible shank leg bone and the lower surface of the beam of the upper bracket.
