Abstract
The invention relates to a lamp wire adjusting and positioning structure, which comprises a wire, a tail cover, a spring, a wire tightening cylinder and a fixing seat; an adjusting and positioning through hole is formed in the fixing seat, and an inner inclined plane is formed in the inner wall of the front end of the adjusting and positioning through hole; the wire tightening cylinder extends out of the fixing seat forwards; the wire tightening cylinder is provided with an elastic sheet, and the elastic sheet is provided with convex points; the spring is placed in the adjusting and positioning through hole, and the tail cover covers the rear end of the fixing seat; when the electric wire is positioned, under the elastic action of the spring, the wire tightening cylinder is forced to extend forwards, the inner inclined surface of the positioning through hole is adjusted to be pressed to the salient point of the elastic sheet of the wire tightening cylinder, and the elastic sheet is pressed inwards to position the electric wire; when the electric wire is adjusted, the front end of the wire tightening cylinder is pressed, the wire tightening cylinder is forced to retract backwards against the elastic resistance of the spring, the inner inclined surface of the adjusting and positioning through hole is loosened to press the salient point of the elastic sheet, the elastic sheet is outwards stretched, and the clamping of the electric wire is loosened. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of lamps, in particular to a lamp wire adjusting and positioning structure applied to the field of lamp decoration and illumination.
Background
During installation of the lamp, wires need to be connected into the lamp body of the lamp. As shown in fig. 1, the lamp wire installation structure in the prior art comprises a lamp body 101 and a wire 102, wherein an electrical component (not shown in the figure) is installed in the lamp body 101, the lamp body 101 is provided with a wire hole, and the wire 102 is connected with the electrical component in the lamp body 101 after passing through the wire hole of the lamp body. The lamp wire mounting structure has the following defects: the electric wire is connected with the electrical component through the electric wire hole of the lamp body, the electric wire is not fixed with the lamp body, after the electric wire of the lamp is installed, the electric wire is easily pulled out of the lamp body, not only the electric wire is bent and sagged and is influenced in appearance, but also the electric wire connection and the positioning are unstable, and the position of the electric wire cannot be adjusted.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a lamp wire adjusting and positioning structure which is used for stably connecting and positioning a wire with a lamp body, can conveniently adjust the position of the wire and avoid bending and sagging of the wire.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the lamp wire adjusting and positioning structure comprises a wire, a tail cover, a spring, a wire tightening cylinder and a fixing seat; the fixing seat is internally provided with an adjusting and positioning through hole, and the inner diameter of the adjusting and positioning through hole is gradually reduced from back to front at the front end of the adjusting and positioning through hole, so that the inner wall of the front end of the adjusting and positioning through hole is provided with an inner inclined surface; the wire tightening cylinder is internally provided with a wire through hole for passing through the wire, the wire tightening cylinder is placed into the adjusting and positioning through hole of the fixing seat from back to front, and the front end of the wire tightening cylinder extends out of the fixing seat forwards; the outer wall of the rear end of the wire tightening cylinder is provided with an outer inclined plane, and the outer wall of the rear end of the wire tightening cylinder is matched with the inner wall of the front end of the adjusting and positioning through hole; the outer wall of the rear end of the wire tightening cylinder is also provided with two symmetrical elastic pieces, and the outer side of each elastic piece is provided with a salient point; the spring is placed into the adjusting and positioning through hole of the fixing seat from back to front, the tail cover covers the rear end of the fixing seat, the front end of the spring is propped against the rear end of the wire tightening cylinder, the rear end of the spring is propped against the tail cover, and the electric wire sequentially passes through the tail cover, the spring and the wire tightening cylinder from back to front; when the electric wire is positioned, under the elastic action of the spring, the wire tightening cylinder is forced to extend forwards, the inner inclined surface of the positioning through hole is adjusted to be pressed to the salient point of the elastic sheet of the wire tightening cylinder, and the elastic sheet is pressed inwards to position the electric wire; when the electric wire is adjusted, the front end of the wire tightening cylinder is pressed, the wire tightening cylinder is forced to retract backwards against the elastic resistance of the spring, the inner inclined surface of the adjusting and positioning through hole is loosened to press the salient point of the elastic sheet, the elastic sheet is outwards stretched, and the clamping of the electric wire is loosened.
Preferably, the lamp wire adjusting and positioning structure further comprises a lamp shell, a pair of mounting parts are arranged on the outer side of the fixing seat, and the mounting parts are fixedly mounted in the lamp shell through screws.
Preferably, the outer wall of the rear end of the fixing seat is provided with two convex square clamping heads, two ends of the tail cover are respectively bent, each tail cover is provided with a square clamping hole, and the square clamping heads are clamped in the corresponding square clamping holes.
Preferably, the wire tightening cylinder is a plastic wire tightening cylinder.

The drawings illustrate preferred embodiments of the invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 2 to 7, the lamp wire adjusting and positioning structure of the present invention includes a wire 1, a tail cap 2, a spring 3, a wire tightening cylinder 4 and a fixing base 5; an adjusting and positioning through hole 51 is formed in the fixing seat 5, and the inner diameter of the adjusting and positioning through hole 51 is gradually reduced from back to front at the front end of the adjusting and positioning through hole 51, so that the inner wall of the front end of the adjusting and positioning through hole 51 is provided with an inner inclined surface; the wire tightening cylinder 4 is internally provided with a wire through hole 41 for passing through the wire, the wire tightening cylinder 4 is placed into the adjusting and positioning through hole 51 of the fixing seat 5 from back to front, and the front end of the wire tightening cylinder 4 extends out of the fixing seat 5 forwards; the outer wall of the rear end of the wire tightening cylinder 4 is provided with an outer inclined surface 42, and the outer wall of the rear end of the wire tightening cylinder 4 is matched with the inner wall of the front end of the adjusting and positioning through hole 51; the outer wall of the rear end of the wire tightening cylinder 4 is also provided with two symmetrical elastic pieces 43, and the outer side of each elastic piece 43 is provided with a salient point 44; the spring 3 is placed into the adjusting and positioning through hole 51 of the fixing seat 5 from back to front, the tail cover 2 covers the rear end of the fixing seat 5, the front end of the spring 3 abuts against the rear end of the wire tightening cylinder 4, the rear end of the spring 3 abuts against the tail cover 2, and the electric wire 1 sequentially passes through the tail cover 2, the spring 3 and the wire tightening cylinder 4 from back to front; when the electric wire 1 is positioned, under the elastic action of the spring 3, the wire tightening cylinder 4 is forced to extend forwards, the inner inclined surface of the positioning through hole 51 is adjusted to be pressed to the elastic sheet convex point 44 of the wire tightening cylinder 4, and the elastic sheet 43 is pressed inwards to press the electric wire 1, so that the electric wire 1 is positioned; when the electric wire 1 is adjusted, the front end of the wire tightening cylinder 4 is pressed, the wire tightening cylinder 4 is forced to retract backwards against the elastic resistance of the spring 3, the inner inclined surface of the adjusting and positioning through hole 51 releases the pressing of the elastic sheet salient point 44, the elastic sheet 43 outwards expands, and the clamping of the electric wire 1 is released. The forward and backward directions in the drawing are shown with reference to the directional arrows in fig. 4.
In one embodiment, the lamp wire adjusting and positioning structure further includes a lamp housing 6, a pair of mounting portions 52 are disposed on the outer side of the fixing base 5, and the mounting portions 52 are fixedly mounted in the lamp housing 6 through screws.
In one embodiment, the outer wall of the rear end of the fixing seat 5 is provided with two convex square chucks 53, two ends of the tail cover 2 are respectively bent, and are respectively provided with a square clamping hole 21, and the square chucks 53 are clamped in the corresponding square clamping holes 21.
In one embodiment, the wire tightening cylinder 4 is a plastic wire tightening cylinder.
In one embodiment, the protruding points 44 of the elastic sheet 43 are arranged in a triangle shape.
The positioning method of the lamp wire adjusting and positioning structure comprises the following steps: firstly, the fixed seat 5 is arranged in a lamp body of the lamp through a screw; then, one end of the electric wire 1 is connected with an electric component in the lamp body of the lamp; then, the front end of the wire tightening cylinder 4 is pressed, the electric wire 1 passes through the tail cover 2, the spring 3 and the wire tightening cylinder 4 from back to front, and when the electric wire reaches a proper position, the pressing of the wire tightening cylinder 4 is released, so that the electric wire 1 is positioned, and the electric wire can be prevented from being pulled out of the lamp body.
The adjusting method of the lamp wire adjusting and positioning structure comprises the following steps: firstly, pressing the front end of the wire tightening cylinder; then, the electric wire is plugged into the lamp body from front to back or pulled out of the lamp body of the smoking set for a certain distance; then, when the electric wires reach the proper positions, the electric wires can be positioned and adjusted by loosening the pressing of the wire tightening cylinder, the electric wires are firmly connected with the lamp body of the lamp, and the electric wires cannot bend and sag.
