The fatting agent has good emulsifying power, excellent permeability and excellent stability, can uniformly and deeply permeate into leather boards, has clear fatting waste liquid, less residual amount of the fatting agent and dye, good absorbability of the fatting agent in leather collagen fibers, strong associativity and strong capability of dispersing natural grease, ensures that the leather boards are soft, full and good in elasticity, and is smooth, silky, oily and not greasy, and the actual using effect shows that the fatted leather has excellent extensibility, softness and elasticity.

Claims (4)

1. The high-permeability neatsfoot oil compound fat liquor is characterized by comprising the following raw material components: the modified neat's foot oil, hypertonic surfactant, beeswax liquid, triethylene glycol, isotridecanol myristate, coconut oil acid diethanolamide, isobutyl alcohol and water, wherein the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 55-65 parts of modified neat's foot oil, 20-30 parts of a high-permeability surfactant, 10-20 parts of a beeswax liquid, 10-18 parts of triethylene glycol, 8-15 parts of isotridecyl alcohol myristate, 5-10 parts of coconut diethanolamide, 1-2 parts of isobutanol and 85-95 parts of water;
the preparation method of the high-permeability neatsfoot oil compound fat liquor comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing modified neat foot oil, heating the prepared modified neat foot oil and the beeswax liquid to 85-90 ℃, mixing, and stirring for 2-3 hours under heat preservation;
(2) adding a hypertonic surfactant, isotridecyl alcohol myristate and triethylene glycol into the liquid obtained in the step (1), and stirring for 3-4 hours under the condition of heat preservation;
(3) mixing coconut diethanolamide with water, and heating to 70-80 ℃;
(4) slowly adding the solution obtained in the step (3) into the liquid obtained in the step (2), wherein the feeding process is carried out for 1-2 h, and after the feeding is finished, cooling to 50-60 ℃, and carrying out heat preservation and stirring for 0.5-1 h;
(5) adding isobutanol into the liquid obtained in the step (4), keeping the temperature, stirring for 2-3 hours, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the leather fatliquor;
the preparation method of the modified neat's foot oil comprises the following steps:
(1) stirring and reacting the neat's foot oil with diethanolamine which is 10-20% of the neat's foot oil in percentage by weight and sodium methoxide which is 1-1.5% of the neat's foot oil in percentage by weight at 60 ℃ for 4 hours to obtain primary modified neat's foot oil;
(2) placing phosphorus pentoxide powder which is 30-40% of the primary modified neat's foot oil in equal volume of concentrated phosphoric acid with the concentration of 85%, heating to 85-95 ℃, preserving heat, stirring, and reacting for 2-3 hours to obtain a phosphorylation modifying reagent;
(3) and (3) adding the phosphorylation modifying reagent obtained in the step (2) into the primary modified neat's foot oil obtained in the step (1), heating to 75 ℃ after the addition is finished, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 3 hours, and neutralizing to pH 6-7 to obtain the modified neat's foot oil.

The high-permeability neatsfoot oil fat liquoring complex agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fat liquoring complex agent is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of modified neat's foot oil, 25 parts of hypertonic surfactant, 15 parts of beeswax liquid, 15 parts of triethylene glycol, 12 parts of isotridecanol myristate, 8 parts of coconut diethanolamide, 1.5 parts of isobutanol and 90 parts of water.

The high permeability bovine hoof oil superfatting agent of claim 1, wherein: the conditions for adding the phosphorylation modifying reagent into the primarily modified neat's foot oil are as follows: and (3) continuously stirring the primarily modified neat's foot oil at the temperature of 45 ℃, and slowly adding the primarily modified neat's foot oil into the primarily modified neat's foot oil, wherein the adding time is controlled to be 30-45 min.
4. A highly permeable bovine hoof oil superfatting agent according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the hypertonic surfactant is fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether (3) phosphate or fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether (5) phosphate.
