The intelligent alarm is used as a novel high-reliability monitoring device in the 25Hz phase-sensitive track circuit system, and mainly monitors the working state of the double-set microelectronic receiving device in the 25Hz phase-sensitive track circuit. When any one or both of the double-set microelectronic receivers are in abnormal conditions of no work, the intelligent alarm can monitor and give alarm signals in real time, so that faults of 25-week track circuit system receiving equipment can be rapidly positioned, and an effective reference basis is provided for detection and maintenance of on-site railway personnel. However, the existing alarm can not monitor double-set local faults and double-disconnection faults of double-set electronic receiving equipment in a 25Hz phase-sensitive track circuit system, and can not monitor potential safety hazards in time.

In order to distinguish different information corresponding to different alarm signals, a technician can judge a fault point according to the alarm action of the alarm module at the first time conveniently. The alarm module in this embodiment may take the form of an audible alarm or a light alarm. The fault point can be directly broadcast in a voice broadcast mode, and different alarm signals can be distinguished through the playing or flashing intervals of sound or light.
