Background
In the solder mask process of the circuit board, photosensitive ink is generally required to be silk-screened on the board surface by a silk-screen printing mode. When the printing ink is printed, the printing ink is viscous, and after one surface is printed, the printing ink cannot directly contact the printed surface. In order to realize more convenient and efficient working modes on two sides of a disposable silk-screen printed circuit board, and not pollute a silk-screen table top, double-sided ventilation can be ensured, an auxiliary tool is needed to make the product overhead, and meanwhile, certain force can be guaranteed to bear so as not to be sunken during silk-screen printing.
In the prior art, waste FR-4 leftover materials with the thickness of 1.0mm-2.0mm are generally adopted, a backing plate is adhered by an adhesive tape, and then a support nail (commonly called a nail bed in the industry) is adhered on the backing plate; and during silk-screen printing, placing the plate to be silk-screen printed on the screen printing plate to finish the preparation work of silk-screen printing. s50: placing the PCB over the support area;
s60: and entering a silk-screen printing process.
According to the screen printer table board provided by the invention, a plurality of table board components consisting of fixing parts, top surface parts and driving mechanisms are arranged above a base, the top surface parts form the table board, and all the top surface parts move up and down through the driving mechanisms; part of the cylinder head moves downwards to form a groove for erecting the PCB. The screen printer table board provided by the invention can form the support frame with corresponding size and shape according to products with different shapes, thereby meeting the production requirements of different products.

Preferably, when the driving mechanism is an air cylinder driving mechanism or a hydraulic driving mechanism, the air pressure driving mechanism and the hydraulic driving mechanism are provided with bottom surfaces, the base is provided with a countersunk through hole from bottom to top, and the bottom surface of the driving mechanism is provided with a blind hole; the fixing part is preferably a bolt, and the bolt fixes the driving mechanism on the base from bottom to top. The top of the driving mechanism is provided with a top surface part, and all the top surface parts form a table top.
According to the screen printer table board provided by the invention, a plurality of table board components consisting of fixing parts, top surface parts and driving mechanisms are arranged above a base, the top surface parts form the table board, and all the top surface parts move up and down through the driving mechanisms; part of the cylinder head moves downwards to form a groove for erecting the PCB. The screen printer table board provided by the invention can form the support frame with corresponding size and shape according to products with different shapes, thereby meeting the production requirements of different products. The table board of the screen printer provided by the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the manufacturing efficiency of the support frame is effectively improved and the production time is saved by combining a computer and a controllable program with an automatic table board;
(2) the automatic table top can form a support frame with corresponding size and shape according to products with different shapes, so that the production requirements of different products are met;
(3) the automatic table-board can be directly cleaned by clean water and dust-free cloth without frequent disassembly and assembly, thereby effectively reducing the harm to human body.
Preferably, when the top surface portions of the plurality of table top assemblies are located at the same height relative to the base, the top surface portions of the plurality of table top assemblies together form a rectangular plane.
Preferably, the top surface portion of the table top assembly is rectangular.

Preferably, different driving mechanisms can be selected according to production efficiency requirements, and specifically comprise one or more of a cylinder driving mechanism, a motor driving mechanism or a hydraulic driving mechanism.
Preferably, the screen printing machine table-board further comprises a fixing frame which is fixed on the screen printing machine table-board base and can include a plurality of table-board components. .
In particular, the fixing frame 40 (shown in fig. 2) is a frame having an inner frame shape conforming to the shape of the table top, and is used to assemble the cylinder heads 20 constituting the table top more densely (shown in fig. 3), so that the PCB can be supported better after the groove 30 is formed.

in specific implementation, the size of a support area of the screen printer table top for supporting the PCB can be determined according to the PCB information obtained in the step S10; preferably, the shape of the support area is consistent with that of a PCB (printed circuit board) to be placed on the table top, and the size of the support area is slightly smaller than that of the PCB, so that the edge of the groove can be used for supporting the PCB;
s30: determining the position of the PCB to be placed on the table top of the screen printer;
in specific implementation, according to the silk-screen printing equipment and the position information of the PCB needing silk-screen printing, the position information of the PCB placed on the table top is determined;
s40: determining a supporting area according to the size of the supporting area determined in the step S20 and the position determined in the step S30, and enabling an air cylinder corresponding to the supporting area to move downwards to form a groove;
s50: placing the PCB over the support area;
s60: and entering a silk-screen printing process.
