技术领域
本发明涉及医药制作领域，具体说是一种用于治疗骨折的可内服及外敷的中药剂。
背景技术
目前在骨折的治疗中，主要采用西药抗生素抗感染治疗，并加以手术植钢钉或钢板内固定，病人痛苦大，医疗费用高，疗程长，甚至还需要做二次手术取出钢钉或钢板；中医治疗药物大多是单一的口服药，用药量大，副作用大，疗程长，对开放性骨折治疗效果差。
发明内容
本发明为解决目前药物在治疗骨折单一的口服药，副作用大、疗程长治疗效果差的问题，发明一种能快速消炎、止痛、接骨，可内服外敷、适用于治疗闭合性和开放性骨折的中药接骨散。
本发明的技术方案是，一种内服外敷的中药接骨散，其特殊之处是组分包括：当归、桂枝、三七、血竭、儿茶、去油乳香、去油没药、西红花、骨碎补、土鳖虫、朱砂、自然铜、红糖。
组分比为：当归1-3%、桂枝1-3%、三七1-4%、血竭4-8%、儿茶1-4%、去油乳香1-3%、去油没药1-3%、西红花0.5-2%、骨碎补1-4%、土鳖虫1-4%、朱砂0.5-2%、自然铜2-5%、红糖55-85%。
配制工艺为：按处方量称取各药物组分，把除红糖外的所有药物共同研成细末，再和红糖混合均匀，分成10包。
使用方法：如是闭合性骨折，先将骨折处整理固定好，如是开放性骨折,皮肤有破伤，先将伤口清创消毒，然后敷以接骨散，用纱布包好，同时内服接骨散。第一日服2包，以后每日服一包，温白开水送服，2-3天换一次敷药。孕妇慎用。
技术效果
本发明的技术效果是，采用上述的技术方案，可以实现一种可活血化瘀，消肿止痛，舒筋接骨，杀菌抗感染的中药接骨散。伤者骨折处复位固定口服及外敷后，药物经胃肠道和伤处皮肤迅速吸收入血，分布到骨折处，改善凝血机制，缩短出血时间，进而缩短骨折处的血肿形成期，并起到立即止痛的效果。通过改善局部血液循环，起到活血化瘀的作用，促进骨细胞再生。自然铜的铜离子可加速骨折处纤维连接，加速骨痂形成。药物中含有大量维生素C，可促进结缔组织中中胶原纤维形成，促进钙离子吸收及在伤处沉着，进而缩短骨折骨性骨痂形成期，使骨折迅速愈合。通常用药一小时内止痛；接骨效果好，疗效显著，疗程短，轻者十余日即愈，重者一月痊愈，比传统法接骨时间缩短70%-80%；与同类产品相比，具有服药量小，见效快，疗效独特，治愈率高，康复期短等优势，能有效减轻伤者痛苦及经济负担。

实施例1，取当归1g、桂枝1g、三七1g、血竭3g、儿茶1g、去油乳香1g、去油没药1g、西红花0.5g、骨碎补1g、土鳖虫1g、朱砂0.5g、自然铜2g、红糖85g，把除红糖外的所有药物共同研为细末，再和红糖混合均匀，分成10包。
实施例2，取当归2g、桂枝2g、三七3g、血竭6g、儿茶2g、去油乳香2g、去油没药2g、西红花1g、骨碎补3g、土鳖虫3g、朱砂1g、自然铜3g、红糖70g。把除红糖外的所有药物共同研为细末，再和红糖混合均匀，分成10包。
实施例3，取当归3g、桂枝3g、三七4g、血竭8g、儿茶4g、去油乳香3g、去油没药3g、西红花2g、骨碎补4g、土鳖虫4g、朱砂2g、自然铜5g、红糖55g。把除红糖外的所有药物共同研为细末，再和红糖混合均匀，分成10包。
