The other end of the rotating shaft 14 is in contact with a tailstock 16 with a small bracket 17 mounted on the fixed base 7 as a supporting point for the rotating shaft.
The rotation speed of the wound object 15 is controlled to be 12 + -5 rpm by the driving motor 9 through the speed change with the speed reducer 10, the pinion 11 and the large gear 12.
When the right part works, the positioning plate 18 of the foundation is connected, and the whole right part is fixed to prevent the right part from being overturned due to the pulling force during winding.
After the glass fiber bundles with resin are wound, the rotating device continuously rotates, the whole right part is pushed into the curing oven of the left part along the track 1, the temperature controller 6 is set, and the wound object 15 is taken out after rotating, curing and forming in the heating oven.
