Abstract

本发明公开了一种强效散热LED筒灯,包括分体连接的灯壳和固定架,所述灯壳内顶部设有电路板,并在电路板上贴装有多个LED灯珠,所述灯壳顶面上方设有与其相贴合的散热架,所述散热架包括螺旋散热片,所述螺旋散热片内部形成螺旋状的热风通道,在螺旋散热片最外侧一圈的外壁上设有多个与其互相垂直设置的散热翅片,所述螺旋散热片和散热翅片均为铜片;所述热风通道外侧开口处设有风机盒,并在风机盒内设有微型风机;本装置中散热架结构巧妙,通过螺旋散热片的设置,大大增加了散热面积,并且通过微型风机工作加速进行散热,并且通过六棱镜的设置,不仅进一步提高了散热效果,同时避免眩光的产生,使得装置的使用寿命大大增加,并改善了照明效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED筒灯,具体是一种强效散热LED筒灯。
背景技术
LED筒灯是应用新型LED照明光源在传统筒灯基础上改良开发的产品,与传统筒灯对比具有以下优点:节能、低碳、长寿、显色性好、响应速度快。LED筒灯的设计更加的美观轻巧,安装时能达到保持建筑装饰的整体统一与完美,不破坏灯具的设置,光源隐藏在建筑装饰内部。
虽然LED筒灯采用了LED光源,使装置在工作共的发热量下降,但长时间的使用仍然会造成装置的持续高温,目前的筒灯主要还是依赖散热翅片进行散热,当空气相对静止时,散热效果不能保证,还是会出现散热效果不良而引起的使用寿命下降问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种强效散热LED筒灯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种强效散热LED筒灯,包括分体连接的灯壳和固定架,所述灯壳内顶部设有电路板,并在电路板上贴装有多个LED灯珠,所述灯壳顶面上方设有与其相贴合的散热架,所述散热架包括螺旋散热片,所述螺旋散热片内部形成螺旋状的热风通道,在螺旋散热片最外侧一圈的外壁上设有多个与其互相垂直设置的散热翅片,所述螺旋散热片和散热翅片均为铜片;所述热风通道外侧开口处设有风机盒,并在风机盒内设有微型风机;所述电路板顶部安装有竖向的连接柱,连接柱内部中空;所述灯壳呈上小下大的圆台状,在灯壳底部设有透镜,所述灯壳内部还设有若干六棱柱镜,所述六棱柱镜为玻璃透镜,且六棱柱镜内部为中空结构,六棱柱镜两端位于灯壳外壁上并为开口结构。
所述灯壳底部侧面设有圆环状的延伸贴板,所述延伸贴板底部靠近灯壳主体的位置开设有向内凹陷的内螺纹槽,所述固定架呈圆环状且其内部圆形空腔的大小与透镜的大小相匹配,在固定架顶面上设有螺纹凸环,螺纹凸环外侧设有与内螺纹槽相匹配的外螺纹,灯壳和固定架安装后在延伸贴板和固定架之间形成安装槽。
作为本发明的优选方案:所述固定架底部开设有两个沿固定架中心对称设置的球槽,在球槽内设有与球槽内壁转动连接的转动操作柄,所述转动操作柄包括水平的横杆和横杆上的圆弧杆,在球槽底部开口处还设有与固定架底面转动连接的翻转门。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本装置中散热架结构巧妙,通过螺旋散热片的设置,大大增加了散热面积,并且通过微型风机工作加速进行散热,并且通过六棱镜的设置,不仅进一步提高了散热效果,同时避免眩光的产生,使得装置的使用寿命大大增加,并改善了照明效果。

实施例1:
请参阅图1-4,一种强效散热LED筒灯,包括分体连接的灯壳1和固定架2,所述灯壳1内顶部设有电路板14,并在电路板14上贴装有多个LED灯珠15,所述灯壳1顶面上方设有与其相贴合的散热架3,所述散热架3包括螺旋散热片31,所述螺旋散热片31内部形成螺旋状的热风通道32,在螺旋散热片31最外侧一圈的外壁上设有多个与其互相垂直设置的散热翅片35,所述螺旋散热片31和散热翅片35均为铜片;通过螺旋散热片35和散热翅片35与工作时的电路板14产生热交换,并由热风通道32引导热气散出进行散热,螺旋散热片31大大增加了散热面积,提高散热效果;为了进一步提高散热效果,所述热风通道32外侧开口处设有风机盒33,并在风机盒33内设有微型风机34,筒灯工作时,微型风机34同步启动,使热风通道32内产生气流,加速热气的排放,实现快速散热的功能;所述电路板14顶部安装有竖向的连接柱14,连接柱14内部中空,用于安装与外部电源连接的线路;
所述灯壳1呈上小下大的圆台状,在灯壳1底部设有透镜16,所述灯壳1内部还设有若干六棱柱镜5,所述六棱柱镜5为玻璃透镜,且六棱柱镜5内部为中空结构,六棱柱镜6两端位于灯壳1外壁上并为开口结构,当LED灯珠15工作时,发出的光线通过六棱柱镜6的折射作用后向下射出,使由透镜16射出的光线均匀,避免眩光的产生,并且由于六棱柱镜6内部中空且两端开口,能够使其内部通过气流,更进一步提高了装置在工作状态下的散热效果。
为了方便灯壳1安装在天花板上,所述灯壳1底部侧面设有圆环状的延伸贴板11,所述延伸贴板11底部靠近灯壳1主体的位置开设有向内凹陷的内螺纹槽13,所述固定架2呈圆环状且其内部圆形空腔的大小与透镜16的大小相匹配,在固定架2顶面上设有螺纹凸环21,螺纹凸环21外侧设有与内螺纹槽13相匹配的外螺纹,灯壳1和固定架2安装后在延伸贴板11和固定架2之间形成安装槽12,安装槽12用于卡装在装置与天花板的连接处,在进行装置整体的固定工作时,首先将灯壳1放置在天花板开孔处,并使延伸贴板11与天花板相贴合,再将固定架2整体贴合并旋转使螺旋凸环21旋入内螺纹槽13内进行固定,从而使天花板位于安装槽12内完成整体的固定,安装过程简单方便。
实施例2:
与实施例1的区别在于,为了进一步方便装置整体的安装过程,所述固定架2底部开设有两个沿固定架2中心对称设置的球槽22,在球槽22内设有与球槽22内壁转动连接的转动操作柄23,所述转动操作柄23包括水平的横杆和横杆上的圆弧杆,在球槽22底部开口处还设有与固定架2底面转动连接的翻转门24,需要进行安装时,打开翻转门24将转动操作柄23转出,操作人员用手捏住转动操作柄23,方便进行固定架2与灯壳1的旋转安装,安装完成后将转动操作柄23收入球槽22内并关闭翻转门24,使整体保持美观。

1.一种强效散热LED筒灯,包括分体连接的灯壳(1)和固定架(2),所述灯壳(1)内顶部设有电路板(14),并在电路板(14)上贴装有多个LED灯珠(15),所述电路板(14)顶部安装有竖向的连接柱(4),连接柱(4)内部中空,所述灯壳(1)顶面上方设有与其相贴合的散热架(3),其特征在于,所述散热架(3)包括螺旋散热片(31),所述螺旋散热片(31)内部形成螺旋状的热风通道(32),在螺旋散热片(31)最外侧一圈的外壁上设有多个与其互相垂直设置的散热翅片(35);所述灯壳(1)呈上小下大的圆台状,在灯壳(1)底部设有透镜(16),所述灯壳(1)内部还设有若干六棱柱镜(5),所述六棱柱镜(5)为玻璃透镜,且六棱柱镜(5)内部为中空结构,六棱柱镜(5 )两端位于灯壳(1)外壁上并为开口结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种强效散热LED筒灯,其特征在于,所述螺旋散热片(31)和散热翅片(35)均为铜片。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种强效散热LED筒灯,其特征在于,所述热风通道(32)外侧开口处设有风机盒(33),并在风机盒(33)内设有微型风机(34),筒灯工作时,微型风机(34)同步启动,使热风通道(32)内产生气流,加速热气的排放,实现快速散热的功能。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种强效散热LED筒灯,其特征在于,所述灯壳(1)底部侧面设有圆环状的延伸贴板(11),所述延伸贴板(11)底部靠近灯壳(1)主体的位置开设有向内凹陷的内螺纹槽(13),所述固定架(2)呈圆环状且其内部圆形空腔的大小与透镜(16)的大小相匹配,在固定架(2)顶面上设有螺纹凸环(21),螺纹凸环(21)外侧设有与内螺纹槽(13)相匹配的外螺纹,灯壳(1)和固定架(2)安装后在延伸贴板(11)和固定架(2)之间形成安装槽(12)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种强效散热LED筒灯,其特征在于,所述固定架(2)底部开设有两个沿固定架(2)中心对称设置的球槽(22),在球槽(22)内设有与球槽(22)内壁转动连接的转动操作柄(23),在球槽(22)底部开口处还设有与固定架(2)底面转动连接的翻转门(24)。
