Abstract

本发明涉及高速话音和数据传输网络用的一种 接插件(CDDI接插件)。本发明的目的是研制一种 在电气性能上有所改进且保证满足高速网络元件的 各项要求的CDDI接插件。该目的是通过将各触点 配置在内圈和中圈上实现的。

Description

本发明涉及高速话音和数据传输网络在配线和接线箱区用的具有许多触点的一种接插件(CDDI    接插件)。
高速网络的接插件是公知技术。数据网络中100兆位/秒的传输通路一般采用分别叫做CDDI(铜配件数据接口(copper    distributed    data    interface))接插件或FDDI(光纤配线数据接口(fibre    distributed    data    interface)接插件。(在1992年6月版的规划指南“LSA式KRONE链路”中)现有技术的接插件,其外壳通尚呈矩形。例如,8个触点成对排列,彼此平行配置,它们的接触表面较大。各触点对的接触表面之间设有塑料核。接触表面的这种配置方式会产生电容作用,负面地影响接插件的一些重要电气参数,例如串音衰减。再加上因建筑条件而需要将电源电缆分开和最优电缆结构的中断,这些都进一步对一些电气参数起了负作用的影响,例如特性阻抗和反射衰减。
因此,本发明的目的是开发上述那种CDDI接触件,这种接插件的电气性能有所改进,且保证满足高速网路元件的要求。
这个目的的解决办法是通过触点在内圈和中圈上的配置方式达到的。横截面是圆形的CDDI接插件,其结构在适应电源电缆结构的方式上比现有技术矩形的接插件好。触点成圈配置保证了各导线彼此之间的最大间距。采用最好是圆的与集成电路基底所使用的类似的插头触点,且所采用的快速端接法的后触点(LSA    PLUS触点)与各插头触点之间用导线连接,可以将各触点之间各自的耦合电容减小到最小值。这种接插件在串音衰减和介入损耗方面的性能基本上获得改善。这种接插件的设计使导线可以在两个平面上端接,从而总的保持了电源电缆各自的电缆结构。引入线与插头触点之间的连接轴线是180度,因而减少了电气上的不连续性。特性阻抗和反射衰减的值也得到了改善。若引入线和插头触点采用相同的直径,还可以进一步增加上述效果。将接插件设计成圆的,就可以将屏蔽部分制成管形。这样就可以使屏蔽部分既密闭又均匀,从而改善了转移阻抗。至于现有技术的接插件,在结构上即不均匀又是敞开式的。本发明的CDDI接插件结构简单,因而制造起来简单,经济实惠。
权利要求书中的另外一些从属权利要求中限定了本发明的另外一些有益的实施例。
下面参照附图中所示的CDDI接插件的一个实施例更详细地说明本发明的内容。
图1是CDDI接插件的示意顶视图。
图2是具有屏蔽部分的CDDI接插件其插座和插头配置方式的示意侧视图。
现在参看图1。从示意图中可以看到CDDI接插件1的顶视图,接插件1包括外壳9、带四个触点13的中间触点圈2、带四个触点的内触点圈3和外圈的屏蔽部分4。用各触点13的这种基本配置方式,可以得出8根导线的配置方案。
图2中示意示出了CDDI接插件1的插座7和插头8结构的侧视图。电源电缆5引入插座7的外壳9中,并引到接插件1。电缆5的电缆线6连接触点13(图中未示出)。同样,在插头8这一侧引入电缆5和导线6,并将它们连接到触点上。
各触点13成圈配置,内圈3和中圈2各配备有四个触点13,图中未示出的快速端接头的后触点(LSA正触点)与各插头触点之间采用圆插头触点和例如0.6毫米直径的导线进行连接,这就把各触点13之间的耦合电容减至最小。这样就达到了在串音衰减方面的电气性能,从而保证CDDI接插件1可用在20至140兆赫的频率范围。
从图2的示意图中可以看出,接插件1可以使导线6在两个平面上端接。采用这种配置方式基本上保持了各电缆的结构。引入线与插头触点之间的连接轴线为180度,因而减少了电气上的不连续性。接插件的这种成圈配置方式保证了屏蔽部分的管状结构。这样,屏蔽部分既密闭又均匀,因而特别改善了转移阻抗(图1、2)。插座外壳7的屏蔽部分11和插头外壳8的屏蔽部分12与电缆5相应的屏蔽部分相连接。接插件1的管式屏蔽部分4可以由两个半壳组成,这与两极插座类似。
CDDI接插件1可以结合绝缘层移位法LSA    PLUS(快速端接法)作为分立的电缆接插件应用于通信分配器的插接部分,供计算机、电话等使用。

Claims (8)

1、一种高速话音和数据传输网络在配线和接线箱区用的接插件(CDDI接插件)具有许多触点,其特征在于,各触点(13)配置在内圈(3)和中圈(2)上。
2、根据权利要求1的接插件,其特征在于,在内圈(3)和中圈(2)上各配置了四个触点(13)。
3、根据权利要求1的接插件,其特征在于,触点(13)都是圆插头触点。
4、根据权利要求1至3的接插件,其特征在于,带触点(13)的内圈(3)和中圈(2)配置在不同的平面上。
5、根据权利要求1至4所述的接插件,其特征在于,引入线(6)与插头触点(13)之间的连接轴线为180度。
6、根据权利要求1至5所述的接插件,其特征在于,各触点(13)与引入线(6)的直径相同。
7、根据权利要求1至6所述的接插件,其特征在于,外圈上配置有管式屏蔽部分(4)。
8、根据权利要求1至7所述的接插件,其特征在于,屏蔽部分(4)由两个半壳组成。
