the filter element 14 is formed by laminating a plurality of filter layers with different elasticity, a plurality of hollow tubes are uniformly distributed on the outer circumferential surface of the filter element 14 in the gravity direction and the circumferential direction, and one end of each hollow tube is vertically and fixedly inserted in the filter element 14. The other end of the hollow tube is a closed mouth with U-shaped transition, a fine hole is arranged in the middle of the closed mouth, namely, on the level position of the closed mouth and the axis of the hollow tube, and a plurality of bulges which are arranged side by side at intervals are arranged on the inner wall of the tube body of the hollow tube.

A chemical sewage filtering method is characterized in that a rotatable filter element (14) is fixedly suspended in a barrel body of a sewage filtering barrel (1), wherein the filter element (14) is formed by laminating a plurality of filtering layers with different elasticity, a plurality of hollow pipes which are uniformly distributed in the gravity direction and the circumferential direction are arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the filter element (14), and one end of each hollow pipe is vertically and fixedly inserted on the filter element (14); the other end of the hollow pipe is a U-shaped transitional closed port, a fine hole is arranged in the middle of the closed port, namely, a level position of the closed port and the axis of the hollow pipe is provided with a fine hole, a plurality of bulges which are spaced side by side are arranged on the inner wall of the hollow pipe body, the water inlet speed and the water outlet speed on the sewage filtering barrel (1) are monitored and set so as to control the volume flow of the hollow pipe and the hollow pipe, the hollow pipe and the inner wall of the hollow pipe are enabled to reach an optimal combination value, the filter element (14) is driven by a motor to alternately replace work in two working modes of variable acceleration and stable rotation in the process, the duration of the variable acceleration rotation period is far shorter than that of the stable rotation period, and the secondary absorption and filtration of the sewage are completed when two detachable trapezoid inner bottoms (16, 17) which are internally provided;
finally, positive washing work of the filter element is carried out, the motor is turned off, the filter element (14) stops rotating, the injection of sewage is stopped, only the drain at the bottom is kept open, after the sewage is discharged completely, the motor is turned on again and works in a high-speed rotating mode, then clean washing water is injected into the filter element (14), the clean water continuously impacts the sludge in the hollow pipe body while directly washing the sludge and particles remained in each filter layer of the filter element, and the sludge is thrown out from the fine holes of the U-shaped sealing opening at the front end, the speed of cleaning the sludge is far higher than the speed of stopping the sludge from being retained on the inner wall of the hollow pipe body by the clean water injected in the process, so that the sludge is ensured not to be retained in the hollow pipe body, the thrown-out sludge firstly touches the vertical cylinder wall of the sewage filtering barrel 1 and then slides to the bottoms of the two trapezoids and finally slides to the drain, and finishing the positive washing work.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein: the flow velocity of the sewage entering and exiting the sewage filtering barrel (1) is realized through a flowmeter.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein: the hollow tube is made of plastic.
