技术领域
本发明涉及哑铃技术领域，尤其涉及一种方便拆卸的健身用哑铃。
背景技术
健美是一种强调肌肉健壮与美的运动，起源于古希腊，最初只有男性参加，以男性粗壮的脖子、发达的胸肌、粗壮的双腿为美。现代健美运动则由德国人尤金﹒山道开始。早期健美比赛裁判通常由解剖学与雕塑艺术家等组成，现代健美比赛裁判则由健美协会组织专业认证的裁判组成。
其中，哑铃是一种用于增强肌肉力量训练的简单器材，它的用途是用于肌力训练，肌肉复合运动训练等；因运动麻痹、疼痛、长期不活动等导致肌力低下的患者，手持哑铃，可利用哑铃的重量进行抗阻力主动运动，训练肌力；但是传统的哑铃在进行安装或拆卸时，需要先拆卸螺母，然后将哑铃片套在配重杆上，再锁紧螺母，这样操作非常的繁琐，费时费力，不能进行任意灵活的调节；而且现有的哑铃的功能较单一，大都只能锻炼手臂的肌肉力量，不能很好的满足使用需求。
发明内容
本发明正是针对以上技术问题，提供一种方便拆卸的健身用哑铃。
本发明为实现上述目的，采用以下技术方案：一种方便拆卸的健身用哑铃，包括握柄，其特征在于，握柄的外部包裹有橡胶防滑套，橡胶防滑套上设有便于手指插入的指套，且橡胶防滑套上还设有与手指配合的凹陷，握柄的两侧设有内部中空的配重杆体，配重杆体上设有多个哑铃片，配重杆体的侧壁上均布有若干固定通孔，哑铃片上对应的设有若干杆孔，杆孔中固定有弹簧一，弹簧一的另一端连有锁定杆，锁定杆的另一端伸入固定通孔中，配重杆体的内部水平设有推杆，推杆的另一端伸出配重杆体并连有把手，位于配重杆体外部的推杆上套有弹簧二，位于配重杆体内部的推杆的端部为锥形，哑铃片的外部包裹有橡胶内护套，橡胶内护套的外部设有橡胶外护套，橡胶外护套与橡胶内护套之间设有若干滚珠。
所述指套的内侧壁上设有海绵层，海绵层上设有若干弧形凸起。
所述锁定杆是一端为弧形另一端为平面的圆柱，且平面的一端与弹簧一相连。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本发明提供的哑铃在安装或拆卸哑铃片时比传统的螺纹结构更加的方便快捷；设置的滚珠能够使得哑铃可以在地面上进行滚动，从而对使用人员的腹部、肩部和手臂的力量进行训练，很好的满足了人们的使用需求。

如图1所示，一种方便拆卸的健身用哑铃，包括握柄1，握柄1的外部包裹有橡胶防滑套2，橡胶防滑套2上设有便于手指插入的指套3，且橡胶防滑套2上还设有与手指配合的凹陷，握柄1的两侧设有内部中空的配重杆体4，配重杆体4上设有多个哑铃片5，配重杆体4的侧壁上均布有若干固定通孔，哑铃片5上对应的设有若干杆孔6，杆孔6中固定有弹簧一7，弹簧一7的另一端连有锁定杆8，锁定杆8的另一端伸入固定通孔中，配重杆体4的内部水平设有推杆9，推杆9的另一端伸出配重杆体4并连有把手10，位于配重杆体4外部的推杆9上套有弹簧二11，位于配重杆体4内部的推杆9的端部为锥形，哑铃片7的外部包裹有橡胶内护套12，橡胶内护套12的外部设有橡胶外护套13，橡胶外护套13与橡胶内护套12之间设有若干滚珠14。
所述指套3的内侧壁上设有海绵层，海绵层上设有若干弧形凸起。
所述锁定杆8是一端为弧形另一端为平面的圆柱，且平面的一端与弹簧一7相连。
本发明当需要拆卸哑铃片5时，只需要将推杆9向内推，在推杆9端头的推动下，锁定杆8会被推缩回杆孔6中，此时，可轻易的将哑铃片5取下；当需要安装哑铃片5时，只需将哑铃片5从配重杆体4上向内推，然后旋转哑铃片5使得锁定杆8插入固定通孔即可；设置的橡胶内护套10和橡胶外护套13能起到较好的缓冲作用，使用安全性较好；设置的橡胶防滑套2和指套3使人们在使用时手感舒适，且不易使哑铃从手上脱落；此外，设置的滚珠14能够使得哑铃可以在地面上进行滚动，从而对使用人员的腹部、肩部和手臂的力量进行训练，很好的满足了人们的使用需求。

1.一种方便拆卸的健身用哑铃，包括握柄(1)，其特征在于，握柄(1)的外部包裹有橡胶防滑套(2)，橡胶防滑套(2)上设有便于手指插入的指套(3)，且橡胶防滑套(2)上还设有与手指配合的凹陷，握柄(1)的两侧设有内部中空的配重杆体(4)，配重杆体(4)上设有多个哑铃片(5)，配重杆体(4)的侧壁上均布有若干固定通孔，哑铃片(5)上对应的设有若干杆孔(6)，杆孔(6)中固定有弹簧一(7)，弹簧一(7)的另一端连有锁定杆(8)，锁定杆(8)的另一端伸入固定通孔中，配重杆体(4)的内部水平设有推杆(9)，推杆(9)的另一端伸出配重杆体(4)并连有把手(10)，位于配重杆体(4)外部的推杆(9)上套有弹簧二(11)，位于配重杆体(4)内部的推杆(9)的端部为锥形，哑铃片(7)的外部包裹有橡胶内护套(12)，橡胶内护套(12)的外部设有橡胶外护套(13)，橡胶外护套(13)与橡胶内护套(12)之间设有若干滚珠(14)。
