Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the abdomen pad can effectively pad the abdomen of a patient, can fully expose the puncture part of the waist and the back, is more beneficial to puncture, and indirectly improves the success rate of puncture; the adopted puncture device can effectively perform puncture biopsy on a patient, the angle of the puncture needle can be effectively and accurately adjusted by the first joint angle adjusting frame and the fine adjustment device, and the accuracy of the puncture can be effectively improved by the joint angle adjusting frame and the fine adjustment device, so that accidental injury on the patient is avoided, and the puncture safety is indirectly improved; the invention has simple operation, when in use, one doctor can carry out puncture biopsy on a patient, thus greatly reducing the workload of medical care personnel and being suitable for mass popularization.

Example 1: fig. 1 and 2 show a puncture biopsy bed for nephrology department, which mainly comprises a bed body 1, a sliding frame 2, a puncture device 3, a B ultrasonic device 4, an abdominal pad 5, a control device 6 and a power supply device;
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bed body 1 is provided with sliding chutes 11 on both sides, and the bed body 1 is provided with a placing box 12 and a breathing gasket 13; the placing box 12 is arranged at the lower end of the bed body 1, the breathing gasket 13 is arranged at the front end of the upper surface of the bed body 1, and a ventilation hole is formed in the bed body at the breathing gasket 13; an oxygen cylinder device 121 is arranged inside the placing box 12, a breathing mask is arranged on the breathing gasket 13, and the oxygen cylinder device 121 is connected with the breathing mask;

When the abdomen adjusting device is used, the abdomen pad is adjusted to be positioned at the abdomen position of a patient, the patient lies on the sickbed, the fixing frame 22 is positioned at the back or the upper waist position of the patient by adjusting the sliding frame 2, the auxiliary frame is positioned at the waist position of the patient, and then the fixing device 220 is adjusted to fix the back or the upper waist position of the patient; the B ultrasonic device 4 is opened, the B ultrasonic probe 41 can clearly detect the kidney of a patient by adjusting the second sliding device 212 and the second joint angle adjusting frame 2120, the position and the angle of the puncture device 3 are adjusted by adjusting the first sliding device 211 and the first joint angle adjusting frame 2110, the motor 32 is turned off after the puncture needle 34 is controlled to penetrate out of the protective shell 31, the angle of the puncture needle is finely adjusted to the optimal position by the fine adjustment knob 355, and the puncture needle 34 is controlled by the motor 32 to perform puncture biopsy on the patient; if the patient has a stress condition to cause a sudden breath, the oxygen bottle device 121 can be used for inhaling oxygen to the patient.
Example 2: as shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9, the puncturing device 3 is different from embodiment 1 in that the puncturing device 3 further includes a needle pressing device 36, the needle pressing device 36 includes a fixing rod 361, a fixing base 362, a needle pressing strip 363 and a spring device 364, the fixing base 362 includes a base body 3621 and a fixing block 3622, the needle pressing strip 363 is provided with a through hole 3630, and the spring device 364 includes a spring clamping strip 3641 and a wrench strip 3642; a base body 3621 is arranged at the bottom end of the protective shell 31 through a fixing rod 361, a fixing block 3622 is arranged on the base body 3621, a spring device 364 is positioned inside the base body 3621, one end of a needle pressing strip 363 is arranged at the lower end of the spring device 364, the middle end of the needle pressing strip 363 is connected with the fixing block 3622 through a rotating shaft, and a spanner strip 3642 is arranged at the upper end of the spring device 364; the needle pressing bar 363 can be controlled to make a lever motion around the rotating shaft by pressing the spanner bar 3642.
When the abdomen adjusting device is used, the abdomen pad is adjusted to be positioned at the abdomen position of a patient, the patient lies on the sickbed, the fixing frame 22 is positioned at the back or the upper waist position of the patient by adjusting the sliding frame 2, the auxiliary frame is positioned at the waist position of the patient, and then the fixing device 220 is adjusted to fix the back or the upper waist position of the patient; the B ultrasonic device 4 is opened, the B ultrasonic probe 41 can clearly detect the kidney of a patient by adjusting the second sliding device 212 and the second joint angle adjusting frame 2120, the position and the angle of the puncture device 3 are adjusted by adjusting the first sliding device 211 and the first joint angle adjusting frame 2110, the motor 32 is turned off after the puncture needle 34 is controlled to penetrate out of the protective shell 31, the spring clamping strip 3641 is pressed down by the wrench strip 3642 to enable the outer end of the needle pressing strip 363 to be tilted and then to be close to the puncture part of the patient, the angle of the puncture needle is finely adjusted to the optimal position by the fine adjustment knob 355, and the puncture needle 34 is controlled by the motor 32 to perform puncture biopsy on the patient; if the patient has a stress condition to cause a sudden breath, the oxygen bottle device 121 can be used for inhaling oxygen to the patient.
