Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides an arm tray device for CT-guided interventional diagnosis and treatment, which includes a head support base 10 and a hand support assembly 20;
the head supporting seat 10 comprises an upper seat body 11 and a lower seat body 12, the upper seat body 11 is arranged above the lower seat body 12 and is configured to be close to the lower seat body 12 when being pressed, the upper seat body 11 comprises a first main body 111 and first seat bodies 112 which are arranged at two ends of the first main body 111 and are rotationally connected with the first main body 111, and thus, a certain included angle is formed between the first main body 111 and the first seat body 112 by rotating the first seat body 112 and the first main body 111. The upper surface of the first main body 111 is provided with a head supporting groove 1111 for the head to rest, and the lower surface of the first seat 112 is provided with a pressing piece 1121; the lower base 12 includes a second body 121 and a second base 122 disposed at two ends of the second body 121 and rotatably connected to the second body 121, so that a certain angle is formed between the second body 121 and the second base 122 by rotating the second base 122 and the second body 121, a slot 1121 into which a finger is inserted is formed on an upper surface of the second base 122, and when the upper base 11 approaches the lower base 12, the pressing member 1121 is inserted into the slot 1121.
The two hand support assemblies 20 are arranged, each hand support assembly 20 comprises a support plate 21 and a support piece 22, the two support plates 21 are respectively arranged on two sides of the head support seat 10, one end of each support plate is connected with the second seat 122, and the other end of each support plate is provided with a fixing piece 30 for fixing the support plate 21; the support 22 is disposed on the support plate 21 and can slide between one end and the other end, for example, a sliding rail 211 can be disposed on the support plate 21, a sliding groove is disposed at the bottom of the support 22, and the support 22 is moved by matching the sliding rail 211 with the sliding groove.
The upper surface of the support 22 extends gradually upwards from the side close to the head support base 10 to the side far away from the head support base 10, and the upper surface of the support 22 is provided with an arm support groove 2221 adapted to accommodate an arm and a restraint 2222 for restraining the arm in the arm support groove 2221. That is, the hand support assembly 20 serves to support and restrain the arm.
In actual use, a patient lies on the examination bed, the head rests in the head support groove 1111 of the first main body 111 of the upper seat 11, then the first seat 112 is rotated to a proper angle, the part of the arm adjacent to the wrist joint, that is, the small arm part extends into the arm support groove 2221 of the support member 22 and is restrained in the arm support groove 2221 by the restraint member 2222, so that the arm can be supported and restrained by the support member 22, and then the arm can be kept in the same state when CT examination is performed, so as to avoid the influence on the examination result caused by the arm disorder.
In addition, because the condition of patient is different, partial patient still infuses when carrying out CT inspection, and corresponding, the puncture has the transfusion needle on the back of the hand, and if with the hand underhead, will touch and oppress the transfusion needle with tendencies to can make patient feel uncomfortable, influence the infusion simultaneously. In this embodiment, the patient can insert his/her finger into the slot 1121 of the second seat 122, and the patient's head is resting in the head supporting slot 1111 to exert pressure on the upper seat 11, so that the upper seat 11 approaches the lower seat 12, and the pressing member 1121 of the upper seat 11 extends into the slot 1121 of the lower seat 12, and presses and restrains his/her finger to be difficult to withdraw, and the back of the hand is naturally in an upward state and can be maintained in such a state, so that the puncture needle of the back of the hand can be prevented from touching the foreign object during the CT examination. Of course, since the head does not exert much pressure on the upper housing 11, the fingers are not crushed accordingly.
According to the arm tray device for CT-guided interventional diagnosis and treatment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the arm tray device comprises a head support seat 10 and a hand support assembly 20, wherein the head support seat 10 comprises an upper seat body 11 and a lower seat body 12, a head support groove 1111 is formed in a first main body 111 of the upper seat body 11, a pressing piece 1121 is arranged on the lower surface of the first seat body 112, a slot 1121 is formed in a second seat body 122 of the lower seat body 12, and when the upper seat body 11 is pressed to approach the lower seat body 12, the pressing piece 1121 is inserted into the slot 1121; the two hand support assemblies 20 are provided, two support plates 21 of the two hand support assemblies 20 are respectively connected with the two second seat bodies 122, two support pieces 22 are in sliding fit with the two support plates 21, the upper surfaces of the support pieces 22 are inclined planes, and arm support grooves 2221 and constraint pieces 2222 are formed. Thus, when CT examination is performed or reinforcement is performed, the hand support assembly 20 can be utilized to lift, support and restrain the arm, so that on one hand, discomfort of a patient can be reduced, and on the other hand, the influence of the disorder of the arm of the patient on the scanning of the CT machine can be avoided; on the other hand, since the lower body 12 and the upper body 11 are cooperatively provided with the insertion slot 1121 for inserting a finger and the pressing piece 1121 for pressing the finger, when the head of the patient is resting on the upper body 11, the finger can be pressed and limited in the insertion slot 1121 by inserting the pressing piece 1121 into the insertion slot 1121, so that the hand can be restrained for the patient who performs CT examination while transfusion, and the back of the hand is in the raised state, thereby isolating the puncture needle on the back of the hand from foreign objects and preventing the foreign objects from touching the puncture needle.
Advantageously, in one embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface of the first body 111 is provided with a square insertion hole 1112 on two sides of the head supporting slot 1111, and a guide plate 1113 is inserted into the square insertion hole 1112;
a plurality of guide posts 1211 are arranged on the upper surface of the second body 121 corresponding to the two square insertion holes 1112, the upper ends of the plurality of guide posts 1211 are connected with the guide plate 1113, a telescopic spring 1212 is sleeved outside each guide post 1211, the upper end of the telescopic spring 1212 is connected with the first body 111, and the lower end of the telescopic spring 1212 is connected with the second body 121.
The guide plate 1113 is adapted to the size of the square insertion hole 1112, and is used for guiding the movement of the upper seat 11, so that the upper seat 11 can only move in the up-down direction, and thus, when the first seat 112 and the second seat 122 rotate to the up-down opposite positions, the pressing piece 1121 on the first seat 112 can be accurately inserted into the insertion slot 1121 on the second seat 122 by the guiding action of the guide plate 1113, so that the hand is limited. In addition, since the upper housing 11 and the lower housing 12 are connected by the extension spring 1212, when the head is moved away from the head support groove 1111, the extension spring 1212 drives the upper housing 11 upward, so that the pressing member 1121 is moved away from the slot 1121, which facilitates the extraction of the finger from the slot 1121 by the patient.
Advantageously, in one embodiment of the invention, the upper end of each guide plate 1113 extends horizontally beyond a mounting platform 11131 for mounting a protective cover.
Thus, the two guide plates 1113 are reserved for mounting the protective cover, so that the protective cover with the radiation resistance can be very conveniently mounted on the mounting table 11131 on the two guide plates 1113, and the head of a patient is protected from radiation through the protective cover, so that the head of the patient is prevented from being damaged by radiation.
Advantageously, in another embodiment of the invention, the support 22 comprises a sliding seat 221, a support table 222 and a latch 23.
