1. A breast screening apparatus, comprising:
an apparatus body including a sliding platform;
the treatment bed is movably arranged on the sliding platform and is provided with a first position accommodated in the sliding platform and a second position sliding out of the sliding platform; the treatment bed comprises a bed frame and a caster wheel telescopic mechanism, wherein the caster wheel telescopic mechanism can move up and down relative to the bed frame and has a containing state contained in the bed frame and a supporting state moving to be in contact with the ground;
the locking mechanism is used for locking and fixing the caster wheel telescopic mechanism and the bedstead when the caster wheel telescopic mechanism is in the supporting state; and
and the limiting mechanism is used for preventing the caster telescopic mechanism from moving from the supporting state to the accommodating state when the treatment bed is positioned at the second position.
2. The breast screening apparatus of claim 1, wherein an installation portion is disposed at one end of the bed frame, the caster wheel extending mechanism includes a mounting frame and a caster wheel, the mounting frame is slidably connected to the installation portion, the caster wheel is disposed at a bottom of the mounting frame, and the limiting mechanism is configured to limit and fix the caster wheel extending mechanism and the installation portion when the treatment bed is located at the second position.

The breast screening apparatus of claim 2, wherein the limiting mechanism comprises a connecting member and a limiting rod, the connecting member is rotatably mounted to the mounting portion, the limiting rod is fixedly connected to the connecting member, the mounting frame is provided with a slot, and when the caster wheel telescoping mechanism is in the supporting state, the limiting rod is located in the slot.
4. The breast screening apparatus of claim 3, wherein the limiting mechanism further comprises a bracket and a shaft, the bracket is fixedly connected to the mounting portion, and the connecting member is rotatably connected to the bracket via the shaft, so that the connecting member is rotatable.

The breast screening apparatus of claim 4, wherein a mounting groove is disposed on a surface of the connecting member facing away from the limiting rod, connecting plates are protruded on two sides of the mounting groove, and the rotating shaft penetrates through the two connecting plates to rotatably connect the connecting member to the mounting frame.

The breast screening apparatus of claim 5, wherein the position-limiting mechanism further comprises an elastic member, one end of the elastic member is connected to the frame, the other end of the elastic member is connected to the connecting member, and the elastic member is configured to push the connecting plate to rotate around the rotating shaft, so that the position-limiting rod is inserted into the slot.

The breast screening apparatus of claim 6, wherein a reset rod is further disposed at an end of the connecting plate located at the rotating shaft and away from the limiting rod, and when the treatment couch is located at the first position, the reset rod abuts against the sliding platform, and the limiting rod is disengaged from the clamping groove.

The breast screening apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 7 further comprising a first slide and a first slide rail in sliding engagement with each other, one of the first slide and the first slide rail being mounted to the bed frame and the other of the first slide and the first slide rail being mounted to the slide platform for sliding the treatment couch between the first position and the second position.

The breast screening apparatus of any one of claims 2 to 7 wherein the treatment couch further includes a second slider and a second slide rail slidably engaged with each other, one of the second slider and the second slide rail being mounted to the mounting portion and the other being mounted to the mounting frame such that the caster wheel retraction mechanism is movable up and down relative to the frame.
10. The breast screening apparatus according to any one of claims 2 to 7, wherein the locking mechanism includes a locking portion, a limiting portion, a fixing shaft and a pedal plate, the locking portion is mounted on the mounting portion and provided with a locking groove, the limiting portion is disposed on the mounting frame and provided with a locking head adapted to the locking groove, the locking head is located at an upper end of the limiting portion, a lower end of the limiting portion is connected to the pedal plate, the limiting portion and the pedal plate are connected to the mounting frame through the fixing shaft, and when the caster wheel retracting mechanism is in the supporting state, the locking head is located in the locking groove.
