Abstract

本发明提供一种日光温室灌溉系统,由日光温室和太阳能集热器组成,日光温室后墙为半地下式保温墙,后墙接拱梁仰角为38~48°,日光温室的采光面拱梁为拱圆形状,采光面与温室跨度比为1∶1.0~1.2,太阳能集热器置于日光温室的后墙上,集热管连接温室内的灌溉设施。本发明通过选择日光温室的采光角度和太阳能集热器的设置位置,解决了合理利用太阳能使水增温,再用温水浇地提高日光温室地温问题。

一种日光温室灌溉系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种日光温室灌溉系统,属于园艺植保技术领域。
背景技术
冬季日光温室生产的温度直接影响果蔬的产量和品质,尤其是地温对蔬菜的影响更为显著,地温的提高又难于气温的提高,目前农业科技人员研究了很多保温和增温措施,如改善温室保温材料,使用人工加热水浇地等,但由于成本问题尚难于推广实施;″93222973″专利公开了塑料大棚使用太阳能热水滴灌的装置,其基本结构是在塑料大棚顶部设置大阳能集热器汇集热水,完成对土壤升温灌溉的任务。这种装置由于安装在大棚的顶部,势必要遮挡部分的阳光,因而减少了大棚内阳光的利用率,对于北方地区大量应用的带有保温墙的日光温室来说,相对高度也不适于在顶部设置集热器,尚不具备实际应用条件。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种日光温室灌溉系统,通过选择日光温室的采光角度和太阳能集热器的设置位置,以解决合理利用太阳能使水增温,再用温水浇地提高日光温室地温问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:这种日光温室灌溉系统,由日光温室、太阳能集热器和温室内的灌溉设施组成,其特征在于日光温室后墙为半地下式保温墙,后墙接拱梁仰角为38~48°,日光温室的采光面拱梁为拱圆形状,采光面与温室跨度比为1∶1.0-1.2,太阳能集热器置于日光温室的后墙上,并与温室内的灌溉设施连接。
所述的日光温室较好采光角度的选择为后墙接拱粱仰角42°,日光温室的采光面与温室跨度比为1∶1.167。
为了达到保温目的,所述的日光温室后墙设计为中空斗墙。空斗内填充保温材料如炉渣、珍珠岩、锯末等。
所述的日光温室灌溉系统的太阳能集热器为多组塑料管串联或并联组成,固定于距地面50cm以上日光温室的后墙,集热器连接温室内的灌溉设施,如滴灌管等。
所述的日光温室的拱梁采用硅镁复合材料制成;太阳能集热器的集热管选择塑料管。
本发明的实际测试结果证明,使用日光温室灌溉系统集热管中的水温显著高于自来水水温,在下午14时左右达到高峰,可高出自来水水温25~31℃,之后随着光照强度的减弱,水温逐渐下降,水管将吸收的热量逐渐释放出来。

实际应用时集热器可采用列管式并联也可采用直管加弯头的串联结构,集热管可选择黑色或1/2面(向阳面)黑色,为了保证采光效果,集热器在温室后墙固定位置应高于棚内植物高度。

1、一种日光温室灌溉系统,由日光温室、太阳能集热器和温室内的灌溉设施组成,其特征在于日光温室后墙为半地下式保温墙,后墙接拱梁仰角为38~48°,日光温室的采光面拱梁为拱圆形状,采光面与温室跨度比为1∶1.0-1.2,太阳能集热器置于日光温室的后墙上,并与温室内的灌溉设施连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的日光温室灌溉系统,其特征在于所述的日光温室较好采光角度的选择为后墙接拱梁仰角为42°,日光温室的采光面与温室跨度比为1∶1.167。
3、根据权利要求1所述的日光温室灌溉系统,其特征在于所述的日光温室后墙为中空斗墙,空斗内填充保温材料。
4、根据权利要求1所述的日光温室灌溉系统,其特征在于所述的太阳能集热器为多组塑料管串联或并联组成,固定于距地面50CM以上日光温室的后墙。
