本发明公开了一种保温增温日光温室大棚,已解决现有温室大棚保温不好的问题。本发明的后墙体由内至外依次由吸光增热层、保温层、隔温层和坚固层复合而成,隔温层由靠近坚固层的聚乙烯膜贴聚苯保温隔热板组成,保温层由麦草填充而成。本发明具有保温性高,防寒抗寒性能较强,在严冬低温的条件,可增加温室大棚温度2-4℃,并具有节能减排、保护生态环境。而且省时、省工、省力。可广泛推广使用本新式保温增温日光温室大棚技术进行蔬菜、花卉食用菌等植种与育苗、育种或新式保温增温日光温室大棚养殖业发展。

本发明涉及保温增温日光温室大棚。
背景技术
在北方的冬天人们希望能进行吃到新鲜的蔬菜,成为人们的愿望,由于技术的缺陷和投入的成本过大,使许多低成本的温室大棚林由于无法保持合适的温度,常常出现使植物无法适应的低温,致使植物休克致死,使种植户受到极大的损失,温室大棚的推广陷入僵局,并且,许多成功建造的温室大棚也因为升温、保温达不到植物在冬天生长的需要而废弃。能够利用的温室大棚因为采取用火炉或者各种暖气输送进行临时性补充加温,可种植一些耐寒性强的作物,即增加生产成本,有增加了劳动力,浪费了有效资源,污染了环境与温室大棚的薄膜,使薄膜的透明度逐步降低,使温室的透光、采光度逐步消失,降低温室保温效果。因为大面积的使用火炉或者各种暖气,造成环境污染,对生态环境的保护极为不利,长期的推广会造成北方地区经济与生态环境巨大损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种保温增温日光温室大棚,已解决现有温室大棚保温不好的问题。 
本发明的后墙体由内至外依次由吸光增热层、保温层、隔温层和坚固层复合而成,隔温层由靠近坚固层的聚乙烯膜贴聚苯保温隔热板组成,保温层由麦草填充而成。
所述吸光增热层表面由黑色炭黑、水泥、灰色细沙按质量比1:1:2混合配置涂抹而成。
所述保温层由细土、麦草、锯末按质量比1:0.7:0.3填充而成。
所述吸光增热层厚0.01-0.02米,保温层厚0.02-0.03米,隔温层厚0.05-0.08米,坚固层宽0.8-1.0米。
所述后墙体顶棚上依次铺放有棚杆、竹板、保温泥草层和黑色吸光增热层。
所述黑色吸光增热层由黑色炭黑、水泥、灰色细沙混合而成。
北方多旱区,春寒,冻土层深、风雪大,采用本发明保温增温大棚可以使棚内温度高,温度稳定,缓冲力强。并且能够防止棚内高温、高湿危害或造成病害发生。
本发明温室大棚保温增温措施主要为墙体变窄,节约土地,改变以往的单一的用料为多层砌墙,达到坚固、隔寒、保温、吸热、储存热量等作用,并根据阳光的理化原理,对黑色物体吸光,泥草疏松物的储存热量的原理。墙体设计进行充分吸收储存阳光热量。一部分阳光热量散发在温室大棚,一部分热量在墙体的保温层进行有效储存,在温差较大的夜间低温期散发,以增补由于夜间缺乏阳光造成低温的不足的热量。由于光热的储存设备,在大棚温度下降的夜间,将储存的热能散发出来,达到恒温、保温效果,有效的促进动植物的健康生长发育。并且成为北方地区节能减排、生态环境保护与春秋冬三季蔬菜调节生产供应、增加农民经济收入与社会效益的有效途径。
本发明具有保温性高,防寒抗寒性能较强,在严冬低温的条件,可增加温室大棚温度2-4℃,并具有节能减排、保护生态环境。而且省时、省工、省力。可广泛推广使用本新式保温增温日光温室大棚技术进行蔬菜、花卉等植种与育苗、育种 ,或新式保温增温日光温室大棚养殖业发展。
本发明充分利用光的吸收、储存、散热理化原理,极大的提高阳光的利用率,进行维持植物生长所需的正常温度范围,以全面吸收、储存阳光与热量为中心,因此,后墙体、侧墙体与棚顶覆盖部分结构以向阳面涂以黑色颜料以最大程度吸收阳光与热量。

具体实施方式
下面的实施例可以进一步说明本发明,但不以任何方式限制本发明。
本发明温室大棚保温、增温为主题,因此在建筑方面改进了以往的温室大棚用料与建设方式,大棚采用跨度、高度较大的拱形圆棚。后墙高度2.2-2.6米,坚固层厚0.8-1.0米,两面侧墙宽1.0-1.2米,跨度4-12米,长度为45-66米,占地面积为660平方米左右, 每栋占地面积约为1亩,在大棚的内部组成是以用竹木杆、水泥杆、轻型钢管或管材等材料做骨架,做成立柱、拉杆,拱杆及压杆,覆盖塑料薄膜而成为拱圆形的料棚。
本发明在地面6与立柱7之间铺有薄膜5,后墙体由内至外依次由吸光增热层1、保温层2、隔温层3和坚固层4复合而成,坚固层4以红砖或加气混凝土等砌制两边表面以水泥沙浆粉刷光洁平整,无透气空隙;隔温层3由靠近坚固层4的聚乙烯膜贴聚苯保温隔热板组成,保温层2由麦草填充而成,填充物为锯末、稻草、麦草、茅草等较松软放的植物,按照细土、麦草、锯末的质量比为1:0.7:0.3填充。
吸光增热层1表面由黑色炭黑、水泥、灰色细沙按质量比1:1:2混合配置涂抹而成。
本发明将原先的宽墙体变为窄墙体,节约土地。所述吸光增热层1厚0.01-0.02米,保温层2厚0.02-0.03米,隔温层3厚0.05-0.08米,坚固层4宽0.8-1.0米。
后墙体顶棚上依次铺放有棚杆8、竹板9、保温泥草层10和黑色吸光增热层11。所述黑色吸光增热层11由黑色炭黑、水泥、灰色细沙按质量比1:1:2混合配置。

1.一种保温增温日光温室大棚,其特征在于:后墙体由内至外依次由吸光增热层(1)、保温层(2)、隔温层(3)和坚固层(4)复合而成,隔温层(3)由靠近坚固层(4)的聚乙烯膜贴聚苯保温隔热板组成,保温层(2)由麦草填充而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温增温日光温室大棚,其特征在于:所述吸光增热层(1)表面由黑色炭黑、水泥、灰色细沙按质量比1:1:2混合配置涂抹而成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保温增温日光温室大棚,其特征在于:所述保温层(2)由细土、麦草、锯末按质量比1:0.7:0.3填充而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的保温增温日光温室大棚,其特征在于:所述吸光增热层(1)厚0.01-0.02米,保温层(2)厚0.02-0.03米,隔温层(3)厚0.05-0.08米,坚固层(4)宽0.8-1.0米。
5.根据权利要求4所述的保温增温日光温室大棚,其特征在于:所述后墙体顶棚上依次铺放有棚杆(8)、竹板(9)、保温泥草层(10)和黑色吸光增热层(11)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的保温增温日光温室大棚,其特征在于:所述黑色吸光增热层(11)由黑色炭黑、水泥、灰色细沙按质量比1:1:2混合而成。
