when receiving prompt information sent by the terminal, acquiring identity information of a terminal user according to the prompt information;
according to the acquired identity information, express information corresponding to the acquired identity information is acquired from a preset express inquiry platform;
judging whether the terminal user is in the audio coverage range of the intelligent sound box;
when the terminal user is in the audio frequency coverage range of the intelligent sound box, the express information is broadcasted through the intelligent sound box, and the express information obtained by the express inquiry platform is pushed to the terminal.

The express delivery query method based on a smart sound box according to claim 1, wherein the step of broadcasting the express delivery information through the smart sound box and pushing the express delivery information obtained from the express delivery query platform to the terminal when the terminal user is within an audio coverage range of the smart sound box further comprises:
refreshing the express delivery information after preset time;
judging whether the express information obtained after refreshing is the same as the express information before refreshing;
and when the express information obtained after the refreshing is different from the express information before the refreshing, broadcasting the express information obtained after the refreshing.

The express delivery inquiry method based on the smart sound box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the express delivery information corresponding to the obtained identity information from a preset express delivery inquiry platform according to the obtained identity information further comprises:
analyzing the express information to obtain the current state of the express and the information of a sign-in person;
when the current express state is signed, judging whether the sign-in person is the terminal user or not according to the sign-in person information;
and when the signatory is not the terminal user, pushing reminding information containing the information of the signatory to the terminal and broadcasting the information of the signatory.

acquiring a contact way of the express platform corresponding to the express information according to the instruction;
and broadcasting the contact way of the express platform corresponding to the express information, and pushing the contact way of the express platform corresponding to the express information to the terminal.
5. The express delivery inquiry method based on the intelligent sound box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the identity information of the terminal user according to the prompt information specifically comprises:
analyzing the prompt information to obtain the information containing the words related to the express;
and extracting the identity information of the terminal user from the information containing the express delivery keywords.
6. The express delivery inquiry method based on the intelligent sound box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the identity information of the terminal user according to the prompt information when the prompt information sent by the terminal is received further comprises:
broadcasting the identity information of the terminal user;
receiving voice data input by the terminal user and used for modifying the identity information;
and updating the identity information according to the voice data.
7. The smart speaker based express delivery query method of claim 1, wherein the specific step of determining whether the end user is within an audio coverage of the smart speaker comprises:
determining the linear distance between the terminal and the intelligent sound box;
judging whether the linear distance between the terminal and the intelligent sound box exceeds the audio coverage radius of the intelligent sound box or not;
when the linear distance between the terminal and the intelligent sound box does not exceed the preset audio coverage radius, the terminal user is in the audio coverage range of the intelligent sound box;
and when the linear distance between the terminal and the intelligent sound box exceeds a preset audio coverage radius, the terminal user is not in the audio coverage range of the intelligent sound box.
8. The smart speaker based express delivery query method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining whether the end user is within an audio coverage range of the smart speaker specifically comprises:
