Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电视系统，特别是涉及一种可控可存取性(controllableaccessibility)特定的内容或服务的电视系统。
背景技术
在现有的电视系统中，字母或数字类密码用来通过对频道的锁或基于父母评级的锁，所述锁用以限制对年龄不适当内容的可存取性。
然而，如果不经常使用密码，人们可能会忘记密码，并且输入密码串对于现有的电视系统的遥控器可能是耗时且不方便的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电视系统，能克服背景技术所述的至少一个缺点。
本发明一种电视系统包含一生物特征输入装置、一存储装置及一电视机。该生物特征输入装置配置以接收一来自一使用者的生物特征资讯输入。该存储装置用以存储一已授权生物特征资料件。该电视机可通信的耦合于该生物特征输入装置以接收来自该生物特征输入装置的该生物特征资讯输入，且耦合于该存储装置来存取该已授权生物特征资料件，并具有一可控可存取性的特征。于该电视机操作在一可存取性控制模式的期间内，当该电视机接收到该生物特征资讯输入时，将该生物特征资讯输入与存储在存储装置中的已授权生物特征资料件进行比对，并且当该生物特征资讯输入匹配于存储在该存储装置中的该已授权生物特征资料件时，允许对该特定特征的可存取性的控制。
在一些实施态样中，该电视系统还包含一遥控器，配置以与该电视机进行无线通信。该生物特征输入装置是一安装于该遥控器的指纹扫描器，该生物特征资讯输入是一指纹输入，且该已授权生物特征资料件是一指纹资料件。
在一些实施态样中，该生物特征输入装置是一安装在该电视机的摄影机，该生物特征资讯输入是一脸部资讯输入，且该已授权生物特征资料件是一脸部特征资料。
在一些实施态样中，于电视机操作在一可存取性配置模式的操作期间内，该电视机在接收到该生物特征资讯输入时，将该生物特征资讯输入存储在存储装置中作为已授权生物特征资料件。
本发明的有益效果在于：通过使用生物特征输入装置(例如，该指纹扫描器及该摄影机等)，可以使用来自使用者的生物信息输入(例如，指纹资料件及脸部影像等)来实现该电视机的该存取限制功能，用户不需要记住容易被遗忘的字母或数字形式的密码，并且可以节省手动输入密码的时间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
如图1所示，本发明电视系统的一第一实施例包括电视机1、一允许来自用户的指纹输入的指纹扫描器2、一遥控器3和一存储装置4(例如，闪存(flash memory)，硬盘驱动器(hard disk drive)等等)。
电视机1具有可控可存取性(accessibility)的至少一个特定特征(例如，特定服务，频道，节目事件，操作等)，例如，可能会对至少一个特定特征施加限制，并且在某些情况下，所述限制可以是可配置/用户定义的。例如，只有特定家庭成员(例如父母)才可以访问特定频道，但是对其他家庭成员(例如，儿童)则施予限制。遥控器3能够使用例如蓝牙及Zigbee等的无线通信技术对电视机1进行无线信号/数据传输，但不限于此。
指纹扫描器2是安装于遥控器3，并且通过遥控器3可通信的耦合(communicatively coupled to)到电视机1，但此配置并非必需，因为指纹扫描器2可以是具有有线或无线通信能力来与电视机1通信的独立装置。在本实施例中，存储装置4是内建在电视机1中，但不限于此。
当用户想要启用电视机1的存取限制功能(access-limiting function)时(即，启动能够建立电视1的某些特征的可控可存取性的功能时)，用户可以首先使用遥控器3或电视机1上的按钮使电视机1操作在一可存取性配置模式(accessibility configuringmode)，使得电视机1显示信息以指示用户执行诸如指纹扫描的相应动作，并且用户可以跟随所显示的信息以将他/她的手指放在指纹扫描器2上以进行扫描操作来产生指纹输入。
于电视机1操作在可存取性配置模式的操作期间内，电视机1的一处理器(图未示出)从指纹扫描器2接收到指纹输入时，将指纹输入存储在存储装置4中作为已授权生物特征资料件(authorized biometric data piece)。多个不同的指纹输入可以被作为不同的授权生物特征资料件的存储在存储装置4中。
当一使用者要控制对电视机1的任何特定特征的可存取性时(或者编辑特定特征的可存取性状态(accessibility status)(例如，允许存取或不允许存取)时，例如，锁定/解锁频道时)，该遥控器3可以用以在一可存取性控制模式(accessibility control mode)下操作电视机1，并且该使用者可以将他/她的手指放在指纹扫描器2上进行扫描操作以产生指纹输入。
于电视机1的操作在可存取性控制模式的期间内，当电视机1通过遥控器3接收到一指纹输入时，电视机1的处理器将该指纹输入与存储在存储装置4中的授权生物特征资料件进行比对，并且当该指纹输入匹配于存储在存储装置4中的任何已授权生物特征资料件时，允许对特定特征的可存取性的控制。
当指纹输入与存储在存储装置4中的任何已授权生物特征资料件不匹配时，电视机1可以显示一指示出该指纹输入是无效的讯息且电视机1的处理器不允许对该特定特征的可存取性的控制。
参阅图2，本发明电视系统的一第二实施例包含一电视机1、一存储装置4、及一摄影机5。该摄影机5通过例如有线连接(例如，USB介面)可通信的耦合于该电视机，且在本实施例中该摄影机5是安装在该电视机1。
当一使用者要启动该电视机1的一存取限制功能时，该使用者可以先操作该电视机1在一可存取性配置模式，以致该电视机1显示讯息来指导该使用者行使对应动作，像是拍照。然后，该电视机1可以自动在一预订期间内捕捉一影像，或者该使用者可以手动的通过该摄影机5捕捉他/她的脸部照片来产生一包含该使用者的脸部特征资料(facialfeature data)的脸部资讯输入(facial information input)。
于电视机1操作在可存取性配置模式的期间内，当电视机1通过摄影机5接收到该脸部资讯输入时，将该脸部资讯输入存储在存储装置4中作为已授权生物特征资料件。多个不同的脸部资讯输入可以被作为不同的授权生物特征资料件的存储在存储装置4中。
当一使用者要控制对电视机1的任何特定特征的可存取性时(例如，锁定/解锁时)，该使用者可以在一可存取性控制模式下操作电视机1，并且使用该摄影机来拍摄他/她的脸部影像来产生一脸部资讯输入。
于电视机1操作在可存取性控制模式的期间内，当电视机1通过摄影机5接收到该脸部资讯输入时，该电视机1比对该脸部资讯输入与存储在存储装置4中的授权生物特征资料件进行比对，并且当该脸部资讯输入匹配于存储在存储装置4中的任何已授权生物特征资料件时，允许对特定特征的可存取性的控制。
当该脸部资讯输入不匹配于存储在存储装置4中的任何已授权生物特征资料件时，该电视机1可以显示一指示出该脸部资讯输入是无效的讯息且电视机1不允许对特定特征的可存取性的控制。
综上所述，通过使用生物特征输入装置(例如，该指纹扫描器及该摄影机等)，可以使用来自使用者的生物信息输入(biometric information input)(例如，指纹资料件及脸部影像等)来实现该电视机1的该存取限制功能，用户不需要记住容易被遗忘的字母或数字形式的密码，并且可以节省手动输入密码的时间。

1.一种电视系统，其特征在于：包含：
一生物特征输入装置，配置以接收一来自一使用者的生物特征资讯输入；
一存储装置，用以存储一已授权生物特征资料件；及
一电视机，可通信的耦合于该生物特征输入装置以接收来自该生物特征输入装置的该生物特征资讯输入，且耦合于该存储装置来存取该已授权生物特征资料件，并具有一可控可存取性的特征；
其中，于该电视机操作在一可存取性控制模式的期间内，当该电视机接收到该生物特征资讯输入时，将该生物特征资讯输入与存储在存储装置中的已授权生物特征资料件进行比对，并且当该生物特征资讯输入匹配于存储在该存储装置中的该已授权生物特征资料件时，允许对该特定特征的可存取性的控制。
2.如权利要求1所述的电视系统，其特征在于：还包含一遥控器，配置以与该电视机进行无线通信；
其中，该生物特征输入装置是一安装于该遥控器的指纹扫描器，该生物特征资讯输入是一指纹输入，且该已授权生物特征资料件是一指纹资料件。
3.如权利要求1所述的电视系统，其特征在于：该生物特征输入装置是一安装在该电视机的摄影机，该生物特征资讯输入是一脸部资讯输入，且该已授权生物特征资料件是一脸部特征资料。
4.如权利要求1所述的电视系统，其特征在于：于电视机操作在一可存取性配置模式的操作期间内，该电视机在接收到该生物特征资讯输入时，将该生物特征资讯输入存储在存储装置中作为已授权生物特征资料件。
