Fig. 9 is an exploded view of the whole terminal of the expansion screen, in which the first connecting body (13) and the second display screen (12) are connected by a first rotating shaft (171), the first rotating shaft (171) can have a rotation angle of 0 ° to 90 °, and the critical states are: when the angle between the first connecting body (13) and the second display screen (12) is 0 degree, the two screens are combined into a large screen state at the moment; and when the angle is 90 degrees, the two screens are parallel, namely the two screens are folded to form the storage bag. The first rotating shaft (171) is provided with a special cam curve, so that under the condition of small force, when two screens are overlapped, the angle between the first connecting body (13) and the second display screen (12) is 90 degrees, as shown in figure 1. When the two screens are unfolded, namely not overlapped and pulled apart by external force, the force of the rotating shaft is overcome, so that the angle between the first connecting body (13) and the second display screen (12) is 0 degrees, as shown in figure 4. The first rotating shaft (171) can only turn over 0-90 degrees, the rotating range of 0-90 degrees can be designed through a cam curve on the first rotating shaft (171), and other angles are in a dead-lock design and cannot rotate. Similarly, the second connecting body (14) and the second display (12) are connected by a second rotating shaft (172), and the second rotating shaft (172) is similar to the first rotating shaft (171), and thus, the description thereof is omitted.
EXAMPLE five
In an optional embodiment, a first sliding groove (181) is formed in one side, used for being connected with a second display screen (12), of a first connecting body (13), a second sliding groove (182) is formed in a position, corresponding to the first connecting body (13), of the second display screen (12), the first sliding groove (181) is connected with the second sliding groove (182) through a first connecting rod (191), a first rolling head (1911) and a second rolling head (1912) are arranged at two ends of the first connecting rod (191), the first rolling head (1911) is located in the first sliding groove (181) and can slide and rotate in the first sliding groove (181), the second rolling head (1912) is located in the second sliding groove (182) and can slide and rotate in the second sliding groove (182), and baffles are arranged at two ends of the first sliding groove (181) and the second sliding groove (182).
In an alternative embodiment, the first connecting rod (191) is a telescopic rod, and the telescopic rod is telescopic according to the position of the first rolling head (1911) in the first sliding groove (181) and the position of the second rolling head (1912) in the second sliding groove (182).
Fig. 10 is an exploded view showing the mutual engagement of the second display screen (12) and the first coupling body (13), and a cross-sectional view of the internal coupling is shown in fig. 11, and two rolling heads (1911) and (1912) are inserted into the sliding grooves (181) and (182), respectively. The first connecting body (13) is provided with a first sliding chute (181), the second display screen (12) is provided with a second sliding chute (182) and a fourth sliding chute (184), the first connecting rod (191) is provided with a movable telescopic rod (1913), the movable telescopic rod (1913) can be stretched and also can be shortened, in addition, two rolling heads, namely a first rolling head (1911) and a second rolling head (1912), are arranged at two ends of the movable telescopic rod (1913), the rolling heads can slide and rotate in the sliding chutes but cannot be separated from the sliding chutes, and the internal structure of the matching can refer to fig. 11.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, fig. 11 is a sectional view of the inner part of the shortest movable telescopic rod (1913), that is, the movable section of the first connecting rod (191) when the two panels are combined in parallel to form the storage bag, and the first connecting body (13) forms the largest angle with the two panels. In order to make the first connecting body (13) capable of being turned over in a portable mode, light and strong materials such as carbon fiber composite materials, polyphenyl ether and the like can be selected, and certainly, the first connecting body (13) is not limited to be a solid body, and the interior of the first connecting body can be hollowed out to reduce weight. Fig. 12 is a schematic view of the movable telescopic rod (1913) being stretched to the longest length and the two panels being unfolded but not in the same direction, i.e. not turned over, and at this time, the first connecting body (13) forms the minimum angle with the two panels and is retracted inside the second display panel (12). The length of the movable telescopic rod (1913) can be freely stretched or shortened to different lengths according to different sliding positions of the two rolling heads in the sliding grooves (181) and (182), respectively. When the first display screen (11) and the second display screen (12) are pulled to the extreme positions and the two screens are completely unfolded, the edges of the two screens are connected end to end without joint, at the moment, the first rolling head (1911) moves to the tail end position (321) of the first sliding groove (181), the tail end position (321) is a gear position, it is guaranteed that the first rolling head (1911) does not break away from the first sliding groove (181), at the moment, one of the first display screen (11) and the second display screen (12) is in a front-side orientation, the other screen is in a back-side orientation, the two screens are not completely butted, at the moment, the two screens cannot slide continuously, when the first display screen (11) or the second display screen (12) is rotated randomly by hands, the two screens can meet the same orientation, and at the moment, the butting of the two screens is completed, as shown in fig. 13. In the process that the two rolling heads are matched with the two sliding grooves, when the two rolling heads move to the state shown in figures 12 and 13, the two rolling heads need to be clamped and stopped forcefully, if the two rolling heads need to be changed to other positions, manual force is needed to overcome the change, and the rotating balls can be realized through a special rotating shaft according to a special curve of a cam pair in the rotating shaft.
The device in the embodiment of the invention opens double screens in a mode that the auxiliary connecting rod slides up and down and rotates; the front and back screens can be rotated left and right to enable the two screens to be integrated, and the support hidden on the back can support the two screens, so that the dual-screen. The device can be used as a storage bag when the double screens are folded. The connecting rod is provided with a hidden earphone, and the structure can be used as a wrapping belt. Although the internal structure of the two screens is complex, the appearance is combined seamlessly, and the normal use of the internal rotating structure is not influenced.
EXAMPLE six
In an alternative embodiment, a first chip is arranged in the second rolling head (1912), and a second chip is arranged in one end of the second sliding chute (182), wherein when the second display screen (12) is combined with the first display screen (11) into one display screen through overturning, the first chip is in contact with the second chip, and a first signal is generated, and the first signal is used for a Central Processing Unit (CPU) in the expansion screen terminal to control the display screen formed by the first display screen (11) and the second display screen (12) to carry out single-screen work. The following describes the present embodiment in detail:
the second rolling head (1912) is provided with a first chip, and the tail end of the second sliding groove (182) is also provided with a second chip which is matched and mutually inducted, when the two screens are completely pulled apart, namely the position shown in figure 12, the two chips are just contacted, and a double-screen butt joint signal is conducted after the two chips are contacted. The principle is as follows: a CPU is arranged on the first display screen (11); in addition, a split screen software is required to be arranged in the device, and the specific implementation mode of freely switching single and double screens is realized through the CPU, the induction chip and the split screen software: when the first chip on the second rolling head (1912) does not touch the second chip at the tail end of the second sliding chute (182), namely the two chips are not touched, the single signal is transmitted to the CPU at the moment, so that the CPU controls the internal split screen software to only control the first display screen (11), namely the non-double-screen working state is shown; when the first chip on the second rolling head (1912) touches the second chip on the end of the second sliding chute (182), the 'double signal' is transmitted to the CPU, so that the CPU controls the internal split screen software to convert the signal of the first display screen (11) to the first display screen (11) and the second display screen (12), namely, the two screens are used as a large screen display. Fig. 14 is a display diagram of the CPU controlling the first display screen (11), and fig. 15 is a display diagram of the CPU controlling the first display screen (11) and the second display screen (12).
