Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the basic idea of the method for dynamically creating a three-dimensional electronic random file for classified users according to the present invention is as follows:
(1) firstly, extracting a distributable content list of a three-dimensional model of a product, and packaging the distribution behavior of a three-dimensional model object of the product;
(2) establishing a mapping relation between the release content and the behavior, and defining different relations as release rules;
(3) classifying users, namely, a combination form containing different release rules;
(4) and when the three-dimensional electronic random file is issued, analyzing the issuing rules contained by the three-dimensional electronic random file according to the selection of the classified users, and finally realizing the dynamic issuing of the three-dimensional electronic random file facing different classified users.
Different three-dimensional electronic random files are constructed for different classified users, and a data object set of all three-dimensional electronic random files which can be issued in a product three-dimensional model needs to be extracted (the flow is shown in figure 2); acquiring issuable information data in the three-dimensional model through an API (application program interface) of commercialized CAD (computer-aided design) software, wherein the issuable information data mainly comprises three types of information: component information, feature information and function information of the model; and finally constructing a BOM tree issued by the three-dimensional model based on the information (as shown in FIG. 3).
The three-dimensional model issuing BOM tree in FIG. 3 takes a product complete machine as a root node and comprises three types of child nodes: (1) characteristic set: a list of features that the component can publish; (2) part set: a list of distributable product parts, components; (3) function set: the distribution function information included in the three-dimensional model includes, for example: installation animation, three-dimensional labeling, three-dimensional process information and the like of the model. Each component possibly comprises the three types of information, data in the model is extracted through a program, and a BOM tree issued by the three-dimensional model is constructed according to the structural composition of the whole product model.
Different types of issuing are carried out on the contents contained in the three-dimensional electronic random file, and different issuing behaviors are corresponded to. From the specific implementation and final application perspective, the publishing behavior is encapsulated into four levels (as shown in fig. 4):
(1) an application layer: the method is oriented to a common issuing user, and the issuing user does not need to care about the content of a lower layer and only needs to select the type of the issuing user to realize the directional issuing of the three-dimensional random file content;
(2) presentation layer: the method is oriented to a release administrator, the administrator completes encapsulation on the release logic by creating the release rule, the release rule can be reused in different classified users, and the use efficiency and the safety of the release logic are improved;

According to the release requirements of different classified users on the contents of the electronic random files, a classified user type library and a release rule library are constructed; the multi-view user three-dimensional electronic random file is generated by classifying users and dynamically selecting and driving release rules, and the specific flow is as shown in fig. 5: constructing a distribution BOM tree by extracting distribution content information based on a three-dimensional CAD model of a product; at this time, the setting of the publication rule can be completed in three ways:
a) selecting the issued classified users from a user type library;
b) dynamically creating classified users, and retrieving rules from a release rule base to realize rule mapping of the newly created classified users;
c) directly completing the rule creation of the release object through a dynamic rule generator;
d) and analyzing the model issuing rule to obtain the operation logic of the model, finishing the model operation according to the mapped CAD processing API, and finally realizing the dynamic issuing of the classified user three-dimensional electronic random file.
