Hydraulic blasting is a tunnel blasting method which is emerging in recent years, uses water as an intermediate medium to transfer explosion pressure to destroy tunnel rock, and can effectively control air shock waves, flying rocks, noise and the like. The blasting explosive for tunnel blasting is the same as conventional blasting, and the lead wire is led out from the blasthole for placing explosive charges, except that a water bag is filled between the explosive charges in the blasthole, and the outermost water bag is blocked by special stemming. The hydraulic blasting saves explosive quantity, has little influence on environment, has low noise and good controllability and is adopted by more and more blasting projects. However, the water bag adopted by the existing hydraulic blasting is still a common water bag, and the water bag is filled into the blasthole after being filled with water, because the inner wall of the blasthole is uneven and is mostly sharp rock mass, the water bag is easy to be cut, and the outer diameter of the water bag is almost the same as the inner diameter of the blasthole, so the water bag needs to be slowly filled by a small wing when being filled into the blasthole, and the operation efficiency is lower.

The reinforcing beam 10 can be placed in the middle of the bottom of the frame 5, so that the water bag 4 can be effectively supported, and the bottom of the water bag 4 is prevented from contacting the inside of the blasthole 1. The surface of the woven net 6 has no sharp objects, and the water bag 4 cannot be damaged.

Further, when only one end of the frame 5 is in contact with the explosive package 2, the cylindrical spring 8 is provided at the end of the frame 5 in contact with the explosive package 2, and the stemming 3 is provided at the other end of the frame 5.
Further, a plurality of cylindrical springs 8 are uniformly distributed at the end of the frame 5. So that the extrusion force between the end of the frame 5 and the explosive package 2 is uniform and the water bag 4 is prevented from being damaged by the uneven extrusion force.
Furthermore, the water bag 4 is made of polyvinyl chloride, and the length of the water bag 4 is 10-20mm longer than that of the frame body 5. The water bag 4 needs to be in contact with the explosive package 2, the risk that the water bag 4 is scratched easily occurs due to too long exposed length of the water bag 4, the blasting effect can be influenced when the water bag 4 is exposed too short and is not in contact with the explosive package 2, and the water bag 4 is 10-20mm longer than the frame body 5, so that the water bag 4 can be protected, and the blasting effect cannot be influenced.

6. A hydraulic bursting construction as claimed in claim 1 in which the water bag (4) is a pvc bag and the water bag (4) is 10-20mm longer than the frame (5).
