本发明公开了一种管道电加热器,包括导油管、缠绕在导油管外表面上的发热线和包在发热线外部的外管,导油管的外表面设有螺旋线槽,发热线缠绕在螺旋线槽内,导油管的内壁设有滤网,滤网上安装有用于吸附导油管流进的非金属小颗粒的吸附球,采用渐进加热模式,油电分离,导油管内部通油体,导油管外表面上设有螺旋状线槽,发热线根据线槽按一定的要求进行缠绕,发热线更贴近导油管,有效的加大了加热体与受热体的接触面积,因此,相比于常用加热模式,热转换效率可有效提高35%,再利用在导油管的内壁设有滤网,滤网上安装有用于吸附导油管流进的非金属小颗粒的吸附球,滤网能够过滤导油管内油液的杂质,吸附球能够吸附油液中的铁屑等金属渣体。

本发明涉及电加热设备技术领域,特别涉及一种管道电加热器。
背景技术
以往,在石油工业系统,对原油尤其对稠油的输送都要采用加热方式,如有蒸汽加热,煤气加热等,甚至有的要动用水泥压力车扫线的方式,这些措施费用高,劳动强度大,安全系数低等缺点,已不适应高科技发展需要,已成落后技术。
而且,市面上常用的管道在长时间使用后会因生锈、腐蚀导致管内出现铁屑,污染管内油液,产生各种细菌,金属渣体无法避免,且会出现泄漏现象,一方面污染了环境,另一方面浪费了资源。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种热转换率高的管道电加热器,以解决背景技术存在的技术问题。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的: 一种管道电加热器,包括导油管、缠绕在导油管外表面上的发热线和包在发热线外部的外管,所述导油管的外表面上设有螺旋线槽,所述发热线缠绕在螺旋线槽内,所述导油管的内壁设有滤网,滤网上安装有用于吸附导油管流进的非金属小颗粒的吸附球。
优选地,所述导油管的进液口上开设有倒角。
优选地,所述螺旋线槽的表面上涂有绝缘漆。
优选地,所述发热线的外表面上包裹有绝缘皮。
优选地,所述发热线与外管之间设有保温层。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、采用渐进加热模式,油电分离,导油管内部通油体,导油管外表面上设有螺旋状线槽,发热线根据线槽按一定的要求进行缠绕,发热线更贴近导油管,有效的加大了加热体与受热体的接触面积,因此,相比于常用加热模式,热转换效率可有效提高35%;
2、再利用在导油管的内壁设有滤网,滤网上安装有用于吸附导油管流进的非金属小颗粒的吸附球,滤网能够过滤导油管内油液的杂质,吸附球能够吸附油液中的铁屑等金属渣体。

参照图1,一种管道电加热器,包括导油管10、缠绕在导油管10外表面上的发热线20和包在发热线20外部的外管30,所述导油管10的外表面上设有螺旋线槽11,所述发热线20缠绕在螺旋线槽11内,所述导油管10的内壁设有滤网40,滤网40上安装有用于吸附导油管10流进的非金属小颗粒的吸附球50,这样本技术方案采用渐进加热模式,油电分离,导油管10内部通油体,导油管10外表面上设有螺旋状线槽11,发热线20根据螺旋状线槽11按一定的要求进行缠绕,发热线20更贴近导油管10,有效的加大了加热体与受热体的接触面积,因此,相比于常用加热模式,热转换效率可有效提高35%。
参照图1,所述导油管10的进液口上开设有倒角12,所述导油管10上还设有接环60,在这里,倒角12的作用是为了方便安装,接环60的设置是用于与其他管体相连接。
参照图1,所述螺旋线槽11的表面上涂有绝缘漆70,通过绝缘漆70可防止意外漏电事故。
参照图1,所述发热线20的外表面上包裹有绝缘皮80,强度高、耐高温、耐磨抗腐蚀。
参照图1,所述发热线20与外管30之间设有保温层90,保温层90防止了热量流失和降低噪音。

1.一种管道电加热器,其特征在于,包括导油管、缠绕在导油管外表面上的发热线和包在发热线外部的外管,所述导油管的外表面上设有螺旋线槽,所述发热线缠绕在螺旋线槽内,所述导油管的内壁设有滤网,滤网上安装有用于吸附导油管流进的非金属小颗粒的吸附球。
