Abstract

本发明属于电机领域并研究一种支架设备的结构,利用该支架设备,一设有线圈的转子的绕组端部受到保护,以免受离心力。
                             背景技术
为了固定转子绕组的线圈端部,通常借助一个环式线圈支架从内部来支承该线圈端部,并借助轮缘将线圈端部固定在线圈支架上。尤其对于较大的电机,也采用分成多部分的环取代轮缘,该环借助绝缘中间层紧贴在线圈体上并利用螺钉被固定在线圈支架上。当离心力特别大时,罩体也会通过线圈端部被移动。通常,这种罩体尤其用来固定涡轮发电机转子的绕组端部(电工学教科书第3册。“电机的设计及强度计算”,作者:C.Von Dobbeler博士,B.G.Teubner出版协会,斯图加特,25-29和58-62页;德国专利DE-B 2629 574)。此外还公开了,来自同步电机环绕励磁线圈的离心力由紧贴在该励磁线圈外侧端面的固定桥接纳,该固定桥本身由固定在电机转子上的、承受拉力的螺栓固定(德国专利DE-A-950 659)。
对于电枢馈电的滑环转子电机、如它们新近作为可调转速的水力-电动机-发电机而用于抽水蓄能那样,要求以特殊方式固定转子绕组端部。对于这种发电机-电动机而言,通常的特征是,转子可具有3至7米的直径。已公开,为固定这种转子的绕组端部,通过支持架在转子上设置固定环,U形拉力螺栓的末端固定在该固定环内。拉力螺栓分别以其U形区域与一个绕组端部搭接(报告11-104“抽水蓄能电厂的发展及实际商用情况”,国际大型电子系统会议(CIGRE-Tagung),1992年8月30日至9月5日)。这种形式的绕组端部的固定在构造及安装技术方面是昂贵的。
                       发明内容
根据这样一种电机,其中由薄板组成的转子还配备有绕组,且转子绕组的绕组端部借助一个包围该绕组端部的支承装置受到保护,以免受离心力,其中该支承装置由多个抗弯刚性的板式环段组成,这些环段借助拉力螺栓被固定在一个内固定环上,本发明的目的在于,从设计结构及安装技术方面简化对绕组端部的固定。为实现上述目的,本发明提出,支承装置的内部固定环由一个板叠组成,它以和转子板叠同样的方式置于转子的轴向延长的轮毂上。并且,它设有均匀分布在圆周上的、轴向伸展的成型槽,用于固定拉力螺栓的成型板条插入该成型槽内。
在支承装置的上述实施形式中,内固定环则以和电驱动转子同样的方式由薄板组成,这些薄板与转子的薄板一起可设置并固定在转子的轮毂上。在此,作为本来的支承体,采用一种由多个抗弯刚性的板式环段组成的环,该环借助拉力螺栓被固定在由薄板构成的内固定环上。由此,在板叠内设有刚性锚定的板条,拉力螺栓可拧入其内。按本发明构成的支承装置连同内固定环在内因此由许多部件组成,这些部件在装配地以简单方式与支承装置组合到一起。

                     具体实施方式
图1示出了一电机的转子1的截面示意图,它具有约6米的外径。在轮毂2上设有转子板叠3,且端面借助压力板4轴向固定。线圈5嵌入转子板的槽内,它们与绕组端部6一起轴向从转子板叠3中伸出。为支承绕组端部6,轮毂2轴向延长一段21,在该段上,设有由薄板71和压力板72组成的板叠,它构成一个设在绕组端部6下方的固定环7。绕组端部此外由一个环形支承体8包围,它由多个抗弯刚性的板式环段组成。该环形支承体借助拉力螺栓9固定在固定环7上。
图2示出了由薄板组成的固定环7、绕组端部6、环形支承体8的环段81和82及拉力螺栓9的局部前视图。固定环7的薄板设有轴向伸展的例如燕尾槽12,用以固定拉力螺栓9。成型板条13插入该槽内,它们含有使拉力螺栓9拧入的孔。
图3示出了图2中的纵截面图。此处示出了用于轴向固定板叠的附加拉力螺栓14。此外,其结构这样选择,即内部固定环7的薄板直接连接在转子板叠3的薄板上。压力板4因此仅仅在插入线圈5的区域抓住本身的转子板叠3。

Claims (1)

1.一种电机,其中由薄板组成的转子还配备有绕组,且转子绕组的绕组端部借助一个包围该绕组端部的支承装置受到保护,以免受离心力,其中该支承装置由多个抗弯刚性的板式环段组成,这些环段借助拉力螺栓被固定在一个内固定环上,其特征在于,内固定环(7)由一个板叠组成,该板叠以和转子板叠(3)同样的方式置于转子沿轴向延长的轮毂(2、21)上并设有均匀分布在圆周上的、轴向伸展的成型槽(12),用于固定拉力螺栓(9)的成型板条(13)插入该成型槽内。
